Had a great time , loved being near the tennis court and pool and south mountain , tennis court needs a little more attention from the on site staff but still very nice with some cleaning of our own , there is a basketball hoop at the end that the neighborhood kids use in late afternoon into the early evening so plan on playing while they are in school . the complex was quiet and very relaxing , pool was a little cool for my wife , the unit itself had everything we needed . would stay again thanks

This is a great, central location to stay if you are looking for day trips in and around Phoenix! Easy access to Apache Highway (Canyon Lake, Tortilla Flats), the ASU campus, Sedona / Flagstaff, the Zoo and Botanical gardens, Scottsdale, etc. Close to great morning day hikes. We've stayed at a lot of vrbo rentals--this one is not only clean and comfortable, but the owners obviously want people to feel at home--every kitchen need, pool need, recreation need you might want is easily accessible...and great tips and ideas for day trips, recreation, restaurants, etc. Debbie was GRAT to work with, as well! Loved our stay.

We enjoyed 7 nights in this comfortable condo. Good information was shared prior to arrival about accessing the property and parking. The condo was as described and well equipped. Loved having laundry facilities in the condo and a pool right outside our door. The location was convenient to the airport, ASU, South Mountain, shopping, and dining. I would highly recommend this property.

The location and facilities were more than we expected. Communicating directly with the owners was most helpful and appreciated. Makes me interested in investing in a property for our own family´s needs.

By far the best experience we have had in our 5 trips to the Phoenix area. We had everything we could have asked for; heated pool, hot tub, fitness facility, basketball court, tennis court, clean and well stocked accommodations, access to a BBQ, gated community, and quiet. The location was perfect for us. We were only a mile away from Costco, Walmart, and some restaurant options. A 5 minute drive to a main enterance for South Mountain Park where you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking. A short 10 minute drive to Arizona Mills Mall. Everything else was very easily accessible with short drive times to both major airports, Scottsdale, the MIM, The Olive Mill, and the major sports stadiums. We liked the trip so much, that we are seriously considering purchasing a unit in the same complex. The owners were very accommodating and I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

Lovely property however lots of rules which is understandable but makes you question clean up charges. It was required that you are fully responsible for all garbage and recycle but could not find the recycle despite contacting the main office. The condo complex BBQ's were disgusting and could not be used. Bring your own portable if you have one.

Absolutely loved our stay at our condo. Super clean and roomy. Loved our view from the balcony. So many shops nearby as well as restaurants. Would definitely recommend 110%. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Can't wait to be back. Next time we are staying longer. Thank you Debbie and Chris for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.

Verified order We totally enjoyed our month long stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped we everything we could possibly need. Plenty of room for our 4 adults with spacious bedrooms and closets. The complex is well maintained with nice pool area and fitness room. Easy access to major roads and within 1 mile of Western Canal trails which we enjoyed for biking and close to South Mountain for hiking. Debbie provided useful information so we had few questions, but when we did she responded promptly. Great condo.
