Spacious home in nice community right on the golf course! The covered patio with flat screen TV was a treat in January when it was so cold back east. The house was quite comfortable and an easy drive to Scottsdale, Gilbert and the Phoenix area. And did I mention the weather was spectacular?? The host, Beau was very responsive and helpful too. We hope to come back!

We had a great time staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and pool. I would highly recommend this property. Beau was amazing to deal with. This property is really close to some really nice hiking trails, a covered playground for the kids as well as a grocery store, which made staying here extremely enjoyable. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

My family loved staying in this home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor area was excellent. My kids spent the majority of the time in the pool and took breaks and enjoyed the outdoor shaded seating with the outdoor TV. Beau is excellent to work with.

Just returned home from a two week stay at Beau and Claire's lovely home. Everything was perfect for our three generations to enjoy our stay in the sun. Location is not out of the way, close to restaurants, sporting events and shopping. While at home we spent most of our time in the backyard. It is just behind the tee off area on the 6th hole so enjoyed watching the golfers go by. The slide was a hit with everyone, even the seniors in our group. Bedrooms are very spacious. Enjoyed the second tv being situated outside. Beau is very easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to any questions throughout your booking process and your stay. We are all hoping we can return soon.

Stayed for 3 weeks in May and absolutely loved it. Everything you need in the house and the pool and backyard area are fabulous. Could have spent the entire 3 weeks in the pool, which is large and was at the perfect temperature. Area is quiet and backyard is private even though on the 6th tee of the golf course. Only 20 minutes from the airport, near restaurants, golf, and hiking is just down the street. Owner is great and responded to any questions within minutes. If we come back to AZ will definitely book again. The worst thing about the trip is having to go back home to sweaters and jeans.

My husband & I rented this house for 2 weeks in November and had family and friends join us during each of the weeks. What a great property! Master bedroom and bath is huge, with 3 additional good sized bedrooms and 2 more full baths. We cooked most of our meals at the house and can't say enough good things about the spacious and well stocked kitchen. BBQ worked great as well. Absolutely loved the outdoor space with the comfy sitting/TV area, big pool, hot tub and beautiful view of the golf course. What a convenient location, in a nice quiet neighborhood but within easy waking distance to Walgreens and Safeway. Over the last several years we have rented many VRBO properties during our travels, and I have to say that this one was definitely one of the best! Very reasonably priced for all that you get and could easily accommodate 3 or 4 couples on a holiday together which would make it extremely affordable. This holiday for us was more a golfing/shopping get-away and just a chance to spend a relaxing couple of weeks with family & friends. So glad we picked this amazing property for our vacation!

Fantastic home. Beautifully decorated. Immaculate. Outside pool and patio perfect and very relaxing. We rented this home for my daughter's future in laws (now in laws) and family to stay in (they came from Ohio - we live in Ahwatukee only a mile from this beautiful home) for the week of my daughter's wedding. It was the perfect setting to bring 2 families together for a most wonderful celebration. The time we all got to spend together in a home setting getting to know everyone was heart warming. We appreciate Beau and his family opening up his home to us. The days we had together was exactly what we needed before sending off the newlyweds to Vilseck, Germany for a 3 year post with the army. I highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed!

This is a fantastic home. We stayed as a family with 2 children and 4 adults. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels in all bedroom and plenty of towels for the pool. There are so many rooms to relax in around the house that you never felt on top of one another. The house was immaculate ! The kitchen had everything that you could need for a holiday stay. The owner had left lots of information on the counter top for restaurants and shopping in the area. The best area of the house is outside, the pool is amazing complete with slide and diving board, not to mention the top of the line hot tub. The whole family enjoyed this very much. The pool was clean and serviced regularly throughout our stay. We had travelled from England, and Beau was really helpful if we had any questions he was in touch within a couple of hours. I would certainly go back to this home and recommend it as a fantastic place to stay.

We stayed in this house for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The backyard is absolutely perfect for families...water slide and diving board for the kids (and adults, too!), relaxing bar table in the pool with an umbrella was perfect to read at on hot days, and the steps were shallow enough for our toddle grandson to play. We loved the hot tub after hiking and before bed for star gazing. The small seating area was perfect for naps or watching TV. Even an outdoor kitchen...although we only used that once or twice with all the great options nearby for dining. We did have a couple minor issues while we were there but the home owner was easy to work with and had a handyman nearby that responded very quickly. The inside had several areas for the seven of us to spread out so that we never felt cramped. The kitchen could use with a bit of updating but it was fine for our needs. Our only issue was the bedroom wing of the house...especially the master bedroom...often never quite felt cool. We did stay when some of the temperatures were around 100 degrees. On cooler days we had no issues. This house is in the perfect location for hiking, dining, and convenient to grocery stores. The owner returned our deposit very quickly. All in all, I would definitely recommend this house and we would stay here again.

We stayed at the house with 2 families (total of 4 adults and 4 toddlers); the space worked out perfectly for us. House has a great layout with plenty of communal spaces, big kitchen, large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. Everything was decorated nicely (new/nice throw pillows and towels, etc), and the house is well appointed (full set of pots/pans in the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dishes, plenty of pool towels, game cupboard, etc). Pool is wonderful, with a diving board, and slide, as well as stairs to access shallow end (better for the littlest kids) and a wonderful built in bench/table in the pool! The salt water filter on the pool is so, so, so much better than chlorine in my opinion. Hot tub fit 4 adults comfortably. We also appreciated how close the house was to the airport, shopping (can walk to Safeway), and parks (2 large parks within 5 minutes) but you feel secluded -- the view from the backyard is mostly of the golf course and a "greenbelt" attached to the course. Kids loved watching the wild bunnies play on the golf course in the evening :)

We loved this property! Beautiful House, exceptional pool! We stayed for two weeks in October. The weather was fabulous so our family was able to take full advantage of the pool area. The house was clean and well supplied. Convenient to shopping. The owners were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home for one week and couldn't be happier with our stay. I am in a wheelchair and the homeowners went out of their way to be sure the home would work for me. We brought our own ramps and that was all that was needed to get over the small entryways into the home. Our deposit was returned promptly after our visit. The home was clean and comfortably decorated. The cabinets were stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, pillows, linens, and even board games! Although the inside of the home was gorgeous, nothing compares to the back yard. Our son and nephew spent hours every day in the pool shooting hoops, going down the slide, and diving. The grill and tables were perfect for entertaining. Our goal was to rent a home where the kids and adults could have fun simultaneously. Mission accomplished.
