5.0   -   Amazing property, great views, well maintained

This was a beautiful property, very spacious, well maintained. It is quiet but close to services. I would highly recommend this. The owner was very nice, and all the details of your stay and close by amenities are provided, and the property is prepared well for your arrival. If there were 6 stars I would absolutely rate it that.

Guys house was perfect for our weekend. Especially for 15 women! The pool and patio were wonderful for our large group as was the amazing kitchen. We had an issue with the fridge and Guy was on it right away. Would definitely recommend this house!

Came here with a group of colleagues for an industry trade show. Turned out to be the best idea! Plenty of room, professional-grade appliances... Looking forward to coming back.

5.0   -   Beautiful house - beautiful deck and pool area - and the pool house is awesome

We stayed at the house for Thanksgiving. There were 25 adults! Yes, 25 Adults! We had 2 concerns going into our rental. 1) 3 1/2 bathrooms for 25 people and cooking Thanksgiving dinner in a unfamiliar kitchen. Let me just say the house is beautiful! Up to date appliances and design. We were there for 5 nights. We all had a great time eating, drinking and pool time. The bathrooms were not an issue at all. We cooked all of our meals at the house. Even Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen made it easy to do so. The owner, Guy, is very accommodating. He is easy to talk to, returns your email, text and phone calls right away and is willing to get you in early and leave late if he can. This was such a fun trip for my family. It could not have gone better!

House was adequate for our needs. Although from the description it said there are 12 beds, 2 of those are actually sofa beds and not Queens as website has. However, despite that, everything else was good and no issues.

 5.0   -   8 Guys Golfing
Reviewed on Apr 11, 2016
We rented this great home so 8 guys could each have their own room. It was a great place to stay. Guy was very easy to get registered with and followed up on every question I had. Would rent this unit again. Pool was warm and well maintained. All around we had a very good Golf trip.

First, the communication with Guy from beginning to end was top notch. He is very detailed oriented and was easy to work with on this trip. The property is well appointed, spacious, and located in a beautiful setting close to the main areas of attraction in Scottsdale/Phx. The views of the mountains and sunsets were poster card worthy. We had some friends staying at the W Hotel and were able to get to/from Oldtown very conveniently for a special event that Thrillist was hosting. Honestly, we spent more time hanging out at the house and backyard than we did going out. The house was comfortable and provided everything we needed. The only thing we would caution about would be the stairway leading back to the guesthouse. It can be a little hard to navigate after sunset. Otherwise, great property that we already rec'd to another friend. We would def stay here again.

 4.0   -   Perfect wedding weekend
Reviewed on Nov 03, 2015
My husband and I chose this house in Scottsdale so that we could get away to someplace warm for the weekend with our immediate families. We wanted to get married with just our immediate families present. We wanted everyone to stay together in one place, and this property suited us well. We had 15 adults and 6 kids, and for the most part, the space was perfect to accomodate everyone. The kids LOVED the pool and water slide, and the property was beautiful. The adults loved the back patio that had an amazing view and gorgeous sunsets, along with the outdoor gas fireplace that we sat in front of every night. We had a quaint ceremony out in the yard, and were able to get some amazing pictures with Camelback Mountain in the background. The only things I would change are: ther is only one bathroom in the main house upstairs, so things were a bit crowded up there. Also, the whole layout of the guest house was a little odd. There are two rooms with separate outdoor entrances, but they are not connected on the inside. One of the rooms was huge and had two full or queen beds in it, but no bathroom; the other room had a kitchenette and sitting area, and bedroom with a bathroom attached. This was a little difficult for those staying in this house since you had to go outside to get from the separate bedroom to use the bathroom/shower, etc., and the bathroom could only be accessed by going through the other bedroom. Also, there were not any lamps in the main sitting room, and no mirror in the separate bedroom. Just something to be aware of if booking both properties. Keep in mind too, that this house is not stocked with any hairdryers - thankfully I brought mine and everyone was able to use it. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and would definitely go back. Not sure we would rent the guest house next time unless it was remodeled to be more accommodating for all the guests that have to stay down there. The house is in a great location for hiking on Camelback. You can walk to the trailhead from the home, which was awesome for those of us who wanted to hike. Guy was responsive and accommodating, and super easy to work with.

We rented this house for a family getaway. There were 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. It was a comfortable house and we were pleased with most of the ammenities. The pool was great - the kids loved the water slide. It was nice to have a fenced off pool as our kids are all under 6 years old. So we could feel safe that even if the kids got outside, they could not get into the pool area without an adult. The kitchen was great for cooking as we made most of our meals in the house. A few drawbacks were the brick patio in the backyard, and the lack of bathrooms in the house. The brick patio made it uncomfortable to be barefoot, and not a great walking area for young kids. The upstairs (where most of the bedrooms are) only had 1 shared bathroom. We only rented the main house. Not ideal for a big group. Overall, we were pleased with the house and would recommend it to others while noting the few drawbacks.

18 friends since 4th grade celebrated our 50th Birthday out in AZ. We chose the home not only because 11 of us could stay there each with our own bed but also for the great location to hiking, golf and nightlife. House was perfect with a big patio and pool area to hang out in and around. Guy was easy to work with and very accommodating to some of our needs. House was in great shape and not "over the top" so you didn't feel like you were walking on egg shells. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Guy.

5.0   -   2015 Golf Trip Paradise Valley Oasis!!!!
Reviewed on Mar 02, 2015
My golf group stayed this past week at Paradise Valley Oasis. Throughout all the years, this trip has been one of the best we have ever had. This was the first time renting a house for our yearly trip and we made an excellent decision. The property more than well accommodated everyone. We golfed all day and had great meals and camaraderie in the evenings. We will definitely use Guy on our next trip to the Scottsdale area. Thank you Guy for all of your help in making this trip superb and very memorable.
