So comfortable. we had a small family re-union and it was perfect. lots of seating ( we had 10 people) the kids loved the pool and it was close to my sister-in-laws.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Ronda´s home. It is very large to accommodate our party of 7. We enjoyed the pool and attending the Pima County fair. Having a barbecue was a plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We we're extremely happy & very comfortable with Rita Ranch! The owner was an enormously accommodating host! Their attention to detail from the well appointed interior dݩcor to the well-stocked kitchen & household supplies. They have thought of every little thing one would possibly need to have a comfortable stay, whether it be for a weekend or a month! We would "highly" recommend this property. If you find yourself making a trip to Tucson, AZ you must choose this house, the owner really does a great job in making it feel like "home"! Sincerely, The Schneider's From Henderson, NV

I reserved Rita Ranch a year in advance after reading all of the marvelous reviews... and boy am I glad I did!! Rhonda is an amazing host and so easy to work with. This house was extremely spacious for our family of four and offered everyone a perfect place to escape- whether in the TV den (kids movies) or outside at one of the numerous tables enjoying a margarita! I could easily see two families fitting into this property and if we´re ever back in Tucson, we will certainly stay here again!!

Rhonda and Scott were outstanding in every way. My wife and I spent January 1st through March 15th here. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials including a crock pot and large electric fry pan which we used frequently. I almost forgot to mention Martini glasses! The second week we were there the large spring that operates the garage door opener broke when we were headed out to dinner about 6pm. We Uber'd to dinner and by the time we returned home at 8:30pm the spring had been replaced and the door was working again. It could have been fixed the next day, but this is just an example of how committed Rhonda and Scott are to making your stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend renting this home for a short stay and especially for a longer period of time as we did. Thank you again Rhonda and Scott!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious with lots of outdoors spaces. Rhonda was very nice to work with. We went hiking every day - the Eastern part of Saguaro National Park is close. The neighborhood around this home is walkable with lots of trails nearby too. Great grocery store about a half mile away. We will rent this one again!

We were in Tuscon visiting family and landed upon Rita Ranch. We could not have been more impressed with our rental when we arrived. Before and during our stay, Rhonda was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The house was plenty big and allowed us to host family for a swim and BBQ - they were also impressed with the rental! The backyard is huge and the pool is clean and well-kept. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and spacious. The house is also close to grocery stores, some restaurants, and gas stations. Neighborhood was very quiet, and there is a large park/dog park within walking distance. There was a welcome sign with our name on it, and treats & snacks left out for us...such nice little touches! Loved our stay at Rita Ranch, and will definitely be booking this property next time we visit!

This home was great for our family get together. We loved having a pool with a diving board! The kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils that you should need. The bedrooms are comfortable, have extra blankets, pillows, etc. The pool area has towels for outside, floats, things to dive for, patio furniture, tables and chairs..all you need to enjoy the Arizona sunshine. The owners were great to work with..we appreciated them. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We have absolutely loved this house. We have stayed in Tucson many times whilst on our travels from the UK and I have to say Rhonda's house is fantastic . She has thought of every thing you could possibly need. When you walk through the door the house is spacious 3 lovely big bedrooms plus a 4th if needed. The bathrooms are super clean as is the whole house with a lovely walk in shower in 1 and a tub in the other. The pool is great after the warmth of the day there is even a diving board. Above all Rhonda and Scott are lovely people Rhonda kept in touch without being intrusive, to ensure we had all we needed and to let us know when the pool man was due. A big thank you to you Rhonda and Scott! Don't hesitate to rent this vacation home, you will not be disappointed.

My family enjoyed a few days at this lovely vacation home. It is really well equipped-from the toiletries to the sunscreen, honestly this house has everything you need for a nice vacation. The house itself is really nice and exactly as described. What a beautiful yard! Kids loved the pool. Rhonda was a delight to work with. We will return when in the area!

Rhonda & Scott were very accommodating and they're always available. She gives a great deal of attention to this property and is accessible all the time. The outdoor grill was a hit, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and new pots & pans. We enjoyed the new smart TV as well. The pool was cleaned twice a week during our stay. We will definitely be returning for our yearly Tucson vacation next year.

The house was beautiful with a great patio and pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. But it was the owner that really made the difference between this property and others like it. She was wonderful to deal with and was more than willing to accommodate us in every way possible. We were very impressed and would highly recommend it to others.

This property was perfect for our stay! It was spacious and clean and the owner left us some wonderful welcoming touches! She was super easy to deal with, very friendly, and did her best to make our stay wonderful. The location of the property is easily accessible to the highway, restaurants, and has a park across the street. I would 100% stay here again the next time I visit Tucson.

The house is beautiful! The pool is great! And the host is amazing! She thought of every little detail to make us feel welcomed and make sure our stay was enjoyable and sent texts to wish us good days and to check if we needed anytbing. Best VRBO experience so far!!! She went above and beyond and the house was nothing short of amazing, clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked.

Working with Rhonda through the rental process was so easy. She was always friendly and answered my questions quickly. The home is amazing!! It felt so warm and comfortable. My only regret is not getting to spend more time there enjoying the house and pool more.

We were in Tucson to visit family and the Rita Ranch location was perfect. We loved walking our dogs around the quiet residential neighborhood in the mornings. The house was even nicer than we expected, which is always a great surprise! The backyard was amazing, with many different seating areas for both shade and sun and lots of beautiful flowers. The bed was extremely comfortable and the house was spotless. Rhonda was very accommodating when we needed to adjust the dates of our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for a long weekend with 8 family members. It is a lovely house, very clean, and the owners have thought of everything to make it "homey" and useful. Lots of little touches that show they have thought through what it means to rent a house, including night lights, a cheese tray for when we got in, plenty of cookware, etc. Very easy to communicate with the owners.
