Paradise Ranch is a stunning property with the perfect location for your stay in the Scottsdale area. Located on a private 1.5 acre lot just minutes from downtown Scottsdale in Paradise Valley. The southwest territorial style estate provides the character and charm of the southwest desert. This home is well appointed and with five bedrooms it's perfect for large families, multiple couples and friends. When we need to reconnect with family, friends and our minds and bodies we come here. As you drive on the property you will instantly feel the warmth, style, space and comfort of this spa like oasis. The house has five bedrooms with 4.5 baths making the perfect combination of private and social space. The grand kitchen is perfect for those that love to cook and is equipped with high end appliances. The open floor plan is great for entertaining or just staying connected with your family and friends. The reason we travel to Paradise Ranch is to enjoy the outdoors and this outdoor living space is amazing! The outdoor kitchen, dinning and lounging areas are designed for everyone to enjoy. Relaxing by the pool and spa in our daybed or loungers will recharge and reconnect you. With a basketball and tennis court on our private property staying active is easy. The green space and multiple fire pits will provide a wonderful place to gather. Paradise Ranch is an amazing place that you are sure to connect with. Other amenities we offer are, onsite chef, massage therapy and yoga! The pool can be heated and is a optional amenity for guests, we recommend heating the pool mid Oct - May. Pool fencing is required for guests under the age the of 5.

Guests will have access to the entire space.

Guests will be met upon arrival and given an overview of the house. Please wear masks while interacting with our greeter. Guests may reach us via phone, text or email if you have questions throughout your stay. We do not allow more than 10 adults staying on the property.

The the house can comfortably sleep 10 adults, anything over 10 people would have to include small children who will sleep comfortably on a full sized rollaway bed or crib.

HOUSE RULES:

• We enjoy a smoke-free environment, please no smoking in the home or on the property

• All adults will be asked to sign a Liability Waiver upon check in

• Do NOT remove pool cleaner/pump from pool, this could cause the pump to burn up or damage other pool equipment you could be liable for

• No events/parties

• Please no extra house guests staying the night, all guests must be named at time of reservation. Having undisclosed guests would be in violation with our house rules and you could be asked to leave without refund.

• Clear communication is appreciated. If there's something you need please ask and we'll do our best to accommodate.

• If you are staying on a Monday please take the trash to the curb for pickup Tuesday morning

• No illegal activities on the property

• Pool & yard crews will be on the property on Fridays between 10am-1pm. They will remain outside and this is considered mandatory upkeep

• Indoor & outdoor pest maintenance occurs monthly, we try to schedule while guests are not at the home but sometimes it is our of our control and is considered mandatory upkeep

• No climbing on the pool waterfall
