This home has it all! Perfectly furnished .... Great vacation spot - location is perfect, close to shopping and dinning. The bicycles were a perfect touch for a morning stroll around the neighborhood to check out all the awesome birds that live there! We will be back! We loved it!!

Our group really enjoyed our stay in this lakefront home. The owners were quick to help out if we needed anything. The house is stocked with fun games, pinball machines and videos for the whole family.

What a great place to stay! From the moment you walk in the door it is very clear that the hosts take tremendous care in making your stay the very best it can be. Little extras to be found in every corner of the house. A very well equipped kitchen. You lack for nothing. All that is left to do is have an amazing time. Designed for fun and relaxation - it was a great place to stay! The only -and I mean ONLY thing other than complete praise I would say... is the beds were just too firm for us. I would suggest a thick, soft mattress pad for improved comfort. That of course is highly subjective. Otherwise is was perfect. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive and it was awesome!

The home was very well maintained with all of the amenities we could want for a family vacation. We have rented homes mutiple times and this property was our favorite. The host was also very responsive to our needs. I would definitely reccomend this property.

Very special to be on the water in the desert. Home was nicely furnished and clean. Hiking trails in the neighborhood were a plus. Only upgrade could be the kitchen set up. The basics were covered, but for such a nice home a little better kitchen utensils and pots and pans would be nice. The knives were awful. I know this is very picky. Overall a great place that we would visit again.

We couldn´t have asked for a better place to stay for spring training games on the west side of Phoenix. Proximity to restaurants & stores was great. Everything we needed was at our finger tips in the house. The mountan views over the pond, the pool and hot tub, and the awesome pinball machine just added to our enjoyment. Definitely a contender for a repeat visit!

The owners and property manager are professional, accessible and provide a very welcoming environment in the home. Amenities are very good and the house looks like the pictures. It was also very clean. We went out to eat a couple of times but mainly cooked great meals at the house. We enjoyed swimming, paddle boating, hiking, Sedona, the zoo and mini-golf. We also took the bikes out for early morning rides to a coffee shop. Highly recommend home and area for family get-away. Weather was also amazing! Hope to be back!

We stayed here with three couples and had a wonderful time. The home layout is very comfortable and the lakefront pool area was spectacular. We caught fish off the dock and enjoyed the view all day long! We highly recommend this home!

This is the perfect place for a family getaway, girls trip, or quiet retreat. My parents, husband, and I. enjoyed coffee by the lake, paddle boating, hot tubing, and grilling out. All the comforts of home but with the luxury of the Arizona scenery made for the perfect spring training get away. The store is right down the road if cooking is your thing, but we also found some great restaurants nearby to enjoy. The hosts made us feel so welcome! We cannot wait to go back next year!

July 17-21, 2017 Perfect example of an awesome rental should be! Great first impression and very friendly property manager. When we first got there, we were greeted with snacks for my 2 little girls. Also, a book with instructions on everything and directions to food places to eat! My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The backyard was so relaxing and very beautiful, especially at night! :-) We hope to be back in the future! My friends are all asking me about this place already! Even they loved my videos and were amazed. Thank you again & I hope everyone loves their stay as much as we did.! XOXO Annie, Nick, Kenzie. What a great area and a nice house to stay in while in Arizona. Very well Kept, Clean and spacious. The Back deck has a nice Pool, Hot tub, Grill, Tables and Chairs. It is Always hard to pick out a place on the internet but I can tell you this one is a good one. Very Friendly Owner who lives close in case you had any issues.

You will not be let down by this property, Everything is as stated and more! They haven't left out anything right down to a full spice rack in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub area overlooks a beautiful lake and has mountain views. The house is in brand new condition and has every comfort of home. This is the property to rent! We can't wait to go back!! It's a 10 out of 10!!

Delightful! This was a wonderful scenic, waterfront setting to rehabilitate in after my hip replacement surgery. It´s a very clean and well equipped home. I enjoyed being the first client for Joe & Ginny Jean from Sidney, BC, Canada Thank you Joe & Ginny for being such warm and welcoming hosts. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and caring.
