Enjoyed our stay. Garbage pick up was a problem. It looked like a weeks worth of garbage when we got there, and we were told the wrong pick up date. the note left for renters said thursday but nothing happened until the next day when recycle was picked. With 2 condo's using it, it became rather stinky. I would suggest that arrangements be made for someone to check it when it is rented. Nice area, nice condo. Could use electrical upgrade. Plug in in upstairs bathroom not working, as well as others. Thank you.

Tastefully furnished, very nice duplex we used for an annual poker club gathering. We did not use it, but has a nice pool, yard is beautiful for sitting out. We also did not cook, but since I like to cook I checked out the utensils, and they are much better than normally found in a VRBO, in my experience. Owners are very responsive, highly recommend this place.

Very clean and affordable. did not care for the steps to the master bedroom. I would definitely rent again.

Our family had a memorable stay! The home was comfortable, clean and modern. The beds were so comfortable and the quiet neighborhood added to the rest and relaxation we were looking for. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook whatever you desire! The keurig was an added bonus with a drawer of coffees to choose from. We had our 6 year old son with us and he enjoyed the pool every day as well as the fire pit in the evening. We did, too, of course. There is a beautiful view off the balcony and the sky is gorgeous in the evening. There are many towels and beach towels, pool rafts and really anything you will need. The owner is easy to get in touch with and a quick response! It´s so nice that the location is a short walk to the village. We enjoyed the coffee shop there, a grill and bar as well as the playground and fountain. We met family there - one family stayed in the duplex with us next door-perfect! We grilled together and were able to be together often but still have our separate accommodations. We have taken great memories with us!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful duplex (unit B). The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was well epuipped with anything you would need. The laundry room was clean and a great addition to our stay! The outside patio area was very nice and inviting. We would definitely stay here again!!!

First time renting through VRBO. The booking process was easy and working with Jeremy couldn't have been better. The property was exactly as advertised and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended.

This duplex is a wonderful place to stay! My family & I enjoyed everything about it. Pool was great with lots of outdoor seating in the shade. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms gave us ample space. The home also has super living room, kitchen, & dining room area. The host was very responsive & helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house felt very fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pantry and kitchen were well stocked with all the basics and any cookware you may need. Renters should know it is a private backyard but it is shared by the adjoining unit. The house is in a quiet, fairly new looking neighborhood. Beautiful surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.
