We rent a home in Flagstaff every year. This was the first house ever that was exactly as advertised. Previous homes posted only pics that made the properties look much better than they actually are. This property has recently been fully updated and was fantastic in every way. Everything works and we have zero complaints. The owners did not cheap out on anything like all the homes we have rented in the past have. Hoping to stay here from now on whenever we are in Flagstaff.

The house is very conveniently located and though it's close to the main road the insulated windows keep the sound down. The house had all the basics we needed and Angie was very responsive to our issues.

We enjoyed our stay - especially the spacious layout, comfortable beds, showers with great water pressure & convenient location. We only stayed a couple of nights & were SO happy to have a home at the end of a long day (instead a small hotel). We´ll absolutely keep this home in mind for future trips to Flag... so many kitchen appliances, laundry facility, bbq grill & horseshoes we didn´t get to enjoy on this short visit, but would look forward to on a longer one.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family. We had a fantastic time driving to the national parks and monuments from this location.

Angie's home was perfect for our family of 6 snowboarding spring break trip. The floor plan was great with the master bedroom away from the other two room since we had the 4 kids who like to stay up. The house was very clean and had everything you need for cooking. The location is convenient to shopping, entertainment and for us Snow Bowl (skiing and snowboarding). Our kids loved the side yard which included a grassy area that they took advantage of dalily to play football and took advantage of their horse shoe pits. Even though the house is right off of Route 180 the house is very quiet, you could not hear the traffic. Angie was a great host, very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend Angie's home.

This house was perfect! It was so clean and organize plus it had all the necessary things to make a house a home. Every time I come to Flagstaff I will use this property. Close to the mountain as well!

Such a great property in flagstaff! So clean and beautiful, we loved every minute there! It was the most convenient location for our snowboarding trip. The cabin was extremely cozy and had everything we needed for our weekend retreat! We could not have picked a better home for our trip!

The house was renovated and beautifully furnished. All everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. The laundry room was great and convenient. I was a little worried about the street noise when we arrived but you could not here anything inside the house. The location was very convenient being across the supermarket.

My sister and I are Flagstaff natives and were in town visiting family. Our grandparents lived a street over for some 50 years, so we were very familiar with both the location and general neighborhood. We knew there was a grocery store a short walk away, pond at the Junior High school, park down the street, easy access to trails and, also, downtown. That only left the house itself as an unknown - and we weren't disappointed! It had everything we needed. The bed/bedding was comfortable and seemed on the new end, the house recently renovated and well appointed. After a light snow, the owner was going to come over and shovel if necessary. We had a family emergency that mandated a longer stay and we were accommodated to the best of the owner's ability around a previous booking. I would definitely recommend this home and owner!

Visiting my daughter at NAU, I was able to cook breakfasts and dinners for her and her buddies. The Kitchen had everything we needed. Stores are nearby, NAU right down the road and great walking trails right out the front door. We will be staying here again! Thank you, Angie.

I stay at many rentals this is the cleanest I've ever seen! Everything is brand new, beds are very comfortable, big yard to hang out in! Great location we walked everywhere! Definitely coming back, need to practice my horseshoes!

Angie and Dave made us feel welcome with some cold local brews in the fridge and some puzzles for our kiddos. They were very easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. We loved our home away from home! Cool breeze through the windows and location is so convenient to everything in Flagstaff, especially Lowell Observatory and downtown restaurants. The house was clean, well stocked with everything you´d need in the kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, toaster, blender, even a pad of paper and scissors. This was our second time staying here. Great home! Thank you!

This house was perfect for the 6 adults in our party. It also seemed roomier than the pix suggest. We will definitely rent this property again when we return to Flagstaff. Great location to visit Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, 89, 89A, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and so much more. The house is comfortable, well decorated, and conveniently located. We thought that hot water may be a problem with six people showering, but we never ran out of hot during the 2 night stay. BTW, our trip ended in Las Vegas and we all agreed that Angie´s towels were noticeably fluffier and bigger than the Mandalay Bay´s towels! We will definitely be back and next time for longer. Would give it 6 stars if we could. Very recommended. David K. (Austin, TX)

This is a very clean, well-equipped home, with a nice open area for everyone to congregate. The homeowner is extremely helpful and informational. Having the store and restaurants across the street were beneficial. Although this is on a busy street, the windows are quality and keep the noise out. If the need arose, we would definitely rent this little beauty again.

We stayed for 3 nights in early April 2018. Home furnishing were very comfortable. Kitchen was incredibly spacious and fun to cook in, it was also well stocked with all the items for cooking. The outdoor grill was awesome to cook on. Close to shopping and the center of downtown Flagstaff. Our only dislike was the master bed box spring was very noisy, other than that, we loved everything about this place.

The House was extremely comfortable and clean. It was the perfect base for exploring all of the various and amazing national parks nearby. The only things that would have made the stay even better for us would have been access to washer/dryer, some more stocking of basic food supplies (like sugar and cooking oil), and maybe a little less on the scents (which some people might really like).

We loved this home. It was a perfect size for the 4 of us and it was very clean and modern with all the conveniences we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and the bedrooms and living room were well decorated and comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the downtown (though very do-able). The large grocery store across the street was very convenient. Angie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. It was so nice to have a place to come back to every day that was comfortable, provided everything we needed and was trouble free. It made our vacation much more relaxing and enjoyable. And Flagstaff proved to be a very pleasant area which was also very central to several good day trip destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. Great open concept layout. Linens were hotel quality and kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great with a grocery store and places to eat right across the street. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. Only area for potential improvement would be to have access to washing machine and dryer for longer stays.

So, if you've done some VRBOs... you know there's a few things... Usually, they don't have knives that work... usually a bit dirty in corners... usually a cramped uncomfortable couch... well NOT THIS PLACE!!! OMG there were knives... that worked. The pots had lids that FIT!!! They had a drawer with scissors, a pad of PAPER and pens!!! The place was spotless. They even had little things of lotion like a hotel. The beds were solid and comfy- a bit hard but that is WAY better than a bit soft. The couch had lots of great room to sprawl out and watch bad TV after a day of adventure... it was really nice. Warm furnace in the snowy weather, its RIGHT across the street from the grocery store and restaurants. Easy on and off the main road... but not noisy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is well maintained and modern. It is adequately stocked to be "just like home". All items worked as they should and there were no surprises as this property was "as advertised". The yard is welcoming and the horseshoe pits is a nice to enjoy with friends and family. Property contact was quick to be very helpful and overall just pleasant to communicate with.

We loved staying at this family friendly property in Flagstaff close to grocery store, restaurants, Lowell Observatory, and Thorpe Park. Bonus kid-friendly park just down the street. Great access to snow activities. While close to a main road, not much road noise inside. Nicely decorated and easy to use from lock box instructions to checkout procedure. Would definitely stay here again! We loved the house´s uncluttered clean and modern look with thoughtful details like luggage racks in each bedroom. Bring your own coffee for the drip coffee machine (no Keurig). The kids loved using the toaster for warm breakfast Eggos. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

This house was a perfect location from Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Wupatki National Monument. The layout is great and the house is close to groceries and shopping. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling in Arizona. The owner is most helpful with any questions you have about the area.

This is a nice, recently remodeled home less than 5 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. The 3 rooms and 2 baths are nicely appointed. The kitchen and great room were spacious for our family of 4. The owner was extremely accommodating for us, bringing toys, books, a pack and play, as well as a hiking pack for our toddler. We would recommend this home.
