John was very responsive and we absolutely loved the cabin. There was so much to do inside and outside of the cabin. Our only regret is we wished we had stayed longer. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay!

The pictures don´t do the cabin justice. It has everything you´d need for family fun and togetherness. Other than enjoying some hiking at nearby Tonto National Forest, we just hung out at the cabin and were happy to do so. After the first night, we were already talking about a return trip. It´s so well-equipped, the only thing you need to bring is family and food. Mr. Campbell, the owner, is responsive and helpful. If you´re thinking about a trip to this area, this is where you need to stay.

This is a HOME... Full of life and love from the moment you open the doors. No matter what the age, there is something for EVERYONE here... Thanksgiving 2018 was everything that I had planned and dreamed it would be due to this home. If you have kids (3-30) they have their own private SUITE filled with game after game... Pool, shuffle board, indoor basketball, card games, board games- the list is endless.. The kitchen has everything... I purposely chose a house that had one HUGE room that flowed from kitchen to living room so that I would not be alone cooking. I got everything I wanted and more. Deer in the morning and evening.. Birds... and SILENCE.. Blissful silence... Other than the laughter and clinking glasses. You will not be disapointed..

This was a great weekend get away for us. We had three families and six kids (4 four year old) and all kiddos enjoyed playing inside and out. There was lots to explore, the kids loved the climbing rope to get up a ledge and the fire helmets to try on. The upstairs playroom/tv room was huge and had more than enough beds for the kids. The location is close to Wood Canyon Lake, which has amazing views. The owner was super responsive and ensured that we had maps and pictures so we did not get lost getting back to the house. We would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely the best People Ever. I felt so comfortable with John and Shelley! Cabin- Pictures cant describe. The Cabin beautiful...Peaceful..and Huge. Stayed up there for July 4th... and will continue for many Years. Just me and the family. Kitchen Has EVERYTHING YOU NEED. I packed some pot and pans that I never had to use. Next time. ONLY CLOTHS AND FOOD. LOL. But highly recommend this cabin for a family event or to just get away. Thank you so much John and Shelley for the amazing memories xoxo

John went above and beyond on communication and making sure we had a memorable Christmas in his GORGEOUS cabin. Truly, the home felt like a luxury hotel with plenty to keep our group of 13 busy. We enjoyed pool, shuffleboard, basketball, movies in reclining theater seating, board games and toys for the kids. The only complaint we had were the amount of flies. Perhaps the last guest left windows open and didn´t dispose of trash, as requested by the owner. Other than that, we´d return in a heart beat! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We have stayed here before and i didn´t think it was possible to get better but some how it did!!! This Cabin is beyond perfect. The pictures do it no justice! Perfect family and friend get away! Was hoping for some snow but was still perfect as we walked to the nearby creek that was frozen over and so much fun to go "ice skating” in tennis shoes. It´s a perfect mix of cozy and home like. It elegant and resort like. It had everything we needed and the owners were readily avail for any questions we had! We will be back!!! Thank you

This cabin is large, perfect for family getaways. John is very responsive via text, the house was kept well, very clean and many games available to play with the family. If you love fishing this is a great location within a short distance to Haigler creek as well. I'd stay here anytime and we do plan on staying here in the future

The view from the street does not do the cabin justice. what a wonderful gem we discovered when we walked through the front door. cabin is a masterpiece, a true work of art. You can immediately tell it was built for family gatherings and you can feel the love. Plenty of room, lots to do, beautiful surroundings, with just a short drive to Woods Canyon Lake for fishing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely do it again.

The Cabin is Beautiful and was perfect for us our Children and our Grand Children. We lost power on Saturday but located the Generator in the Garage and we were good to go. It's an Awesome place for a large Family. Thanks for a Great Stay !!

This house in the woods was a great escape for our family. Lots of space and sleeping accommodations (and it's beautiful inside). The kids ranged in age from 1-18 and everyone had toys and games to play with and LOVED the bunk room. Adults enjoyed corn hole and ping pong tournaments too! Home was well stocked with soaps, towels and other necessary items. Quick drive to the lakes for fishing and fun. Great memories made in a wonderful rental. Thank you!

I can't say enough good about this cabin. I mean "cabin" is an understatement. It's really like its own little resort. The place is huge with so many sleeping options and accommodations. To top that, everything is clean and new and supplied with your every possible need. You can tell that the owners take pride in the home as well as making it nice for renters. They are readily avail to contact if any issues or suggestions. It is perfect for a romantic get away, family gathering, or group of friends. I can't wait to go back!
