Conveniently located just off the 202 freeway and only 2 miles from Downtown Chandler's night life, arts, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy quiet luxury in this studio casita. Beautiful setting off private fountain courtyard Includes very comfortable Temperpedic Queen Size bed, nice linens and amenities.
Comes nicely equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and small refrigerator. Firepit available in cooler months.
There is not a formal kitchen in this room!
Wifi is free as is the Direct TV with DVR. Parking is also free.

This is our first Airbnb or Vrbo rental. This place blew away our expectations. Very nice place the owner I met the morning after we arrived and gave us lots of pointers about what to do and what his family recommended. When we come back in the area we will rent again

The place was quiet except with some road noise from the 202. The casita was well equipped for us. There was no ice machine, elevator or loud talkers walking down the hall at midnight.
We called Brian with our 'shower' issue. He was immediately available and fixed our problem. He had an email that answered our question, but we hadn't read it yet. We would stay here again.

Loved this place. Easy to find. Close to attractions and great access to the Interstate Highway, making getting around very convenient. Hosts are great resource of information for things to do and places to go. Very helpful and friendly. Room was excellent and super clean. Way better than staying at some chain Hotel.

The casita was very clean and quiet. The location was convenient to the 202 loop which allowed easy access to the great sight seeing locations, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very hospitable and met all of our needs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and book this casita again.

My wife and I enjoyed several days at this Casita, and were impressed with the friendliness of the hosts, cleanliness of rooms, and the fact that is nicely stocked with an array of food, beverages, and other amenities. Great location in Chandler, easy access anywhere. Bonus- super quiet!

The property itself was nice the owners were very accommodating. There was however a lot of freeway noise as the house sits adjacent to the freeway. Also the mattress yet comfortable was very noisy.

We loved the outside space provided to lounge & read! The Casita was clean and everything was provided that we need. There was no stove (only a microwave) and not very comfortable seating but the owner was very responsive and friendly. Overall, it turned out to be all that we needed for our visit to Phoenix. Thanks Brian & Karen!

Casita was clean, quiet, cozy, private and comfortable. Beautiful little seating area outside. Lovely neighborhood at end of culdesac. Close to everything one needs. Perfect for two people away for a long weekend. Surprised my husband for his 50th birthday with a trip to the Chicago Cubs Spring Training. Great first experience to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We will be back and Hope to stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The furnishings are excellent and we had everything we needed for a comfortable, secure and private stay. Communication with Karen was quick, helpful and friendly. A great place to stay and close to fun, high quality restaurants in downtown Chandler.

This little Casita is great. a nice quiet neighborhood, very private, and very comfortable. it is stocked with everything you need. Great coffee, near plenty of good places to eat. I will stay here again. thank you Brian and Karen for sharing.

Rental was clean comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. Very nice neighborhood, great for walking. Close to groceries and restaurants. Would definitely send my best friend there. Will be staying again in 2 weeks and would hope to stay again the next time we are in Phoenix.
