This outstanding North Scottsdale home is an entertainers dream. A complete remodel in 2015, roughly 2 minutes from the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland and 7 minutes to Desert Ridge. This home comes filled with the best of the best~ A chefs kitchen filled with GE stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite counters, travertine and wood flooring throughout, wine bar, pool table, bags, grill, heated spa and over-sized pool with waterfall and basketball hoop, TONS of grass, surround sound in the back yard, bbq, LG front load washer/dryer and RV gate. You will find a gorgeous master suite split from the other 3 bedrooms and an office as well. We have everything you could ever want if you have young ones as well (2 high chairs, 2 pack n plays with mattresses). Amazing!!!!

The place was awesome. We have 4 young children and we also came with our friends who have small children. The house was new and clean. The pool and backyard area was great. We spent our whole time in the pool. The fence around the pool was great because we could relax in the backyard and not worry about a child falling in the pool. We are already thinking about when we can come again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub was perfect for our group. We never wanted to leave the home. Andrew was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We had a great time at this place! Loved how clean and spacious it was, and how organized the homeowners are. Everything was labeled and clear so we knew where things went and how to operate the house. Fun bonus is that there's plenty of toys if you have kiddos!

We had a great time staying here! The house was really nice–it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and it seems like it must have been renovated fairly recently. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It also was decorated nicely and had a more home-like feel than any other VRBO we´ve stayed in. The pool was also fantastic!! The kids loved it, and we liked that there was a fence right around the pool, for that extra bit of peace of mind with toddlers running around. The owner was also very quick to respond to any messages. We would stay here again for sure!

Our family of five (three kids six and under) had our first vacation away since having our baby in April and it was spectacular! The house literally has it all! Toys, books, high chairs, pack and plays, pool toys, everything in the kitchen....I could go on and on.
The owners are the definition of service! They truly want your stay to be perfect and I never felt like I was inconveniencing them when I called or texted; which they always quickly responded to!
If this area of Scottsdale is where you´re thinking of staying - PICK THIS HOUSE!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! If the weather had cooperated we would have enjoyed the outdoor area more as it was gorgeous.
Traveling with a 1 year old was made convenient by the toy room, high chair, pack n play, stroller.... Felt like we were at home.
We had some questions during the stay and the owners were very responsive.
Highly recommend staying at this property!

We had a great stay at Andrew´s home in Scottsdale. The house is in a great location with easy access to food, shopping and entertainment. The interior of the home was very clean (except for dust bunnies under beds) and well stocked. We loved the kitchen and family room to hang out in! The travertine tile is beautiful throughout and super easy for clean up for wet feet from the pool. :) The patio couch definitely needs a good cleaning, but other than that the pool area was great. Our kids (and adults) had so much fun with the basketball hoop and waterfall. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying at this great house! The house was really nice and looked just like the pictures. The pool/hot tub and backyard space were perfect for our two families (with 5 young kids). The indoor play space was also great for relaxing time inside. The location was close to everything that we wanted to do on our stay. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at this house again!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have never been more impressed with a rental home! We traveled with our 1 year old, and this house came furnished with pack ‘n plays with extra mattresses (lifesaver-our daughter has never slept better!), highchairs, stroller, toy room, and safety locks on the cabinets! As a mom, this made my life so much easier during our stay! In addition to the child friendliness of the home, it is just beautiful and very clean! The backyard area is amazing! We enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub during our stay. The inside of the home is very open and spacious-we could´ve brought more family members and still had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and furnished with more than we could need! The owners were very helpful with information and any questions we had prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay in one of their homes again when we come back to the area! Thank you!!

AGAIN, great stay. House was clean, location was superb, owners had things available for our child and most importantly the owners were very responsive and in touch.

AMAZING HOME!!

This house was everything and more!! It was by far the best home I've ever rented. The house was super clean, very well kept, family friendly (which was wonderful with our two young kids), and very comfortable (all the beds were fabulous). What I loved most about the house was the wonderful indoor and outdoor common area spaces. Kitchen/living room was large and the outdoor space was huge and beautifully kept. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities as were the bathrooms. Our group looks forward to returning to Scottsdale and renting this home again. Added bonus: Andrew and Kimberly were extremely helpful and very responsive with any questions we had.

Amazing experience, everything we would need, plus more, traveling with a family of 7! Tons of space, open floor plan, amenities just as described. Effective and quick communication was wonderful. We loved this stay and it left created great memories for our entire family. We have kids age 2-6 years old, and they were entertained the entire time. Having a family friendly, safe home, is hard to find. This hit all the boxes and then some!!!!

We have stayed at this property on two different occasions and we love it here! The beautiful pool and relaxing atmosphere make this an awesome retreat. The owners were VERY responsive and we certainly appreciated their attention to detail. We had a minor issue with the alarm system and they were quick to try to resolve it even on Thanksgiving day. This is a wonderful place to stay for families and is appropriately safeguarded for young children. The cabinets have safety locks and the pool has a locking gate. All features we were looking for.

We loved this house. Probably our favorite we have ever rented and we've rented a lot. The kids loved the pool, toys, and game room. There's grassy area to run around and lots of pool floats and balls to play with. It made our long weekend in AZ completely relaxing and fun. We cooked every meal at home. The location is great with tons of shops and restaurants close by. We would definitely rent again if in AZ.

Wonderful house for my family

We had a great time staying at this home. The owners have really thought of everything to help make staying at their home very enjoyable. We opted to have the pool heated so that our children would enjoy it more. This was a very good decision on our part. We would definitely consider staying here again should we opt to return to Arizona.

Great family home for a wonderful vacation

We stayed at this property for Spring Break. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it was a perfect set up for our two families. The pool is a great size and the kids had an amazing time jumping in and out, playing basketball, etc. Appliances were wonderful, with all the amenities we'd need (e.g., mixing bowls, knifes, etc.). We would definitely recommend this home to other families wanting to travel to the Phoenix/Scottsdale region.

Kim and Andrew 100% bailed us out and saved our wedding weekend when they let us use their wonderful home to host our friends and family for a rehearsal dinner. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable just as advertised. Kim was always a step ahead of me in terms of communication and making sure we had everything we needed before even asking. We really can't thank them enough for their generosity and helpfulness!

Home is spacious and beautifully maintained with a well stocked kitchen. The bathrooms have plenty of towels and all the beds were very comfortable. The pool/spa and backyard area is very nice and the pool table in the rec room is a nice touch. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located and convenient to airport and surrounding sights. A second TV and some towel racks in the bathrooms would be recommended. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.
