We had a lovely stay. Great location with access to many attractions. The home was comfortable and well stocked. We especially appreciated the light from the windows and skylights. Our host was gracious and easily accessible. We´re sad to leave and would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was roomy and had everything we needed. It was also perfectly located to everything in Tucson. The owners were very nice and even provided coffee and chips and salsa.

The owners, Bonnie and Paul, were so accommodating and answered every question patiently as we prepared for our stay, and when we arrived. We felt right at home immediately. The owners welcomed us with lovely touches like holiday decor on the dining room table and yummy treats – it was SO much more inviting than staying in a hotel. The location was perfect – right between the U of A campus for our daughter´s graduation, and all the other places we needed to get to such as restaurants and a Trader Joe´s just a couple blocks away – YAY!! We lit a fire in the fireplace, hung out between activities and slept like babies. Our primary suggestion would be to substitute the twin beds with full/double beds which we actually thought were pictured on the website (our misunderstanding I suppose – possibly due to the camera angle). That was the only "not-so-awesome” aspect of our stay for the two grown men sharing the 2nd bedroom, and for my mother (the grandmother of the graduate) who slept in the den. Most adults are not used to sleeping in a twin, so perhaps new, firmer, larger beds would be a worthwhile improvement to mirror the 5-star quality of the master bedroom (marvelous!) and the rest of this stellar home 🏡 away from home. Only our son could get the alarm to cooperate– it took a long time to set each time – we learned to stand VERY still for a long time... Maybe some tips on this process for the next guest? Ha ha!! Two spacious bedrooms plus an third office-bedroom with two well appointed bathrooms. Kitchen was fine for minor meal preparation, not great for more than that. Open plan living/dining area is nice. Patio is small and not attractive. Owners are very responsive and welcoming. Location is good with easy access to most of Tucson.

We stayed here for U of A Family Weekend. The house is in a great central location (central to U of A campus and hiking in the Catalinas) - and is the perfect home base while in Tucson. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

We could not have picked a more perfect place to spend UofA graduation weekend! The home is beautiful, in a great location, and very well furnished. It met every expectation and provided a great home base for the weekend's events and celebrations! Paul & Bonnie made the entire process seamless and easy. I highly, highly recommend staying here!

We loved this town home. The property is centrally located so it was easy to access any area of the City. This is a well-maintained rental with good attention given to the comfort of the renter. The Grill was great and used it many times. Really enjoyed the cable package as we watched numerous basketball games. We would rent this property again!

The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and easily accommodated 6 people. The master bedroom suite was very large and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances, cookware, and dishes we needed. . It is in a quiet neighborhood near a Trader Joes, and easy to access all the areas of Tucson we wanted to see.

Great location, great floor plan, all the amenities one could ask for...owners very helpful may want to request feather pillows and upgrade 3rd room to a proper bedroom I would rent again

We have rented this house twice for our annual winter get away. It is located just a mile from the River Park, is in a great neighborhood for biking and walking, and is well equipped. Bonnie, the owner, is very helpful with everything house questions to where to get great food.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Tucson, and the owners were very thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! PS – There is a great little French restaurant (Ghini's) about 2 blocks away. It was so good we had breakfast there every morning!

This home is lovely. It is well appointed and a good size in comparison to other homes in Tucson. My daughter was graduating from college and the living and dining room was large enough for us to have a lunch for 10 people. It is in a great location. We had a lovely time.
