We stayed at Ryan´s house and it was absolutely beautiful. The house has a split floor plan and an amazing backyard. Ryan was very responsive and a great host to my family. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everyone loved the home. It was a great place to relax, and had room to be together, and room to get away. It was really nice to watch the sun set from the deck.

This home is in a great location; close to everything just as the description reads. The view from the patio is lovely. For the most part, the photos of the interior we saw online are accurate. There is some very worn and stained furniture, though. Also, we are not big TV watchers, but we were there during the Winter Olympics and wanted to watch some of the competition. We could not access channels we needed to do so. After multiple requests, the owner did stop in to help. We never were able to get the TV in one of the bedrooms working though. The owner was flexible and did let us check in a few hours early as the house was ready. For that we are thankful.

Great location on a lovely lake. House very clean and well equipped. Love the large patio area. Some things are a little tired and could do with replacing, but the beds were very comfortable. Lots of linens and towels. Wish pool had been heated, as it was too cold to use, but did know it wasn't before we went.

This is a great VRBO house. The owner, Ryan, is a joy to work with. He is very quick to respond to any questions. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed many dinners watching the sunset from the patio. It is in a great location. Close to golf, groceries and restaurants. The pictures are truly what you get. Enjoy your stay.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 3 months while searching for our own home in Chandler. The house had everything you could ask for and so much more! We enjoyed the tranquility of being on the lake and beautiful outdoor pool and BBQ, there was even a television out there to enjoy! The owner was very easy to work with and was always quick to answer any questions we had. Although we have our own home in the area now, we would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home on the lake. It was spacious and well kept. It was very cozy and we felt right at home here. What a great location for walking, golfing, and seeing the area! It was very clean and well- maintained. The owner was very helpful and provided great service. I would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends.

I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because the boat was not working. This was the main reason we rented this property, and we were not notified that the boat was not working until 2 days before our trip. Other than that everything else about the home was great!!!

Our family stayed in the home for 3 weeks while our home nearby was being remodeled. The property was large, very clean and a wonderful location. We enjoyed many outdoor meals at the lakefront setting. The split floorplan was nice and the in home office was convenient for the extended stay. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The owner was responsive and helpful.

This is a very nice spacious home. Everything worked properly and all the accommodations were as describe. It is very close to grocery stores, golf courses and restaurants as well. I had a few questions prior to booking and after booking. Ryan, the owner responded each time within an hour or so. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great size with bar stools to sit and eat or socialize. The refrigerator was good size with an ice maker too. The patio was fantastic. There were plenty of chairs for relaxing and card playing. The three car garage actually accommodated three vehicles with room to open the doors. I say this because some garages are advertised as two or three car, but once the vehicles are inside, one can barely open the doors. One thing that may be an issue for families with toddlers. The beautiful back yard has a pool and a lake just 30-40 feet outside the patio door but there is no fence around either for child protection. Other than that the home was great. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays. Brad Chandler AZ

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The description is very accurate. It was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor area is fantastic. The location was great for our many golf outings. The owner is very easy to work with. We are renting this property again next year.
