We were looking for a reasonably priced property in Chandler to use to visit my family. We wanted a pool and an outdoor space. This place fit the bill perfectly. The owner, Joe, was very good at answering questions promptly and completely.

Perfect house for 4 to 8 people . Pool and hot tub work great. House was the best stocked of any house we stayed at in 18 years. Definitely will return on our next golf visit to chandler. Owner Joe very easy to communicate with.

What a great home, great pool, and great owner. Very flexible set-up, and perfect for family, even with little ones. Would love to stay again on a future trip.

We had a fantastic stay at May's Pond!! It was perfect for our 4 generations in town for a wedding. We never felt crowded with 9 people. We kept noticing new and interesting art, inside and out. The decoration of the wall around the pool was very cool. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked with kitchen utensils to use. Other wedding guests had gotten other houses and ours was the best!! Thank you so much, we would definitely stay here again if we need to go back to Phoenix.

Great setting for a family. Home has lots of features and space. The owner is more than accommodating. My family and I look forward to trying to stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay in this nice home. We loved the split bedroom layout. Large dining room table for dining and games. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. Communication with owner was GREAT. He answered all questions quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for offering your home to us.

Amazing property for our family as close to amenities. Short drive to restaurants and left house @ 5am and was on our plane @ Phoenix Mesa @ 6am. Will definitely stay here again! Pool and hot tub definitely made the stay. Believe pool is salt water! Awesome!

THIS WAS A VERY NICE HOUSE , WE ENJOY THE POOL AREA A LOT ,THE GRILLING AREA WAS PERFECT FOR US , WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THIS PLACE, THE FRONT AND BACK AREA WERE LITTLE DUSTY BECAUSE THE DUST STORM BUT I THINK IS NORMALY , WE REALLY LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING HERE AGAIN NEXT TIME IN CHANDLER . THANKS JOE .

Home is a great set up for two families. Backyard pool and bbq area is great kids swam for hours...beautiful neighbourhood with anything you need in close proximity...lots of golf courses very very close. Great people to deal with for anything we needed.

My family of five stayed over the Christmas/New Year break. We enjoyed the home. Lots of room, well stocked. Swam almost everyday. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely playground just down the street. Easy access to all of greater Phoenix area.

We really enjoyed our time at this place. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a very nice pool/spa and grilling area for hanging out. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this Chandler property in September of 2017. It was a beautiful home with lovely artwork throughout. The place had comfy furniture in the 2 living areas and 2 tables that could seat 16 or so together. It had a "lived in" feel, which I love. Not too fussy, but so comfortable. Cozy lighting etc. The 10 foot ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness and the design with bedrooms on 2 opposite sides of living areas afforded much privacy. I would actually like to live in this floor plan. Everything was as described The pool was so nice and warm and the hot tub was great. We grilled on the grill one night and enjoyed eating in that area. Beds were very comfortable. Relatives came over in the evening for pizza and visiting and the home accommodated our group so well. I would definitely stay here again and so would everyone else in our group. Joe is an attentive landlord and was wonderful to work with - he kept in communication with us by texting and email. Great value. There were no negatives.

Our family stayed at this home for 10 days over Christmas. It was great. Our children and 8 year old granddaughter all had a great time. The owner and property manager were great to work with and very accommodating to our needs and requests. The pool and hot tub were the greatest hit. The layout of the home and bedrooms provided a feeling of family but yet everyone had their private space. The gas grill worked very good. Access was easy.

I am the person who rented the house from Joe & Kathy and as a group we didn't feel it necessary to call as we cleaned the pool area, it was dusty from the last dust storm I only called Joe to inform him of what I felt were little issues maybe he would want to address with his property management company. We had a great time, the house was comfortable, and some of the other guest asked if we could rent this house again next year. Go figure????

I stayed here with a golf group. 4 couples. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was dirt on every surface outside. No way could anybody eat on the table. Toys under furniture. Dirty clothes in bedroom closets and dirty sheets under the bed. Cobwebs and filth all over the outside grill (swim up) bar area. This group goes on an Arizona vacation every year. We'll never stay here again.

This was a wonderful property for our family vacation. Great location, very easy access. Owner and property manager were both very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was very well stocked and clean, as were the pool and hot tube. We would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our 2nd year in a row here, we will come back. House is as advertised. We would be back again next year but our dates do not fit. We will be back in the future. 8 guys for a golf trip and this house handled us fairly easily.

Clean property, great communication. Would love to return next year for our annual car show trip. Slept 6 comfortably, all descriptions and amenities exactly as promised. Highly recommend, A+!

Our group just finished a visit to the Phoenix area and had another wonderful stay at this Chandler home. This was our 4th time here and there were some upgrades done that made a great place even better---resurfaced pool and spa area perfect--new BBQ--some leafy trees cut back or removed. A couple minor issues at check-in were handled within minutes by Mgr--Julie and husband. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Our group of 6 people--(5 seniors)--have enjoyed this house 3 times over the past 6 years and have always enjoyed it to the fullest. Always clean and well taken care of--we couldn't figure out how some of the plumbing for the pool features worked and the mgr was right there to assist immediately. Love the pool!!! Nice to have TVs in every bedroom. Close to shopping and activities we enjoy. Couldn't be happier with the way we have been allowed to enjoy this wonderful home away from home---and we are looking forward to our stay in 2015.
