This house was exactly what we hoped for. We love the foothills area for the quiet neighborhoods, small town feel and beautiful scenery. This property was representative of the photos and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and many home-cooked meals. Everything went smooth and when we wanted to make a slight adjustment to the hot tub heat on a cool day, the owner was only a quick call away and more than willing to help. We look forward to our next trip back!

We had a wonderful holiday in phoenix. From the moment we arrived the owner made everything easy. The house is beautiful and had everything we could have asked for and more. The pool was very warm and we enjoyed swimming every day. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and All the beds were so comfortable. I could not have asked for a better place or a nicer owner to deal with. Thank you Russ! Hope to come again!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at this absolutely beautiful and spacious home!! The beds were beyond comfortable and the sheets were so soft our son threatened to take them home in his suitcase. Don't worry, Russ, we didn't let him. :-) There were tons of spices and many other condiments and staples in the pantry and even some bottled water and soda in the refrigerator. It was nice not to have to go to the grocery store and buy all of the staples needed for cooking meals at the house. We actually cooked more than we usually do just because the kitchen was so well stocked with top end pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc. It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer especially since we had our 1 year old grandson with us. The living room was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay is very close; grocery stores, outlet mall shopping, Topgolf, hiking, and the airports. We all enjoyed the pool since it was very hot while we were there and the overhead fans were especially nice. The house has everything you need for a great vacation! When you call or text the owner, Russ, he responds immediately and takes care of all your needs. We will definitely be returning to this house.! Thanks again Russ for sharing your beautiful home!

We were visiting the first week of April and had amazing weather! It was my first time in AZ and doing a VRBO. Russ was amazing and made the process easy, every step of the way (with great communication when needed.) This lovely property has a beautiful open floor plan overlooking the pool / deck with wonderful scenescape. No street sounds were heard, only the occasional golf stroke from the tee. The home is simply and elegantly furnished. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens! We packed light and it was great to have washer, dryer and soap to do a load of laundry and refresh towels! The kitchen and pantry were a pleasant surprise with staples, condiments and spices! We stayed in more than we should have, because it was a GREAT KITCHEN TO COOK IN, plus outdoor grill! The flowing kitchen made it easy to prepare and serve our party of 8. We weren´t big fans of the Arizona tap water so the extra refrigerator in the garage made it nice to store a case of water. The pool and hot tub were always perfectly heated. We liked that there was part shade over the pool, best of both worlds sun and shade. We enjoyed lounging on the floats in the pool! We really enjoyed our time in this house and hope to visit again in the future.

The house was perfect in every way: very clean, spacious, well organized, and beautifully decorated. The outdoor patio and pool provided a very private space to relax and enjoy the sun. Russ, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. My family will definitely stay at this house again!

When we walked into the house we were blown away with how beautiful and comfy the house was. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Russ is extremely friendly and responds quickly.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and well stocked with anything a vacationer might want. The pool and spa were clean and heated which was welcome during the unseasonably cold weather. We enjoyed drinks by the firepit but didn't use the grill. The beds are super comfortable. The location is outside just outside of the city and only a short drive to most any greater Phoenix area destination. Russ was incredibly responsive and accommodating for all our needs. He checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed.

Spent February 3-10 at this property. All 8 people in our party enjoyed our stay. The owner Russ was easy to contact. And promptly replied via text or phone. The kitchen had everything one could ever want. The beds are beyond luxurious. Super spacious property with every couple having their own bedroom. Enjoyed super bowl Sunday in front of a huge 60 inch flatscreen t.v. With beautiful leather couches and chairs for everyone. The dining room table sat 8 with ease and room to spare. The pool/hot tub were incredibly clean. And pre-heated before our arrival! We can´t say enough about the lemon tree! We all enjoyed fresh squeezed lemonade quite often. Thankyou to Russ for providing the recipe to make it. I especially liked the fans located overhead in the patio. It was quite hot when we were there. And they certainly provided added comfort when needed. The area was incredibly beautiful. The foothills in the background were gorgeous. The foothills golf course was behind the backyard fence. The house was literally surrounded by a very gorgeous 18 hole course. Very close to grocery stores, shopping and the airport. I feel the quality of everything from kitchen pots to towels were higher end. Nothing in our eyes was lacking period! We would definitely return in a heartbeat. What a great family vacation this turned out to be. Thankyou Russ!

Our stay was amazing! We found the house easily, it was in pristine condition when we arrived, and the view was stunning. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures no matter what time the family wanted to swim. The owner has done a wonderful job with making sure this house has everything. We took full advantage of the bikes and book of information on local places. The house was exactly what we needed and we plan to make a return trip very soon.

We stayed in this home from April 7 - 19. We are from Toronto, and we met family from Calgary in Phoenix. This home worked perfectly for our extended family. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything/everything we could ask for. Our granddaughter lived in the pool. All bedrooms were comfortable. We hiked and golfed in the area. Russ was very attentive to all our requests and double checked several times to be sure everything was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend this home, and we hope to come back!

Russ was awesome to deal with and very accommodating. House was perfect for our family with kids. Pool was well maintained. Close to everything. Will be coming to stay again! Highly recommend.

We certainly enjoyed this beautiful, spacious and perfectly equipped home! The pool and hot tub were wonderful in a very private setting. Home was equipped with everything you need and more in a rental.....owner was terrific to deal with and was always available for questions! We look forward to renting again!

What an amazing home! While there was so much to love, our highlights were: - the beds...OMG - so comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. We all slept like babies. - the house was perfect for our vacation. We had 2 families: 4 adults, 4 kids. The 4 bedrooms ensured everyone had their own space. Plus the kitchen and living room were massive so it certainly felt spacious. The house was also stocked with everything we could have ever possibly needed. Tons of towels, kitchen appliances (waffle maker!), dishes for indoor and outdoor....there isn't a thing missing. The house is also located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood that was minutes from anything important. - the pool...this was an important feature when we were looking for vacation homes. The pool was heated and the backyard was nicely landscaped and private. The lemon tree was a special treat and we enjoyed fresh lemonade daily. - the owner - AMAZING. He called and returned text messages within minutes and was determined to ensure that we had the best stay possible. While we never met the man in person, he is genuine in wanting to have a great vacation property and happy guests. I would give this vacation rental 10 stars if we could! Thanks so much Russ!!

We just completed a week's stay at this beautifully maintained Ahwatukee home and will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area. Russ, the owner, could not have been more responsive or concerned that our group was comfortable and had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. We have experienced several rentals in various parts of the country over the years, and few could compare with this one in terms of being well supplied. From paper products to spices, to towels, cleaning products and kitchen needs, we were well taken care of. It is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, and we spent many a happy hour sitting by the pool on the patio, enjoying the magnificent view. This is a definite keeper!

This house is a 20 minute ride to/from the airport. We noticed immediately that the house was clean, looks just like the photos. Beautiful. Both of us were really happy that the beds were so comfortable. There are lots of hiking/biking trails a short drive from the house. After hiking, the hot tub was amazing. It was neat to watch the hummingbirds while sitting in the hot tub. Beautiful view of the mountains, too. Grocery store and lots of restaurants are close. A 1.5 walk or bike ride. Nice to have a washer and dryer to do a quick load before packing up and going home. (Laundry and cleaning supplies in the cupboard.) There is plenty of room to not feel on top of one another. Our long weekend was very relaxing, Russ responds quickly to any request. We couldn't have been happier and will book again and take our family. P.S. Don't miss the Perfect Pear, food is outstanding, we went 3 times.

My husband and I stayed in this Ahwatukee home for one week. Everything about it was perfect! It was exceptionally clean and well organized with plenty of kitchen & laundry supplies, towels, etc. as well as decorated with high quality features (granite countertops, leather seating, large screen tvs, etc.). The backyard was private and peaceful. We enjoyed star gazing while enjoying the the spa. We loved how close this home was to our favorite hiking, shopping, and restaurants. The homeowner was great to work with and very responsive to all our needs and questions. We are looking forward to a return stay in the near future.

We went to Phoenix to unwind for a few days, this place was just want we needed. The house is nice and comfortable. We have stayed in other places where it was so formal and staged that we didn't feel we could really relax and use the place. Things are all new and working and the house and supplies were all spotless and well stocked (plenty of towels!!). Not something you always think about the washer and dryer were nice to have. The pool was great, the hot tub was perfect in the evenings when the sun went down. The neighborhood is quite and clean, we didn't even notice the neighbors in the backyard, enjoyed being right on the golf course. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from everything you need to enjoy some down time like shopping and great restaurants. There are running and biking routes right out the door so perfect for the exercisers in the family. All in all the house exceeded our expectations and we would certainly stay again.

This house and the surrounding area has everything you need! The house is in excellent condition with a beautiful landscaped yard and pool. It was amazingly quiet and peaceful for being so close to everything. It was just a short drive from the airport and very close to Hiking, Shopping, and many golf courses. The home-owner was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions we had! All in all our family had a great experience and can't wait to visit again!
