This home is clean and the kitchen has everything you could ever need. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything.

Luke did a great job accommodating to our stay for our group attending the WMPO. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The outside patio was perfect for relaxing during the night by the pool and fire. I would highly reccomend staying, you won't be disappointed.

The home was very spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a very accommodating and personable owner. The rental process was easier than other homes I´ve rented. Luke promptly returned our deposit as well after our stay. Would recommend this home and would plan to rent again if opportunity arises.

We had a great week at this house. Very comfortable, lots of room and was stocked with everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace in the backyard.. unfortunately the pool was too cold to use (wish it was heated!). We would have loved some loungers in the backyard so we could have layed in the sun, but we brought pool floats so we just set them up on the ground! We really liked the location.. it was a pretty quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go!

We had a lovely vacation in this 2 bedroom home with another couple who were interested in a spring golfing trip. There were evening fires and backyard grilling and some great golf outings. A couple of glitches with the house but Luke was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This spacious and comfortable two bedroom house was a perfect base for my husband and my parents during our trip to Phoenix for Spring Training. We felt like we were close to everything from this location-ball parks, museums, the botanical garden, shopping, movie theaters, etc. Access to the freeways was easy and close, but the house location is very quiet. We took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grill for meal prep. There is also a spacious dining table for meals, cards and game playing. We didn't spend much time watching, but a TV is available in the living room. The beds are comfortable and you have plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack and make yourself at home. We were also very happy to be able to do laundry so we could pack lighter. We didn't use the pool as it's still too early in the year for the water to be warm enough but I'm sure it'd be great in summer or fall. Luke was very easy to work with and makes sure that everything is to your satisfaction. We'd be delighted to stay here again the next time we come to Phoenix.

First off, there is now a TV in the house! Very clean and comfortable. Owner has the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked plus he is easy to contact if anything is needed. The house is at a great location for easy access to freeway but enough off the busy streets so that you don't hear traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Home is a new rental and was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The bed were very comfortable. A few expected amenities were missing but we left suggestions for the owner. Know you will not have any television, access to garage, or comfortable patio furniture. Location was good for Barrett and other area amenities.
