Comfortable unit, great location right by the pool, in a beautiful neighborhood. Unit could use new pots and pans, and additional dinner plates. Robert was easy to work with, highly recommend for a quiet stay for a couple.

Robert Is an excellent host. He went above my expectations. He answers your phone calls and Worked with us on our requests. The condo is well furnished and very clean and comfortable. It´s very convenient to several Eateries and grocery stores. Centrally located to so many activities. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Loved being poolside; need more light in kitchen; bathroom fan doesn´t vent well; limited TV channels. Wish we could have brought our dog. Overall, very comfortable.

Cozy, clean with easy access to a great pool & hot tub. We loved how close this was to great hiking at South Mountain Park.

The condo was perfect and Robert was extremely helpful. I've never stayed at a more equipped place, there was coffee and creamer waiting and even bottles of water. Thanks for an awesome stay. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate.

Very well maintained. Quiet, safe, and convenient to major road networks. Property is well landscaped. Pool and fitness facility. Very enjoyable stay. Robert O'Brien was responsive to all our needs and made our stay exceptional.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful pool area and so close to restaurants and shopping. The condo met all our needs. Would definitely recommend it.

We loved our little girls get a way in this cozy, comfortable condo. It was near our conference and close to lots of restaurants. The owner, Robert, was great too. Awesome experience.

Bob, thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. Very clean, comfortable bed, everything we needed was in condo all we had to do was buy our food&drinks. The neighbors were very friendly had fun laying out at pool talking with people and getting much needed sunshine🤗

This condo was everything that you could want. From the view from the patio to the areas around the complex. The condo was equipped with everything that you needed. There were stores and restaurants very close. The 2 pools were very well maintained. Robert was very easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating. We hope to be able to stay here again.

My parents drove out for Christmas and had reserved a room at a Holiday Inn, no amenities at all, just a bed. I quickly got on line and found Roberts place, centrally located, super clean, everything you could possibly need with being completely furnished and contacted him. Robert was great to work with, quick responses and I was able to get my parents a real home for their stay within minutes. I would definitely recommend Robert's condo!

The condo owner (and manager) Robert, is great to deal with, very accommodating, and provides a well equipped condo with everything you need, and many small extra's that would not be expected in a rental property (extra toiletries, food staples, extra hangers, every utensil you could think of, etc.). Complex has nicely maintained pool/spas, central bar-b-q's, and clubhouse has a clean and well maintained gym also. VERY close to shopping,and great walking paths through the lake area right in front of the condo. Also provides covered parking.

Despite our already pretty late (and then further delayed) arrival time, Robert gladly accommodated us and met us when we got in to do the key exchange. The condo was very clean (and I'm a bit OCD) and well-appointed with nice amenities and everything you'd possibly need for a brief - or even a longer - stay. The grounds were lovely, tidy, and the easy nearby entrance to the heated pool and hot tub were total bonuses!! The area is gorgeous and also perfect for long walks or hiking at South Mountain. Robert even when out of his way to meet my friend who had grocery shopped for us in advance of our arrival since we'd be arriving to town so late. Robert also accommodated a late check-out at the end of our stay! All-around a great experience and transaction. Would definitely rent this unit again and would wholeheartedly recommend. A way better option than a hotel, and definitely more affordable when you can make your coffee and breakfast at "home." Thank you!

My husband and I were in town on business and didn't want to stay in a hotel, so we decided to go with VRBO. We definitely did our research and the reviews here looked really good so we went for it. And boy are we glad we did. Robert was fantastic to work with. He met us at the condo and showed us around. The grounds are beautifully kept with two pools, two hot tubs, nice outdoor seating and grills, and a nice fitness center. We hardly ever saw another person for the four days we were there. The condo itself is very nice and very clean. Robert provided beach towels, patio seating, bottled water, coffee, filters, spices, pasta sauce, spaghetti, shampoo, a blow dryer, and more. He even had toothpaste and new toothbrushes in the bathroom - just in case. Luckily we remembered ours, but I thought that was a nice touch. These things may not always be available but they were when we were there and we really appreciated it. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Robert! We hope to visit again sometime soon!

Our place was awesome. We had two pools (1 heated and 1 not heated) and 2 hot tubs. The grounds were extremely well kept up and was always clean. The condo itself was very clean and had anything and everything we would have needed from shampoo to seasonings for cooking. It is in a great location. Robert was so nice and such a pleasure to work with. If I had any kind of questions all I had to do is email him and he got back to me within an hour. I will definitely rent Roberts condo again. Thanks Robert for such a great vacation.

I stayed here four nights in October 2016. It was ideally located a few blocks away from my son and his family. The owner always responded swiftly. It is a huge plus that he lives very close by. He has thought of everything to bless anyone who stays there. There's even a Fry's grocery card to use! Cards, score pads, a checkerboard.... The bathroom is fully stocked from shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer to Q-tips! There's a nice washer and dryer and nice beach towels, too. The kitchen had foil, saran wrap, ziplock bags, spices, peanut butter, even spaghetti sauce and bottled water.....The king sized bed was very comfortable! It is obvious that the owner and his wife take pride in the place and they genuinely care about being good hosts. The place is just as it is represented in the pictures. Though the pool within view is not heated, there is a hot tub if the water is too cold, and there is another one close by in the complex that is heated. I found the residents in the immediate area to be nice and quiet. Fry's and Trader Joe's are nearby. The rental price was very reasonable and sure beats a hotel room. I will stay again in a heartbeat if it's not booked. What a great home base in Phoenix!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend as it is located near relatives. This was a nice, clean and comfortable condo. The king sized bed was perfect. This condo provided all the comforts of home while traveling. The owner was prompt both by phone and email, and a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to staying here again.
