Felt that the beds require immediate replacement. Most mattresses are saggy and have a two inch corrugated foam insert to assist in making the beds more comfortable. Inside home is monitored by security cameras which I felt was a bit intrusive. Owner was easily accessible via E-Mail. Two large screen televisions are in the home with several remotes each. I would recommend that specific operating instructions be left with each television. Additionally, I would recommend a card for each television that contains available channels, I.e., Channel 4 - NBC, Channel 9 - CBS, etc. Television cable schedule lists several channels, but most are not available. Front of home looks beautiful. However, the back yard is in need of major cleanup and landscaping.

This house was comfortable and appropriately furnished. There was plenty of space for our 3 families to enjoy Thanksgiving. The location was easy to get to right off the 101. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house for 5 days in March. We all loved the house and were very happy with its location. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. There were plenty of bedrooms and other places to sleep if you have a large group. The back yard was outstanding! There's a sparkling pool and a beautiful view of a great golf course. It was very quiet and seemed quite private. The owner was very easy to reach and he responded each time within an hour. We would definitely stay here again!

When we got off the fwy arriving to the house, we were amazed at the scenery. Then to pull up to the best house on the block that was totally ours for 4 entire days was pretty much disbelief. Mr. Yee's home is an total escape from reality. He has it decorated so wonderfully, with every room having it's own personality. Not one of us complained about our rooms. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, my Dad wanted me to ask where Mr. Yee got them from, LOL (and he's so serious) The house is fully stocked with anything you need, but the best part for me was leaving items there for New Renters. , Mr. Yee your hospitality was A1 and I cannot express how much my family and I truly enjoyed our Homeaway from Home. We will definitely be going back whenever I'm in Glendale👌😁😁😁

Our family rented this large vacation home so out of state relatives could stay together to attend our son's wedding. This house is plenty roomy enough for a large family gathering. The location is very convenient to local stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and organized. Many family memories were created by our stay in AZ. We look forward to planning another time for extended family to gather together in a large vacation home.

We had a nice place here with room for 6 separate guys staying for golf. It is close (walking distance) to a few strip malls which had about all you need for a stay. We did not need the cooking fear but there is plenty of it. Anyway it is a great place to stay if you need the room for a bigger group.

My family and I had the best experience in this home. The house is spacious and allows for a large group to move about without getting into each other´s space. I especially liked that it was reasonably priced, well stocked (extra bedding, towels and all), clean and the owner was friendly. Will definitely use it on our next trip.

This property is amazing updated home in a wonderful location it was one of the most clean roomy and we'll stocked home with kitchen and bathroom room items to the max. The security is on the home give you a piece of mind with a house so big . Great place to stay and we will return, we just wished the pool was heated but other then that amazing place Thanks Goodwin for sharing your home. Williams family from Minnesota

My family and I came to Arizona to attend a family wedding. This property is very clean and family cozy. Everything was clean and ready upon arrival including the pool and barbeque. I would definately recommend this home to family and friends. I spoke to the owner personally prior to leaving California, he was very prompt and helpful to our questions and needs. This was a "5 star", experience.
