We really enjoyed the condo and all it had to offer. Tracy was quick to respond to all our questions. We loved the sports equipment that was supplied as well as the hot tub and heated pool. It was the best stocked rental unit we have ever stayed at. If we ever come back to Phoenix we would gladly stay here.

This home is the perfect place for families or two sets of couples to stay while visiting Phoenix. The layout allows for privacy so that if two families or couples stay, they have their own bedroom/bathroom areas apart from the main living area. The loft upstairs serves as a great extra bedroom and/or play area for kids (the daybed can make into a queen or two twins). There are plenty of games and DVDs provided for entertainment, as well as a closet full of fun sports and pool accessories for swimming, tennis or basketball - all of which are readily available in the complex. Our ten-year-old loved this, and we made use of all of it! The pool and jacuzzi is literally right there, just outside the front door, easily accessible. Even though it was winter we were able to use it as the pool is heated. The upstairs master bath also has a jacuzzi tub, which was a wonderful way to end the day. And though the condo is right next to the pool, it was very quiet, even when people were there, and we felt completely comfortable. This is because of the way the condo is situated - the balconies and windows look out onto a set of beautiful Palm and Ficus trees that give complete privacy to this particular unit. There were many humminbirds and other birds flitting about in the trees, which was lovely to watch as we sat out on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning. The complex itself is very clean and beautifully maintained, as is the condo. The condo looks like it's been updated not long ago, and it as well as all the furnishings are clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture was beautiful. There are plenty of extra towels and other supplies, including storage bags and other accessories in the kitchen many places don't think to provide. Though we had two cars, we had no trouble finding parking for the second car close by to the condo. Though we couldn't use the fireplace (Phoenix has no burn days over the holidays), it lent a lovely backdrop to the living room, and we ended up placing a small table-top Christmas tree in front of it and placed our gifts there. We had our parents over on Christmas Eve, and it was so nice to be able to visit with them in such a comfortable and beautiful place. All in all, staying here made our Christmas vacation visiting our family and friends in Phoenix a wonderful time. We hope to stay again!

We have stayed at this property twice this summer. Tracy is awesome! Tracy is very accommodating and flexible which has made it a complete pleasure to rent from her. She responds almost immediately and is very easy to communicate with during the whole process. Also, not to mention that the condo is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, clean and has absolutely everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. There are a lot extras that make your stay even more enjoyable. The bedrooms are large and there are televisions throughout the whole condo. After staying there the first time there was no question we would stay there again, especially for the price. If the opportunity comes for us to stay in Arizona again we will definitely be staying here.

This is the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Everything that we needed was there for our use. Clean, well maintained & it felt like home. We will definitely stay here again & highly recommend this property!

I am very grateful to have stayed in this beautiful place during a time of family distress. I was visiting a relative every day in a local hospital and then acute rehab. It was within a few minutes of the condo. The pool was so great for me in the early morning. Tracy was so helpful. You will appreciate this lovely home way from home.

We enjoyed our 5 week stay on Cave Creek Rd. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The owner even had pool toys and towels, basketball and tennis racquets for the renter´s enjoyment. We enjoyed the amenities of the property, heated pool, hot tub, grills, and tennis court. We have been renting properties around the country for about 10 years, and this property was probably the best equipped of any of our rentals. We are so happy we found this lovely condo, conveniently located in North Phoenix. The accommodations were lovely, well appointed with everything you need. We were travelling with our son and his wife, and this condo was perfect to allow our family gathering along with space for privacy. The heated pool and hot tub were delightful. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessary items. This location was a perfect basecamp for our travels all over the state. Best of all, Tracy the owner, was simply delightful, gracious, responsive and kind. We will definitely look to see if this condo is available the next time we are in the area. This was our second visit, and this unit at Tapatio still works. It is clean, well equipped and located and worked really well for a gals' weekend for five.

The condo provided a comfortable space for both adults and children. The storage cabinet was well-stocked with a variety of things for young children, as well as, a high chair. The pool was clean, convenient and suitable for families with young children. The condo's patio was also an enjoyable space overlooking gardens and nearby pool. The condo facility is also close to nearby trailheads (walking distance if one is inclined) and shopping.

Nice condo that is clean, up to date, and offers a split level floor plan that could really add value for multiple couples traveling together. Property manager on site for any needs and the pool is open 24/7. Overall great value and would gladly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Tracy's condo. It had everything you would need and was very comfortable. It was nice to come home there after exploring different attractions in Phoenix. The location gave good access to many restaurants and shops. The pool and grounds were very nice. We would definitely stay there if we are in the Phoenix area again.

Enjoyed our stay here - well stocked kitchen and great beds, slept like a baby! Appreciated the pool toys/cooler and close proximity pool access. We went daily and most days, had the pool to ourselves! Great girls weekend getaway and would definitely recommend.

Our family of four put almost 1500 miles on a rental car visiting points of interest around the Phoenix area. The condo was great coming home to each evening. We loved the pool--it was both inviting and refreshing! The condo was definitely in a convenient location.

The condo has all the amenities of home you could ask for. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels-even towels for the pool. The pool is very close to the condo which is very convenient for families with children. Tracy made sure we had all of the information we needed before checking in. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again!
