Location, location,location we spent the month of January at Scott´s Home in PHX. The neighborhood was very quite and nice, the home was clean. The appliances are all new, the master king bed with memory foam was comfortable and the shower was top notch. The big screen TVs were great. The back yard was great for our three golden retrievers, and scarlet canyon was close to walk the dogs Scott was great to work with, the grass was mowed and the pool guy showed up a couple times during the month I golfed 8 times and rode 405 miles on my road bike Thanks for a great vacation

Our family had a great time on our trip to Phoenix. World class hiking minutes away, as well as shopping, and entertainment. Very quiet and private neighborhood. Quick access to highways, far enough away to not hear anything! Enjoy the open floor plan of the house, and great backyard with plenty of shade for entertaining. Also an outdoor grill/ kitchen area for food prep!

This is a stunning house with a great kitchen -huge tv in family room -comfortable beds -inviting yard with grass, pool with waterfall, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Scott is a wonderful host.

Stayed at this custom home in Phoenix Arizona near Dessert Ridge. Really enjoyed my stay. The highlight of the home was the backyard, with the pool, waterfall, and new Jacuzzi in this green oasis that is very unexpected in Phoenix. Watched the Superbowl in the 70" flat panel in HD, while enjoying the wonderful February phoenix weather and gas grill. All my friends back home were jealous. Nearby we went to the contemporary Dessert ridge mall a few times. Once there was an outdoor band. We also went to a comedy club on Union street after eating at Oceans grill, an upscale restaurant, all about 10 minutes away. Oceans grill had some wonderful live music. Beds were very comfortable, those memory foam. All in all, highly recommend and plan on returning soon.

Just a great vacation home. Great pool. Great hot tub. Huge tv. Comfortable AC and wifi and huge tv's near everything Phoenix has to offer. My kids loved it. I loved it. We will never forget our time here. Scott is a great host. He cares and is on top of everything.

One month before we traveled to Arizona the original house I had booked cancelled on me. I was frantically looking for another and came across this property. It was closer to my relatives so I just decided to book it. Best decision ever!! The house was amazing, really so much better than the pictures. The pool area is so relaxing and we were in the pool multiple times a day. Scott was great to work with; the toaster was missing and he had one on it's way the minute I mentioned it. He was available to answer all my questions. We will definitely be wanting to stay at this house again when we visit Phoenix.

Our family stayed in Scott's home for five weeks during a home renovation project. Scott was a great host and his home was comfortable and centrally located to so much in the Phoenix area. Scott was easy to communicate with and did everything within his power to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to rent his home again.

Scott could not be a nicer guy or more accommodating. He makes this feel like a second home. Not only does he take the time to write out any and all recommendations for the area or instructions for the house, he is always available by phone to explain if you have any questions about the house or the surrounding area. The area surrounding the home could not be more perfect. Sandwiched in between two mid sized mountains, you are able to appreciate the Arizona landscape from your backyard while taking a dip in the pool. The soothing waterfall running while taking in the views is just the kicker. The backyard also featured a hot tub and fire pit which were always perfect night caps. The inside of the home is gorgeous, with everything you could want. The living room pairs a big flat screen TV with all the smart TV technology you could ask for. The kitchen is stunning with all new updated furnishings as well. Perhaps the aspect of the home I appreciated the most was the full TempurPedic bedroom set up. I slept phenomenally my entire stay. With good restaurants, shopping, night life, and convenience stores just a quick drive away, this house couldn't be more perfect.
