Convenient to everything. Well-stocked and comfortable. Loved the birds outside the kitchen window. Enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. A pleasure after a day of hiking to come back and relax.

I had a wonderful stay at this super cute, cozy condo. It's artfully well decorated and just a nice space to be in. The owner is kind, helpful and available if needed. It's nice and quiet, only a short drive to Sedona, and fully equipped with everything one needs. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

I would definitely recommend staying at this unit. Easy access to the main attractions. I would only recommend an little better method to gain access to the key to gain entrance. This place is perfect for one couple.

Thank you Aime. We enjoyed our stay in Sedona very much. The condo and views are lovely, and I enjoyed daily walks in the country club. We also both loved viewing the birds at your bird feeders and appreciated a fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Beth and Mike

Our condo was very nice, host left detailed instructions for everything! Made us feel welcome. Everything was neat, organized and full of the necessary items for our stay. Easy to get into Sedona.

Pluses: Clean-Quiet-Well stocked-Tasteful decor-Well maintained-Lovely landscaping-View of Sedona buttes- Walk friendly gated community-Covered parking space-Convenient location-Owner is responsive and helpful. Oh, and ‘bird friendly´. The owner has an exceptional setup of feeders just outside the kitchen window. If you enjoy seeing birds ‘up close´ you will be delighted. A bonus for our stay! Negatives: Umm...we had to spend about 20 minutes opening the key ‘lockbox´ to gain access to the unit´s entry key. Maybe WD40 would help? It was frustrating. Disappointment we could not use the fireplace during the cooler weather. Though the above affected the star rating we recommend this rental.

Staying in Amie's delightful home was a real treat! It was comfortable, clean, uncluttered and a real joy to be in! It was also great place to come home to after a hot, hard day sight seeing! The house was cool and had all working amenities and more! Access to the swimming pool and hot tub soon eased our weary muscles. While the golf course looked inviting, we never had time to try our hand at golf. Aimee was very attentive to our needs and helped us solve any problems that we ran into regarding sightseeing and how to get to these places! We really enjoyed staying at the Canyon Mesa Country Club. It was quiet and pleasant. My husband derived great pleasure every morning from feeding hummingbirds to sparrows. We had never seen bees vying for space at the hummingbird feeder with 4 or 5 little humming birds at a time! Being able to keep up with professional tennis on the television was a personal joy for my husband! I was particularly grateful for the kitchen utensils and cutlery which had been provided. All in all, we had a particularly happy stay, and gladly recommend Aime's home as "being your own home away from home!" Gael & Bill!

Very nice, very well furnished and beautifully decorated condo. Owner was very accommodating and pleasant. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Aime's condo was a perfect place for our stay in Sedona. Just outside of Sedona and away from busy traffic. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Aime came to greet us and she was always available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is okay, but outside of Sedona several miles, so be aware. The owner's process is a little unorganized and she is definitely pushy. If you are looking for a place to de-stress, keep looking unless this is all that is available. Day 1 of my arrival was harassment about the remaining charges-her quote "this needs to happen ASAP, I am not waiting until this evening". She had half already paid and I was staying 3 nights, I thought that was aggressive and not a very welcoming Day 1 as I was in a conference all day with limited connectivity. The next text came about me hurrying to leave by 11 on my check out day (3 days away!) because she has a "quick turn around" on my exit day. Check out is 11, if that's not sufficient, change it! Owner has the same vibe as many Sedona "locals", which isn't as inviting as the scenery and requires customer service training in most cases. The owner detracted from an otherwise nice vacation, keep looking.

I really enjoyed staying here. Great hiking was 20-30 minutes from the condo and it was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.

Staying at Aimee's was like visiting a friend who was away for a week! Her home is charming, inviting, and very comfortable. I wanted to stay longer than four days! And for a high-maintenance female (me!), having such a huge space for washing my face, fixing my hair, putting on makeup, etc. was heavenly! The large mirrors and fabulous lighting are the best I have ever experienced in all my extensive travels. And I loved watching the hummingbirds getting nourishment from the feeder outside the kitchen window. In addition to my praise for her condo, I must also add my praise for Aimee, the person. She was there to greet me (I had given her my estimated arrival time) and found that she is as charming and welcoming as her home. I will definitely stay at "my friend's place" the next time I am in the area!

You quickly feel right at home in this well equipped villa. The location is convenient, only steps from the beautiful golf course and pool, and close to shopping and restaurants. The owner is local, and very helpful with suggestions to nearby attractions. We would definitely rebook for our next trip to Sedona!

Note: This is the owner's permanent home. Great condo and price. We really enjoyed our stay as well as the pool. I would suggest disclosing information such as this is your private and permanent home (not knowing this prior to the trip made it a bit awkward). Also, pets are welcome but omitting information that a pet resides in the home with the owner is also important for those who have allergies to pets, such as myself. Pool towels and a small cooler would have been an added bonus.
