Well situated to all highways. Would have loved a kingsized bed in the master and a bureau to unpack in the second bedroom, but those are just personal preference details. Overall was a great place to stay.

House was clean and relaxing. Great back yard for enjoying the weather. Great location to 51 and 101. 20 min. to MLB training camp games. Very close to plenty of golf!! Enjoyed our stay and would come back again! Rich

Our stay at this house was definitely one of our best VRBO - HomeAway experiences! We arrived at the front door at 1 am, 28 hours(!) after leaving our home in Italy. The long trip had been an ordeal, but as soon as we walked into this safe haven our accumulated exhaustion, tension and anxiety began to fade: the lights were on and so was the heating, the house was clean, cheerful, nicely decorated and tastefully furnished. From that moment on my husband and I felt right at home. The house is very well cared for, comfortable and user friendly. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The lovely landscaped backyard - the lawn, the eating and sitting space and the sun patio - is an added bonus. Kim is a gracious and thoughtful hostess. She is sincerely committed to making her guests´ stay as enjoyable, carefree and comfortable as possible. She has provided all the comforts of home, but if need be she is always only a text or phone call away. More than once during our stay Kim went well beyond the call of duty to lend us a much appreciated helping hand. The location was ideal for us: a stone´s throw from some great trailheads at Phoenix Mountain Preserve, a short drive to our favorite markets and shops at Paradise Valley Marketplace and convenient access to Route 51 for getting around Greater Phoenix and visiting its many places of interest. We truly enjoyed our 18 days' stay. Thanks for everything Kim!

This is a beautiful home away from home. We cooked, cleaned, and shopped, just like home. The weather was so nice so we got to really utilize the yard and grill. The owner was a text away, so we had no worries. This was our first time renting a home. We will definitely do this again. Hopefully this home will be available.

Very nice home, light and bright, just as was shown in the photos. Great back yard with a covered patio, as well as an open seating area. Green grass and bougainvillea were beautiful and the green made a nice relaxing and cool feeling outdoor area. Not at all like being in the desert. The very central location, just off the freeway made getting anywhere in the metro area easy and quick. No freeway noise and a quiet neighborhood. Close to markets and a major shopping area is just a couple miles away. Kim was very pleasant to work with and provide tips for shopping and restaurants. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends.

We found this home to be a perfect fit for our family gathering when we we in Phoenix for Christmas. The backyard was awesome and everything was exceptionally clean. Kim was great to work with and we enjoyed our stay so much! We definitely will rent this property again if we are back in the area. Thank you Kim!

Would definitely recommend this beautiful property. Very comfortable living space and the Master suite is incredible. The back yard and patio are perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. Location is close to shopping , restaurants and entertainment. The owner is gracious and responsive to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - four adults and an infant all had plenty of room and would return again.

The owner Kim was gracious and accommodating. This was a wonderful place to spend the summer. The house was an ideal location - close to everything. The neighborhood was safe and the garage was a bonus for the motorcycles. I will definitely come back.

The house was nicely furnished and spacious for our party of 6. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and major freeways. Enjoyed our stay and we would stay again!

We travel to Phoenix/Scottsdale area every year for the bike fests in Phoenix, Cave Creek and Scottsdale. This house was in the perfect location. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was great and very accommodating. We hope the house is available again next year for us to rent and enjoy. Thanks Kim!

We had a very good experience at this property. It met our needs and was conveniently located. Kim was just great. There was one very very minor glitch and Kim resolved it immediately. We had great communications and no problems during our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely use it again. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the backyard was very nice. Thank you Kim for letting us use your place.

The house and location were perfect for meeting our expectations. Great value too! I met a brother-in-law for golf and spring training. The central location allowed us easy access to any ballpark and many golf courses within a 30 - 40 minute drive. A 75 minute drive to Sedona was a perfect break to enjoy some fabulous scenery. Kim was very easy to work with and willing to help in anyway to make our stay more comfortable. The house could accommodate more people comfortably but only two of us were able to make this trip. This will be my first choice on my next visit to Phoenix area.

We [family of four] visited Phoenix for the first time to allow our daughter to participate in the More to Explore program at ASU. I did not book this lovely property until the day before travel. The owner responded to our request to book immediately although she had 24 hours to decide. Upon arrival and entry, my first impression was "the photos are not an exaggeration!" The home is very well appointed and cared for. The owner even provided drinking water, tea, a plethora of coffee pods, and kitchen spices! My children are quite fond of really nice hotels, but they gave this home two thumbs up! It was my goal to take advantage of the picturesque back yard with its great, majestic, perfect palm tree, but it rained a lot during our visit. My daughter hopes to attend ASU in the fall. I probably shouldn't let this secret out of the bag, but we will definitely attempted to secure a reservation at this home EVERY time we visit. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.
