Very well maintained home in a nice quiet culdesac. Great pool. No problems at all. Had a great stay and would stay there again!

Hey there - we had a great time at the property, but noticed a few things that should be addressed. -Loose garbage is piled up in NE corner of driveway/landscaping next to refuse cans. Either wind or a critter got into the cans and garbage has accumulated on the shrub line. - A ground level electric box and outlet were run over on N side of driveway. It's smashed up with loose and exposed wires. - Powdered Chlorine granulars have spilled out of cabinet bins in garage cabinets. Wouldn't want a kid or animal getting into that! - Miscellaneous dangling and loose wires for outside rope lighting and extension cords on outdoor television. - Some garbage and clutter surrounding the property. Around pool equipment, behind AC units, and garage hallway that includes old empty boxes, wood pallets, rotten clothes, broken landscape equipment. Again, it was just the two of us at the property, and these things didn't impact our stay. We would happily return for the view and privacy. As a fellow Airbnb owner, we thought it'd be worth mentioning these things on site. Cheers!

We loved our stay and would love to return! perfect place for a large crowd and multiple families. Two bedrooms on each side of the main living area and kitchen, which makes it very private and the mornings are very comfortable for early risers and late sleepers. We spent our evenings watching the sunset reflect off the mountains.

Fist time we’ve taken our dog with us on a trip and rented a dog friendly airbnb. It was so clean I wouldn’t have noticed its dog friendly. Love that the house is stocked with daily necessities like detergent and garbage bags.

The home was great. It was the perfect floor plan for our family. The dog loved the yard. The pool was fabulous. Great views of the fountain everything was wonderful thank you again. We can’t wait to stay another time.

Lovely views and location. The house is a little dated with older furniture and patio chairs and cushions showing their age. Garage floor could have been cleaned but plenty of space in it. Bath tubs in master suite and adjacent bath room had old sunken tubs which were dangerous for old people to use and in the latter the shower and tub faucets were on simultaneously so shower was not effective. Kitchen, outside grill and utensils all good. Overall a good experience with very efficient internet communications.

We had a great time at the Organpipe House! Loved the property, amenities and accommodations. The location was perfect to attend our event and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We're big fans of this location and would recommend it to our friends if they traveled to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the property in Fountain Hills. The house was very clean and roomy. The outdoor living space we Used a lot. Wonderful place to stay and the view is spectacular

The house was in a great location. A few things could have been better for the money we paid. The fridge was not clean, it was very dirty under the kitchen sink, some of the blinds were missing the slates, there was hair in one of the showers, the couches are pretty warn and need to be replaced, the patio furniture is in bad shape, not sure the pool heater was working on Sunday when we were there, the patio rug was very dirty with stains on it, dishwasher did not work when I turned it on.

Loved the house and view but there were some issues. Poor communication on arrival and departure. Bathroom sinks would not drain till I fixed them. Cookware is outdated. Very few condiments such as salt, pepper, oil. One dis cloth and dish towel. Hasn’t been rented much.

Overall good experience however a few issues or comments to make: > When we arrived on 11/16, the Master Bath side of the house had no power. No lights,etc.......... Fortunately, it was a Boys Weekend so we knew it must be a Circuit Breaker, found the Box on the side of the house, and reset. If it was just a house with women, they would have been SOL for awhile. > I had to text the support number that the Keurig machine did not work. Fortunately the regular coffee maker worked but not having the Koerig was inconvenient as a new one arrived later in weekend. We did not use and stayed with the Ground coffee maker. > Ice maker in the Fridge never worked. I did not report because we bought bagged ice but it needs to be checked out > I do not recall seeing or getting a message about departure rules other than the 10:00 am checkout. Our Group did clean things up, took out trash and recycling and put all towels in laundry room. It would have been helpful to know what was needed upon departure unless we totally overlooked. Overall, it was a good experience

This is the place, if you want scenery, comfort and just plane awesome!!! Pool was fantastic and the view from the back patio was breathtaking! Extremely comfortable bed! And the host was outstanding as well! We will be back!

House smelled of smoke, landscaping was neglected, broken patio furniture left in back yard. Frat house quality outdoor furniture, frat house furniture in living area. Three of five bed linens required washing before bed use. Area rugs filthy and thread bare. Exhaust fans filthy. Finally, termite trails in master bath and closet...trail dust falling in master sinks. Broken blind in guest bath...remaining blinds are not child safe. House needs a major remodel on two of three baths and a more neutral pain color palette.

We've stayed in numerous rental properties over the years and this has to be one of the best if not the best. The view, the location, the house itself and its appointments, the lovely pool and the graciousness, responsiveness and flexibility of the hosts. We're leaving a longer review on the Airbnb site but we had THE best time. We definitely hope to come back!!

Great home pool was a necessity with 40 plus temperatures. House has AC and stayed cool all the time. Lots of space and very clean
