We used the property to explore Sedona for our 25th wedding anniversary. We wanted more than just your typical hotel room and with this property we found it. It's so nice to have your own space and we enjoyed cooking our own breakfast every morning before heading out to hike the red hills. I would recommend a stay here. The owner's really do go the extra mile for their guests and they take care and pride with this property. It' a gem.

We stayed for 8 days in Sedona at Lydia´s beautiful casita and we only have positive things to say. The location (away from the crowded touristic Sedona center) but close to everything. The cleanliness, little attentions and accommodations were just perfect with the hot tub and nice terrasse with a fire place. Prefect spot for a couple who wants to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I highly recommend.

This place was perfect for me to get away by myself for 10 days. It was private, yet close to everything I needed. I felt perfectly safe. The Casita was so cozy and comfy. It had everything I needed and more. The bed was big and comfy and the hot tub was the perfect ending, or start to my day. Debra had a bottle of wine, flowers, fruit, nuts, chips, crackers and cheese waiting for me. It was perfect after a long day of travel and driving. I hated to leave. I will be coming back for sure!

We stayed here for our wedding week! The host was so welcoming and the house has everything you could need and more, a perfect bridal suite for us. The location is convenient to everything and also quiet and serene at the same time. We could walk to some restaurants. It is absolutely beautiful and very clean, would stay there again !!!

The 12 nights we spent at Casa Marguerita were wonderful. Debra has created a very warm and cozy space with a bed that is beyond comfortable! We miss that bed! The amenities are plentiful-lots of nice towels, various food items as needed, coffee, tea, sugar, oil. She also left us flowers and a bottle of wine and fruit-so thoughtful! Debra is very accessible if needed but gives you space if you prefer. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, bbq and fire pit as well. We will be back!

This is a great place for a couple to stay. It was clean and very comfortable. We used the outdoor hot tub every day, sometimes twice :) . We stayed for a week, and were very pleased with everything the Casita had to offer. Debra was a very accommodating hostess, there was even a bottle of wine ready for us when we arrived. The location is great, close to so many restaurants and grocery stores; yet it is a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Deb is a wonderful host who communicates in a timely manner throughout your stay. Arriving to fresh flowers, snacks, a bottle of wine etc makes this property even more special. We were there during a huge snowstorm and she was sure to caution us about the roads. You would be hard pressed to find another property as special as this in Sedona.

We had good pre arrival communication with our host and knew what to expect. She met us upon arrival and pointed out items that would make our stay more comfortable such as TV, WiFi, heat control etc. The Casita is ultra convenient for all things in West Sedona. Whole Foods was within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The interior was comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was awesome! We will stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

Owner very friendly and responsive to pre-arrival queries. On arrival the place was spotlessly clean and beautiful. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, hiking etc. But it´s also very quiet. The cottage is furnished very comfortably and very well-equipped - we cooked in every night and it had everything we needed. The cottage was cosy and very romantic. We had a perfect vacation. Thankyou so much for making it so wonderful.

Fresh coffee, cream etc supplied. Comfortable bed/bedding. Parking if you rent a car. Wifi, TV....really the works. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and I wouldn't hesitate to go this route again.

5.0   -   Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable with everything you need and some you just want.

My husband and I slept like babies here and we both have sleep issues so that is saying a lot. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was so soft and nice. I fell in love with the hand sewn coverlet on the top that is like a baby swaddle. We also enjoyed sitting in the spa at night and seeing so many more stars than we can see at home due to the dark skies in Sedona and building a couple of fires in the outside fireplace was fun and romantic. It was nice having a well stocked kitchen to do a little cooking and eating leftovers, but we did mostly eat out and tried to hit as many of the restaurants on Debra and Rick's recommended list as we could. So little time and so many to try! We were not disappointed in any of them! We also loved the way the casita could be opened up to the outdoors and had so many windows and doors. The casita is in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy streets and you really feel more at home. It does not have red rock views, but I promise you will not miss them as they are all around Sedona wherever you go and once it gets dark at night you can't see them anyway. Instead you can enjoy the beautiful apricot tree in the side yard and the fire in the fireplace in the evenings and the beautiful starry skies away from any street lights. We loved all the little extras that were there, like the Yoga mat that we could do some stretching on, bandaids for a cut, nice wine glasses to enjoy the local wines, music station on the TV, robes to wear to and from the spa, plenty of room to unpack and hang all of our clothes so you didn't have to live out of a suitcase, washer and dryer to freshen the wrinkled clothes, room to spread out and seating areas to enjoy so you didn't have to just sit on the bed, nice bath salts and just about any toiletries you might have forgotten. We are also particular about our coffee and there was fresh organic coffee for us with a grinder, electric pot to heat water and a French press plus half and half already stocked in the frig. Perfect cup! There were several food and drink options there for us including wine, beer, fresh grapes, cheese, crackers, fresh garlic, nuts, chips, butter and olive oil to cook with etc. We really enjoyed our time here and came home feeling so relaxed, which was the goal. I guess my only suggestion if I wanted to make one would be to change the towel hooks to towel bars so the towels would dry between uses better - that's it! They really thought of everything!

We loved our vacation in this perfect casita! The size was just right for two people to relax. The multiple outdoor spaces provided fresh air and privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub after going on numerous hikes that are just a short drive away. Restaurants and the grocery store are also very close and we loved the location as it is not in the very busy downtown area that has lots of traffic and tourists. We felt very well cared for with the beautiful roses in the kitchen and lots of goodies to munch on and the fresh flowers in the bathroom. Highly recommended! When we come back to Sedona this is where we want to stay.

We would love to come back!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks over the Sedona Film Festival. We like to cook our own meals so we wanted a place with a kitchen. This one room property has a king bed, kitchen, good sized bathroom and a sitting TV area. It is decorated in a pleasing artistic manner. It has an out-door hot tub about 10 feet from the door. During our time there it was unusually cold and we were glad we brought slippers to navigate the cement floor (with throw rugs scattered around). The location for attending the film festival couldn't be beat.
