The house was super clean and well furnished. It´s only a mile from the 202 loop, shopping and dining. Susan is the perfect host. She got us info as needed and was very nice to communicate with. It´s a very quiet gated community but that worked for us.

We booked this home for a week for a family vacation. The home came as advertised and was stocked with everything we needed. Susan supplied a couple of last minute items needed for our three small grandchildren and there was even Valentine treats for everyone to enjoy. We requested a late checkout and it was given without hesitation. The home was spotless inside and out and we would not hesitate to rent it again or recommend it to others. Thanks again Susan for the first class accommodations and service

Home is very comfortable and worked perfect for us. Golf, Pickleball and pool were wonderful additions to this beautiful property.

This home met our expectations from the minute we walked into the home. It is beautiful inside and out. It is super clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked with everything we needed during our 5 week stay. We, as well as our 2 doodles, enjoyed the well kept, spacious backyard. It was also perfect for us when our kids visited from MN and IL. It is the perfect location in a great community with walking and hiking trails. Restaurants and shopping were very convenient. The owners are very welcoming, very accommodating and communication from the owners was impeccable. We would stay there again in a heart beat and highly recommend it. Thank you Susan & Dan for everything. You are amazing!!!

Wow! We just stayed at this amazing house for a family reunion that was happening near by. We (family of 4 with two small kids) absolutely loved this home. We cooked dinners outside on the BBQ, we played football and soccer on the grass, Lounged inside and watched movies together. The hosts were so thoughtful! They left popcorn and coffee for us! There were lots of toys for the kids to play with and we had access to Hulu and Netflix. The home was very clean and had everything we could think of! It was stocked with necessities and lots of extra linens , pillows etc. The location was convenient to coffee, dining and Sprouts market for all your grocery needs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will definitely be returning next year!

Susan, the owner/property manager made us feel especially welcome and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. I had mentioned that I was looking forward to enjoying conversations around the outdoor fire pit, and it was stocked with good wood. There was not a single item that we needed that was not in the home and easy to find. I slept in the fantastic master suite and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Others in our family get-together said they slept wonderfully as well. The home is beautifully decorated and and the furniture is in like-new condition. It is a pet-friendly home, and we had our Westie with us. The yard is fenced and has a grass area which worked perfectly. However, I could not tell that another dog had ever been in the home, it was so clean and fresh. We really liked the large dining room where we could easily sit eight people (we didn't need to, but could have). It was our "conversation pit," although others may prefer the large sitting area in front of the TV. I only had one question for Susan (I missed where she had posted the Wifi code) and she answered promptly and in a most helpful, happy manner. The wifi was faster than my home system...another nice thing. We've stayed in VRBO's all over Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and more, and this is the best we've stayed in.

The property was perfect in location, accomodation, and charm. Super clean and well stocked with all the amenities one would need. The owners were wonderful...very accomodating and readily available to answer all questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay here was wonderful! It is a beautiful home in a great community. The owners were very welcoming and the home was provided with everything we needed during our stay. It is a short walk to the community pool and tennis courts which are very well kept. The community restaurant has very good food and service. There are also great restaurants, grocery stores, etc., very nearby. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you again for the perfect stay!!!
