The apartment was nice, but the lot on which it is located is not desirable -- just a retail business parking lot with no landscaping.

It was a great place, great value and a good location. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes etc... It was easy in and out and plenty of parking. I would recommend and stay again.

Easy to reserve. Communications prompt with Mary. Payment efficient. Easy entry and exit. Pictures accurate. WiFi strong and consistent. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Very well located for exploration .. not in crowded, congested part of the city, but easy to travel to Jerome, Flagstaff, and Oak Creek Canyon. Also just blocks from supermarket. Very well equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms, both great room and bedroom. All appliances worked as intended. Would return when in Sedona again.

The apartment is located very close to a major highway and is part of a retail space. We were very disappointed when we arrived. The apartment was very nice and well furnished inside. The bathroom was very small and the shower was made for very short people. No air conditioning. Will not stay here again.

3.0   -   First Time in Sedona

The property was adequate for our purposes. We especially enjoyed having Thunder Mountain framed in the view from our front window. We had chosen the property for its location in Sedona, and it was centrally located enough for easy access to restaurants and hiking trails. The property was spacious and comfortable for the most part. It was very clean, and that was a real plus. There were a number of missing light bulbs and inconvenient placement of switches, but we coped with that. The one negative of consequence was the uncomfortable beds. My daughter used the sofa bed one night, and no more. She slept on the couch the remainder of our stay. My bed was a little better, but I definitely think the sleeping facilities could be upgraded. All in all, the beauty of Sedona's setting, the wonderful hiking trails and nice restaurants made up for any inconveniences with the lodging.

5.0   -   Excellent rental in heart of Sedona

We loved staying here, it was comfortable and convenient, and host Mary was very hospitable! We have a toddler and we found this to be a wonderful place to stay with her. It was easy to get to good hiking as well as the various amenities in Sedona. There are also beautiful views of the red rocks right from the balcony, making watching the sunset while having dinner quite pleasant.

My husband & I had planed a week & half to stay in beautiful Sedona. We were there to celebrate our anniversary & had an amazing time! We were blown away with the wonderful location of the apartment, as well as the spacious room. It was all very clean & comfortable not to mention, Mary was an absolute pleasure on enlightening us on all the beautiful hikes & awesome restaurants. We had a absolute blast & would recommend to anyone! Thanks for everything Mary! :) we know who to call for our next trip!

 4.0   -   Great location!

Mary met us the evening we arrived with all info we would need. We had planned on dining out all four nights, but loved the space so much, we decided to pick up two evenings. The large screen TV was the best; it allowed us to see our San Antonio Spurs win the 4th game in their first series. Only negative, -- which was my fault -- I didn't realize air conditioning wouldn't be operational during this time. Any heat triggers an eczema flare which, unfortunately, lasted the entire time we were in Sedona. Would highly recommend the apartment.

4.0   -   Comfortable, responsive host, good location

After a surprise at the location everything was great. Our host was very responsive and on-site, the accomodations were spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great having a laundry. The only downside is we weren't comfortable sleeping with the slider open for fresh air as it was a 2nd floor and not private. That said, there are ceiling fans if needed. I can't say enough about how well furnished and supplied it is and we were out hiking every day so it didn't matter that there was traffic going by.

4.0   -   Good Value and close to so much.

Stayed in this West Sedona studio apartment with my wife for three days. It was a terrific value. Located west on 89a out of the heart of the Sedona, but still within walking distance to a few restaurants. Mary is full of energy and was very helpful in getting us started. The rooms are big and well furnished. We did not cook, so I cannot speak to the kitchen supplies. Pictures on the site are accurate. The mountain view is across busy 89a, so it is there but not secluded. I rated our stay high because it fit our needs and it was a good value for the Sedona area. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Here are a few more observations not to disparage, but to mention thing you might want to know about. Coffee maker, but no coffee or sugar. Rooms were heated with nice space heaters. They worked great, but were a little inconvenient. The bed is low profile with a soft mattress. The dining table is a high top with two chairs. Location is 89a convenient yes, with a lot of traffic. It is on second floor with steps to parking lot, so might be a problem for some visitors.

We had an amazing 10 days here. Mary is the best host, responding promptly to anything we might need, which was very minimal. Although the suite was right on 89A the views were spectacular and location was prime. Slept like a baby with the fantastic mattress. Perfect place for my husband and I to hike from each day. Excellent vacation!!

We found this property extremely comfortable and well-supplied. The owner, Mary, met us when we arrived and was available to answer any questions during our stay. Tastefully decorated. Especially appreciated the pamphlets and hiking book we could use which described places we could go in and near Sedona during our stay. Good bed and great couch. We made all of our own meals, so near-by grocery stores were also a plus.
