5.0   -   If you have a large group this is the place to be. Lots of room to spread out.

We had 3 couples staying at this location. We each had our own bedroom with private bath. The property is located in a gated community so it was very quite, with a pool and hot tub right out the back door. One thing I particularly liked was the owner sent us an email to ensure everything went well when we checked in, very nice. the inside of the home was very spacious with plenty of room to get together or we could go off to our room for quite time. I would recommend this property.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful town home for the summer while my home was being built. It was truly my home away from home! It was furnished with all of the necessities in a quiet friendly neighborhood. It is gated, nicely maintained, quiet and secure. The pool and jacuzzi were steps off of the back patio and we enjoyed the easy access and beautiful setting the back patio, bbq and pool area gave us. There are 3 master suites which allow privacy with additional adults or older teenagers. It is located close to shopping, malls, and freeway access but also quietly tucked away in the neighborhood. The owners were always available by email if we had any questions and there were clear instructions for everything we needed. I would highly recommend this rental to family, friends, and anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, worry-free stay in a great neighborhood in Arizona.

5.0   -   Canadians' Christmas Family Holiday
Reviewed on Jan 10, 2013
My husband, 87 year old father from Toronto, adult son and daughter-in-law visited this Red Mountain Townhouse for two weeks for Christmas 2012. It was a pleasant and "uncomplicated" holiday experience. Communication with the owners went smoothly and their instructions about their home, access to it, routines involving trash pick up, shopping options, etc. were "spot on". The home was spacious and clean. Each of our family group had enough "space" for privacy for the five of us with beds and a room to spare. Everything in the home worked well. The taps, the toilets, the appliances, the tv, the barbecue, the heating system, etc. Obviously, the home is kept in good repair. Phoenix is a city that sprawls and so you have to use your car in this part of the world whether in Scottsdale, Tempe or Red Mountain, if you are to get around. Red Mountain was no more off the beaten track than any of the other areas of Phoenix, as far as we were concerned. Several major highways are only within a few miles of this home and on them, you could be at the airport or Old Town Scottsdale in about twenty or twenty-five minutes. There are lovely walks around the neighbourhood with views of Red Mountain and the surrounding hills. We were also able to walk out, literally carrying our golf clubs, across the street for a challenging couple of rounds at the Red Mountain Golf Club. The neighbourhood of upscale, well-kept up houses and townhouses was quite beatiful with its desert landscaping. There was access to a heated pool in the recreational cetnre across the street and to a small pool (unheated) and hot tub which was shared among five or six other townhouses just off this townhouse's patio. The owners are thoughtful and obliging. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We all left having had a very positive experience that was "as advertised". We would recommend this Red Mountain townhouse particularly to family groups who want to have a peaceful and comfortable holiday together in a relaxed and well-operating home away from home.

Perfect townhouse for 3 couples. The pool was just a few steps away from back patio which worked very well for us. The bedrooms were a great size, we could spread out and have our own private space. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, didn't do a lot of cooking there but many restaurants were not that far away. Very quiet area when we were there, had the pool to ourselves most days. Totally enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back one day soon.

I was in Phoenix staying at an extended stay hotel and was getting bored of just lying in bed watching TV, so I looked on the internet for a condo to stay. After searching and inquiring with like 15 properties I came across a reasonably priced and nice looking place. I received an e-mail pretty quickly and went to see it. I walked in and immediately fell in love with the large family room. Then I looked around the place and was like this is perfect including the 8 step walk off the back patio to the pool and hot tub. I called my group of umpires that were staying at the hotel and we all pitched in and paid for the condo and we could not have been happier. It easily accommodated 10 individuals.. Only head-ache was parking, but we managed to park two large trucks and three small cars up and down the street with another car in the garage. The rooms were spacious, had enough linens and the internet was fast. The laundry room with a washer and dryer saved each of us close to $200.00 itself. We were extremely happy with our neighbors who are the nicest people I ever met. They kept to themselves, but also never shied away from engaging in a good conversation. If we ever needed anything, they were always there. The grill off the back patio was a big hit as we grilled burgers and chicken every other night. If I had to do it again... I would definitely stay at this property again and will be locking it up for next year as well. Of the 12 guys that stayed at this property not 1 had a bad thing to say and we all loved it.

 5.0   -   Golf rental

We are a group of 6 golfers who travel every year for a week playing golf from sunup until sundown. We have never stayed in a house or townhouse before that was everything we were led to believe. The owner answered every question we had prior to arrival, the unit was clean and with everything six men could ask for, linens, towels, even the soap was provided we didn't need to go to the store for cooking items such as salt and pepper even that was furnished. The unit was centrally located for all the courses we played and there were numerous restaurants nearby. The pool and hot tub were located just off the patio and was a welcome site after a long day of golf in the heat. There were maps and books of things to do in the area which was very thoughtful, you felt like you were staying with friends. would not hesitate to stay there again

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The accommadations were more than adequate for 4 golfers. The proximity to 202 allowed us easy access to all the golf courses in the valley. We enjoyed soaking in the nearby Jacuzzi every evening. Some of us took advantage of the Club workout facility and the Computer was used by all. We will be back !!!
