We could not have asked for a better place to stay while we were in Mesa. Close to everything...stores, malls, restaurants, Costco, etc. Property itself is everything it was said to be and more. Stocked with everything down to every last detail. Clean and comfortable. Quiet gated community with swimming pools, gym, golf and more. You won't be disappointed staying here.

The owner was very accommodating and when we were delayed several hours because of LA traffic, he made arrangements for our late arrival and even made sure the porch light was on. We arrived to the gated community entrance and were greeted by friendly guards who provided us with our parking pass to use during our stay. The keyless entry allowed us to punch in the provided numbers to access our "home away from home." We found the condo to be complete with everything we needed. It was great having 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen) and 2 bathrooms (1 shower/tub, 1 shower), a kitchen complete with all the appliances (glass stove top, good microwave, coffee maker... appliances are fully stocked), great pots/pans, dishes necessary for our 4-day stay. The washer & dryer located in a separate room just outside the master bedroom sliding door was great to keep the noise and heat outside the main living area. The flooring has all been updated with nice carpet and linoleum. We found the condo to be clean and didn't mind whatsoever the '60s cabinetry. Two nice sized televisions would be an asset to most -- we were happy to find good wireless internet available instead. We didn't use the covered patio, but it is complete with seating and barbecue. Just a short walk away is a shared pool and hot tub. We found the condo to be stocked with everything we needed and appreciated the nice towels (bath, kitchen & beach), extra pillows, blankets, hair dryer, full ironing board & iron -- and much more! We loved our stay & would be happy to consider this as a great location to live! When next we visit the Mesa area, we'll definitely look into returning to this property! Love the security of the gated community and quietness of this seniors location... Enjoyed waking up each day to the sound of the doves and quail! Thank you!

Accommodation adequate, a bit outdated but comfortable - minor maintenance issues. Well kept communal maintenance/landscaping. Tasty oranges! Bunnies, quails & birds active around our condo. Confusion with local events (ie: Veterans' Day ceremony location). Enjoyed attending VD Ceremony; appreciated Canadian content. Central location for area activities - MIM, Falcon Field Airforce Base, The Farm (at South Mountain), Mesa Swap Meet. Great weather!

Condo in 55+ community. Stayed 30 days and had all conveniences of home. Owners very accommodating any time we called them with questions. Short walk to pool and close to golf courses and shopping.

The condo was clean, well maintenenced and the owner was very courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and I will be back again
