My daughter and I had a short stay in early May at this property. The details and pictures are spot on. It was very clean and appears to be well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and they have extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and thankfully, there is a dishwasher! The location was perfect for us to explore Flagstaff and trips to the Grand Canyon (an hour away) and Antelope Canyon (2 hours away). It´s also very easy to find. The only regret we have is we didn´t make it to the restaurant at the golf course (It´s an easy walk from the condo). I would definitely book the property again if I´m ever in the area!

The house was perfect & cozy - very clean and with all the accommodations of home. Kids enjoyed the board games and DVDs, too. Centrally located to Grand Canyon, Sedona and other national parks & monuments. Downtown Flagstaff was also very eclectic. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Arizona.

We've rented from owners and agents for over 20 years. Kevin and Laura's home was so comfortable, clean and homey. The special touches of fresh fruit waiting for us, water and juice, and the personal binder full of local restaurant recommendations completed it. It is one of the top three of the best rentals we've had over those 20 years. Thank you for a great memory.

This condo was one of the best-stocked I´ve ever stayed in. Everything we could have thought of was provided, right down to a basket of fruit and snacks on arrival. We took day trips all over the area - the Grand Canyon, Page, Petrified Forest NP etc. - and found that this location was convenient for them all. It´s very close to the highway, near restaurants (great suggestions provided by the owners), a playground/park etc. Highly recommend this rental for any families or others looking for a convenient home base.

Nice place, clean and quiet area. Close to town yet not too close. We took in some of the restaurants. We made it to Sedona as well as Page. Would come back in the future.

My wife Melissa and our two children really enjoyed our time! It was our first time staying at the townhome community and our short stay was very comfortable. Everything we expected was there for us and we were really able to relax. Loved the fruit and snack baskets! Very well maintained, quiet and perfect for us! We´d enjoy renting it again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Kevin and Lauren´s townhome. It was very lovely and there was plenty of space for all of us. There were plenty of bedding and extra blankets to keep us warm. I liked that they had games and movies that we could use and that they left snacks for us. My family and I will be staying again in the future. I have already told others and shared the link on VRBO with a few friends. Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your lovely townhome.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here. The townhouse was very spacious, comfy and clean. Its location was close to all the places we wanted to tour and/or visit. No loud neighbors or barking dogs. It was very quiet & so relaxing.Thank you Lauren & Kevin!

My husband, eight-month old son, and I had a wonderful week-long stay here. The house was super clean and the kitchen was remodeled and well-stocked. We loved the big windows at the front of the house that let in a lot of light. The house was close to downtown Flagstaff and an easy trip down to Sedona. It was also very quiet day and night. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we go to Flagstaff!

Great location. Was close to the freeway so it made getting around Flagstaff easy. Grocery store and other amenities nearby as well. The kitchen is well updated and perfectly stocked. Lots of space!

We took a few days to explore the area, starting with taking the train from Williams to the Grand Canyon. We also went to meteor crater, Winslow and Lowell observatory. This property was located perfectly for us to get to all places in a short period of time. The property had everything we needed and the fireplace was really enjoyable on the cool evenings. I would stay here again if back in the area.

My husband, daughter and her husband were the house guest. The property was equipped with everything you could need for your stay! Such a cozy setting too! I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Flagstaff area! This will be our first choice when we return.

The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure you have everything you need. They have a binder with helpful info in it. They pay such attention to detail, typically when an owner provides dish soap, dishwasher tablets, or laundry detergent, it is enough for one load. There was plenty there. Basic needs were there. Plenty of tissues, fruit on the counter. The owners clearly want you to feel at home and make sure your stay is pleasant. So many details they tend to that most owners don't. We would absolutely stay again if we go back to Flagstaff!

The condo was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. The bedding and towels were luxurious! It was well located in a peaceful setting and we really enjoyed the country club amenities. One of the nicest houses I have ever stayed at.

We loved our stay there! The unit was very clean and decorated perfectly. The kitchen and family room were nicely sized and the unit had everything we needed. We also loved the neighborhood. We took long walks and the happy hour at the clubhouse was great. We can´t wait to visit again. 😊�

The property was fantastic and was a welcome home after adventuring all day in the areas around Flagstaff. The amenities were great and the space worked for our family of 5. We appreciated the fresh fruit and water waiting for us when we checked in. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and we used it and the gas grill to cut costs for our trip. There is no air conditioning in the house – since our stay was in early August we were a bit hesitant about booking a place without A/C...even with higher than normal temperatures in Flagstaff the fans in the house were enough to make the stay comfortable. Overall, we loved the place and would book it again!

Spent four comfortable nights here and both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kevin and Lauren's condo is very clean and has nice features (all the reviews of this condo were spot on too). We played golf at the Continental Club (course is average for a muni), which is literally right across the street from the condo, as well as the Pine Canyon Country Club (beautiful and challenging). We also took a day trip to the Grand Canyon (not to be missed). If you visit and are driving back to Flagstaff via Hwy 64, take a left turn onto Hwy 180 in Valle for a very scenic drive around the side of Humphrey's Peak. Flagstaff is not a large town, so restaurants and the historic downtown area are all within 5-15 minutes of the condo. If we're ever in the Flagstaff area for another golf trip, we will absolutely book this unit again.

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kevin & Lauren really thought of everything that we would need to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Loved the extra touches-- coffee, fruit basket, snacks and extra water bottles! We'd definitely stay here again :0)

The unit was as described. Clean and neat! The central location to a lot of places to visit was perfect, great highway access. The owners kept it well stocked which is appreciated. Having a restaurant we could walk to on the property was very convenient. We are very particular and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Kevin and Lauren went above and beyond to make us feel at home. When we arrived (later than we´d hoped), the lights were on awaiting us. The condo included lots of small bonuses, like water in the fridge, fresh fruit, and chips. In addition, there was tea and coffee in order to start the day off well. The towels were fluffy and high quality, the bed linens soft and comfortable. We had a group of 5, with my 3 daughters. The daughter that slept on the pullout couch had no complaints about it´s comfort (and she´s not afraid to complain, so that speaks volumes.) The location of the condo was excellent. We spent a day in Sedona (less than an hour away with an absolutely breathtaking drive) a day in the Grand Canyon (about 2 hours with traffic) and a day in Flagstaff hiking the San Francisco mountains. We fell in love with Flagstaff and are hoping to be back in the not too distant future. When we do make it back, we will stay here again! If you want to feel as homey as you can while away from home, this is the condo for you! Thank you Kevin and Lauren!

It was perfect for our vacation. Very clean, comfortable and will furnished. We spent our days hiking and came back to a quiet space to relax. We turned on the fireplace and enjoyed our evenings. The location was great for visiting the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona. We would highly recommend staying here.

You never know what you will get when you book but this condo was just as nice as pictured and listed. The owners communicated all of the information we needed through email or the home away app and even left a binder full of specific details for the unit plus favorite restaurants and places to visit. Special touches like a basket of fresh fruit and some bagged snacks, cold bottled water and a few sodas were much appreciated after a long day of traveling with the family. Kitchen was stocked with essentials including coffee, tea and spices. The only thing missing was a griddle for pancakes! Plenty of trash bags, paper products and dish soap and laundry soap. That is a treat not to have to worry if you will run out of trash bags or soap and replace it. The owners know you are here on vacation and not to worry about stocking their supplies. My only complaint would be the Wi-Fi. We had to reset the modem a few times on our second night and it still kept going out. That could have been due to 3 kids all using their devices plus the adults trying to stream a show. None the less, we would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again if back in Flagstaff.

This property was so nicely designed and decorated. Everything we needed was there. The fresh fruit and snacks were a welcome touch. The townhouse felt very roomy. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. Great location for our visit to the Grand Canyon. We even met the owner a couple of times who was very nice and helped us recover some items we forgot.

Everything was set up nicely. Coffee and water ready for the start of the trip. Very clean and efficient. Excellent place to stay if visiting the Canyon, Sedona and other places around the area. Highly recommended.

My family stayed at Kevin and Lauren's property in November, and were very pleased. It was beautiful and extremely clean, and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Every creature comfort was provided for, down to the snacks and fruit on the counter. The property has a wonderful location; we toured the Grand Canyon, Sedona and the Meteor Crater easily, and could access downtown Flagstaff for restaurants with ease as well. Kevin and Lauren responded quickly when we locked ourselves out of a screen door, which was much appreciated. This rental receives our highest recommendation, and we hope we can stay there again in the future, if we return to the Flagstaff area.

We were 2 retired couples staying 8 nights at this amazing vacation home. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Everything in the vacation home was perfect. Everything was stocked well and even a few extra snacks awaited us !!! We highly recommend anyone to stay here

Kevin & Lauren have created a great VRBO experience. They are very responsive. Everything in the townhome is done very well, right down to the fruit and snacks for their guests. Flagstaff is a great base for many adventures. Day trips to the National Parks, hiking, shopping, and dining.

Thank you for the wonderful Class A stay!! We appreciated the comfortable mountain retreat as it was well appointed and so beautifully updated. We appreciated the quite neighborhood, close proximity to hiking trails, and the Walnut Creek National Monument, Mt. Humphry, and shopping. Thanks again for a helping make our visit a memorable one. We also loved seeing the starry sky and the Milky Way from the parking lot! What a bonus!!

We throughly enjoyed this townhouse. It was conveniently located to all of the places we visited and close to restaurants in the area. The living conditions in the townhouse were top notch. The owners left explicit directions about our stay and made themselves available if we needed anything. They went beyond expectations by stocking the kitchen with water, a fruit basket, chips and lots of coffee! I walk every morning and this was an excellent area for walking. The surroundings were pristine. We even saw many bucks on our early morning walks. We ate at the golf course restaurant across the street where the food was delicious and the staff extremely friendly. This is an ideal vacation spot if anyone is visiting the area!

We were so happy we chose to stay here. It was close to town but also tucked away so you could enjoy the peace of the country. Great location and the property was beautiful. We would definetly stay here again!!
