We had a wonderful time in this home. Jim was great to work with. House was very clean and had everything we need for cooking and BBQ. We spent most of our time floating in the pool, enjoying the hot tub and eating breakfast and dinner outside on the patio. Very comfortable beds and enjoyed watching movies and playing cards. Would highly recommend this home and look forward to a future visit.

We were very impressed with this rental. The owner cares about this property as he provided a short in person tour, was quick to respond to our text messages, and went beyond expectations with the amenities provided in this home. Kitchen had everything and more to cook with inside and outside. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and we never had to buy toilet paper. Pool toys galore and that is not an exaggeration! We spent a lot of time in the quiet backyard watching the hummingbirds, dragonflies, butterflies, and gecko's.

Jim has a fantastic house with every amenity or extra item you could want or need. He was a very gracious host and we would highly recommend it. The backyard and pool are even better in person.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience! Mr. Bell is the most communicative and helpful owner we've ever stayed with! The walk through of the house was so helpful as there are a lot of things to know and work with the pool and spa and the tv systems. The home felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was quiet. The home had just about everything you could possibly imagine needing to enjoy your stay! We paid to have the pool heated, which our kiddos greatly enjoyed! There were pool toys, floaties, beach towels, sunscreen, etc. Everything we needed was there! The house fit our family wonderfully. Big master suite and 2 additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking breakfast and lunch at home! We enjoyed a wonderful night out at the Keg Steakhouse and Sol Cantina....we also enjoyed an overcast day at the Phoenix Zoo and a morning of fun at CrackerJax. All around a relaxing and fun vacation for our family of 5. We would DEFINITELY rent this property again!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Jim is a fantastic host, and this house was literally home away from home. It had everything we needed and the pool and spa were AMAZING. The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Jim went above and beyond for us- He was there at the drop of a hat for anything we needed. I highly recommend this home AND Jim!

We loved staying at Jim's house for a week in Oct! The house was very well equipped, lots of bathroom and kitchen necessities, pool toys and anything else that we could want. The location was great for us, close enough to the airport to make it easy to get back and forth when trips were needed. The backyard area was very private, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! We are already looking at coming back in January.

2018 was the 6th consecutive year we have spent our annual vacation at the property. We usually stay for 15 days but increased this to 20 this year. We were not disappointed. The quality of accommodation is very good and the upgrades Jim has made this year made the stay even better. The pool and it´s facilities are great especially when it is 111f, As is the improved a/c. The kitchen has every gadget you could wish for and the cupboards are well stocked with various condiments. The property is situated on a quiet estate close to all amenities- Golf, high end shopping, restaurants - everything that´s good about the Scottsdale area.

This home is fantastic. Decorated very nicely and yet very comfortable. Jim has really thought of everything. You have everything you could need from pool floats and barbecue equipment to TV and music. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Spent most of our time enjoying the private, quiet backyard that is beautifully landscaped with clean nice size pool and spa. House is well equipped with everything you could ever need during your stay. Nicely laid out house with large master bedroom bath and walk in closet. House is interestingly decorated. Host was very accommodating and accessible and texted us throughout to stay to make sure all was good. Never needed anything but was nice to know we could easily send a text and get a response if we did.

The home was beautifully furnished. Beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in. The home had all the little amenities you needed to enjoy your stay. Pool was clean and the backyard was well kept. Definitely, would return to Scottsdale and rent this home again. Thank you Jim for your great hospitality!

The house was as advertised and more! Very comfortable and well stocked with everything you could ever want. The patio and pool was wonderfully and serene. I would highly recommend the house. Mr. Bell was very attentive but not overly so.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Great spacious house - well equipped and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day we were there - glad that we paid extra for heating the pool. Jim was very helpful and attentive. Would book again!

At Jim´s house in Scottsdale! Heat the pool - it´s worth the extra cost. And enjoy it along with the jacuzzi. We biked swam and cooked here, along with relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped for foodies like my husband and I and my siblings who visited. Many condiments and spices on hand as well as all utensils and pans you could want. Jim was very helpful on a couple of occasions, but not intrusive. Just very promptly answered all texts or emails. Do visit the Musical Instrument Museum while there - it´s fantastic. Thank you, Jim, for everything.

My wife and I had a terrific time in Jim´s home in Scottsdale. We´ve used VRBO in the past and we´re more than pleased with the property. Jim could not have been a better host. What a great home for our family vacation. Master on the opposite side of the house for privacy. Private heated pool and hot tub. Really well stocked with games, kitchen ware, and every toiletry you could imagine. Plus, a great location close to hiking, shopping, dining, and the Musical Instrument Museum. Note: there is an extra fee for heating the pool that's not included in the rate. It's still a great deal, but you'll want to know. Mr. Bell was a great host, and made sure all our needs were met. A+ rental! Would definitely rent again.

We were all really impressed with this spacious home, it's in a lovely quiet location but not far from anywhere you want to go in Scottsdale. The pool is fantastic with loads of outside area to dine or relax in. Beds are comfortable and the whole house is very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area

We were pleasantly pleased with the accommodations and the hospitality Jim showed during our stay. Jim responded quickly to any minor questions we had, and was most kind. The pictures are accurate, the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are perfect, and the pool was a welcome oasis after a hot Arizona day. The location is close to stores, attractions, and many wonderful restaurants. The house was quiet, and very well kept. We shall definitely stay here, should we return to Scottsdale.

This was our 2nd time staying in Jim's beautiful home, and we can't think of looking anywhere else to stay. Jim goes above and beyond making sure everything is perfect for your stay. The home is equipped with everything you need. This visit, a few siblings joined us, and they too were blown away. Our main purpose is to just come and relax and we certainly do that. The pool is unbelievable. We can't wait for our next visit to Jim's home. You are also very close to the Kierlands area and some great restaurants, should you want to venture out. Our choice, was to just stay at the house. Why would we want to leave. You will not be disappointed.

This beautiful Arizona home was just the thing we needed. First and foremost, it was extremely close to the Mayo Clinic, our destination. After all our appointments we had a fun day at the aquarium, only about 20 minutes away. One of the best we've been to. I highly recommend the VIP penguin experience. The price for what we received was excellent. We had lots of space to enjoy each others company and since the master bedroom was in a seperate "wing" plenty of room to get away and have some privacy when we wanted. The pool was great. The neighborhood was very quiet. Everything was so neat and clean. It was great to be able to park our car in the garage out of the hot sun. To have everything we needed all on one floor was wonderful. We will be back!!! - Diane P

Just returned from a one week stay at this property and had an incredible time. Being in Phoenix in the height of the heat was not something I was looking forward too but having a little oasis to stay cool and enjoy made it a wonderful trip. The house has everything you could possibly need or want. Each of the rooms was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. The furnishings and decor were awesome to look at but provided a comfortable atmosphere. Having the pool really made the trip for our family. (Having a 9 y.o. abd a 12 y.o., this was a much needed and appreciated feature. Coming home each evening and bring able to unwind while the kids splashed around was wonderful. Finally want to give props to the the owner, Jim, who was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with a professional touch. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and set for the week. We will definitely be back and I'd recommend this property in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 2 weeks in April. The house is in the Kieraland area. We normally stay closer to Old Town, so we found it a little far north for the things we liked to do, so lots of driving for us. Jim gave a great tour of the house, with important tips. He was very attentive, but not at all in our way. The house was stocked with all the basic condiments, tea, coffee you could ask for and then some. The back yard was fantastic, the pool was heated nicely, the lounge chairs very comfortable, and my nephew and niece love the pool toys. The only issue for us were the beds. We found them quite uncomfortable, to the point I actually slept on the wicker couch in the master..(if you're under 5'7 its a pretty good sleep).. and so did the company that came with us, But.....that's us. Someone else might feel differently, you'd have to try it for yourself. This house is definitely worth the stay.

We've been coming out for spring training for the last seven years and Jim's home is probably the nicest home we've stayed at. A beautiful place inside and out - very clean and the pool and spa were awesome! If we had one gripe it would have been nice if the master bed was king-sized and not quite as tall as it is. It was a little tough for my wife to get up onto the bed. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!
