Peaceful waterfront getaway in the middle of the city. A variety of birds to watch while cruising past on leisure boat. Home was gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. We didn't want to leave!

From the moment we walked in, to the moment that we left Carlene made this a wonderful Christmas holiday for all of us! The extra special touches, the fully appointed house just made this a relaxing indulgent vacation! The use of the boat was extra special as we were able to cruise the lake and enjoy all of the lights on Christmas Day 🎄� We cannot wait to return! I´m sure anyone lucky enough to stay at the Lakehouse will feel the same!

House and property were absolutely beautiful and pristine. The set up was perfect - hot tub spilling in to an infiniti pool that overlooked the lake. We spent as much time as possible outside by the pool. The house was stocked with anything you could ever need - there was even a welcome gift basket upon our arrival. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it.

My family and I rent homes frequently while traveling. Our experience with this property was outstanding in every way! I will make a list for easy reference: 1) From the time of booking the property until our vacation was completed~ Carlene (owner) was fabulous! She responds within minutes to your inquiry with accurate and thoughtful information about her property. She is very happy to accommodate you in any way. 2) Property: I cannot express enough how beautiful this home/grounds are maintained. The bedrooms are beautiful & spacious with comfortable bed linens, extra linens & pillows. The bathrooms are pretty, updated, and functional. PLENTY of towels & washcloths!! (YAY!!) She has even provided pool towels--extra plus! The kitchen is beautiful and spacious with every item that you can think of to make cooking easy. There are even extra condiments available (unheard of in rental world). The dining area is spacious and beautiful. The billiards/card room is awesome, and the family room is HUGE with a great TV. There are large TV's in every room except for the bathrooms & kitchen! There is a desktop computer & printer for guest use- which is more wonderful than you know. 3) The outside is amazing. There are plenty of seating areas & tables for outside gathering (grill outside as well). The pool is large and heated nicely (hot tub heated if you wish). We spent MANY hours in this fabulous pool with our family (wonderful view from pool of the lake). There is also an electric boat for your use--so fun! You must try. My grandchildren loved the putting green in the evening after dinner- well maintained & a putter & balls there as well. 4) Hospitality: Carlene's manager (Janet) had surprises for us upon our arrival. She had placed some chips and snacks on the island for us, and some wine & beer in the refrigerator. What a welcome for us after arriving at the house at 12:30 a.m.!! Janet also stopped by the next morning to check to see is everything was okay... In conclusion: I have to say that our experience with Carlene & her home was wonderful in every way. I absolutely cannot think of anything that they did not do or have available. If you are traveling to the Glendale area, you would not be able to find a 5 star hotel that would be any better! Absolutely book this home, and thank you again Carlene and Janet. : )

Lots of room. Amazing outdoor entertainment. Lake is so wonderful and peaceful. I stayed in this community in other homes but this one is the best by far!! It´s beautiful!! So much available including pool toys. Fishing poles and tackle box. Amazing game room with stocked mini fridge. They definitely go the extra mile!! I can´t wait to return!!

Staying at this property was so amazing that we´re already talking about how soon we can return! Everything you could imagine that would make your stay more enjoyable is already there for you! I never dealt with a more kind and caring host! Thanks again for the perfect vacation!

I mean, *this* place. I don't really know where to begin, except to say: if you're thinking about this house, then BOOK IT. The setting is a true oasis, the host is THE most and the house has literally everything you could want or need for a truly relaxing vacation. We stayed here for a girls trip retreat: we grilled, we stayed in the pool and hot tub A LOT, we played pool, and we napped. (We also went to the PHX farmer's market, and took a desert hike in nearby Sonoran Preserve.) BUT, the house was stocked: with goodies; with Tylenol and Pepto for our hangovers; with body wash, shampoo and conditioner; with hairdryers; with every kitchen and grill appliance; with luxurious bedding and towels; with floats and noodles for the pool; with bikes; with an entire cabinet of spices; with two outdoor eating areas, etc, etc, etc. Anything you think you need is there. We never even took the boat out, but we did harvest lemons from the lemon tree, and used them in our vodka tonics. I mean, this place was fantastic, affordable and just what we needed to refresh. And did I mention how kind and accommodating Carlene is--a truly awesome host. Will definitely return--easily the best HA property I have every stayed at, and I only use HA for my vacations. Thanks again!! We loved it!
