Upscale, private Adobe-style residence surrounded by $1M homes in beautiful North Scottsdale, AZ, adjacent to Tonto National Forest. Recently renovated, newly furnished, and decorated in authentic south-western style.
Stretch out in large, high ceiling living and family rooms (each with marble floors and a fireplace), or curl up with a book in the cozy study. Prepare gourmet meals in the large kitchen (granite counter tops, island, stainless steel appliances) or cook out on the outdoor grill. Head outside to the intimate patio (with outdoor fireplace), or jump into your private large salt-water heated pool with a beautiful natural stone waterfall. Enjoy magnificent views of the city and the mountains from the rooftop observation terrace. At the end of the day, relax in the spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed, hardwood floors, 2 walk-in closets, private entrance, large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Two upstairs bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed), each with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the back yard patio and the pool. There is additional room to sleep 2 more people on futons in the study and the master bedroom. (Altogether the house sleeps 6 - 8 guests).
You'll always find something fun to do whether you're getting some sun in a chaise lounge beside the pool or playing yard games with your family and friends. The property offers ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, water basketball hoop, other yard games. If you're looking for indoor entertainment, you'll find large screen HD TVs, cable, high-speed internet, a collection of DVDs, books, and board games.
There are plenty of other adventures a short drive from the house. A number of golf courses within several miles. 20 minutes to Bartlett Lake (beaches, boat rentals). Several nearby trail heads into the Tonto National Forest. 10-15 minutes from dining and shopping in Carefree and Cave Creek.
