We stayed in the property six weeks during the 2018-19 winter. We enjoyed our time in Tucson. Tony tried hard to meet our needs at the property.

We had an excellent stay. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a fairly new grill and the propane was full. The hot tub was clean and a good temperature. I would highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Tony´s property. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Tucson area for sightseeing opportunities and restaurants in the area. This property will not disappoint!!!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at Tony´s It is definitely Tucson funky. Very comfortable , except the beds, but were doable. Great for big groups and our dogs loved it. Close to the U of A, which was our reason for coming. The only thing that could have improved our visit would be more comfortable beds. We loved the hot tub in back. Everything worked beautifully. We brought a group of students to Tucson and had to change our plans last minute. Not only did Tony make the accommodation for our group, he also went out of his way to make us feel more than welcome! The space was cozy and fully equipped for our group. We cooked every kind of meal there, had plentiful towels for all those teenagers and felt right at home from the very start. He and his girlfriend were nearby to help at the drop of a hat, but also let us enjoy and do our own thing. The scenery is gorgeous around here! We saw birds, a coyote (not to worry, just saw, not encountered!) and enjoyed magnificent sunrises and sets from the spacious patio and secluded front porch. For a large group with really no clue how this would go, we totally hit the jackpot! It was only about 75 max while we were there, so we didn't really use the pool, but the hot tub was a hit and the patio a lovely place to soak in the AZ sunshine on our breaks. Overall, I'd absolutely bring our group back to Tony's place in the future.

Plenty of room for all, nice pool area and hot tub. Enjoyed the birds, pond and outside space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean, spacious, and open, but with enough privacy for all of us (4 adults, 2 kids). The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms had everything you might need, available. The location is perfect for accessibility to many tourist sites and the city of Tucson in general. As compared to staying in a hotel, the upside of a private pool can not be overstated. The homeowner is a really nice man and was helpful during our planning and our stay. The only negatives were that the 4th bedroom was very small, but it worked fine. We're people who like lots of pillows, but we managed by borrowing from family. (Every bed had an appropriate number of pillows, we're just hooked on our extras). We have decided that the next time we visit Tucson, we will try to stay in this house again. Thanks for everything!

This is a lovely 4-bedroom home. Not fancy, but comfortable and clean. We had 4 ladies staying there for a girls get-away long weekend. Tony was very welcoming and showed us around and explained how everything worked. The first night there was a problem with the air conditioning. I notified Tony the next morning and he looked at it right away and managed to get a repairman out on Saturday to fix it. The pool is nice, the jacuzzi is new and very nice. The kitchen has an interesting array of dishes, pots and pans! But we had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beds are comfortable, but again, not fancy. Nice place for friends or family.

This is an outstanding home with everything you need for short or long term stay! Extremely clean and well stocked with linens, towels, appliances, dishware, etc. The back yard is a relaxing dream with hot tub and huge pool. Brand new 5 burner gas grill makes it easy to have a family gathering, as we did for a graduation get-together. Tony is great to work with and very attentive to ensure you have everything you need for a stress free stay. We'll definitely stay here a again when visiting family and friends in Tucson!

Lovely pool!

I liked the fact that I could have full use of the area. The owner stopped by, gave us a quick tour of the home and showed us all that we needed to enjoy our stay.

Though close to everything, Tony's home in Tucson gives the impression of seclusion. It is peaceful with multiple outdoor seating locations to enjoy the local flora and fauna. Tony himself is an attentive owner with a charming personality. This was a great retreat for our entire family and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the Tucson area in March.

When we arrived at property Tony was ther to greet us an go over the logistics of property such as remotes for lights and tv ect. the home was everything we expected, quiet secluded and wonderful view of the city. The home has a spacious back patio which includes a hot tube and pool. with three different sitting areas its easy to have that private time you might be looking for. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks Tony.

This is a "Luxury home” for cockroaches! As soon as we checked in we noticed cockroaches all throughout the kitchen, in the drawers with the utensils and pots and pans, dishwasher, anywhere you looked! A couple days later he came and sprayed after displacing us from the home. The next day we were still seeing roaches, the spray did absolutely nothing and he offered to spray again. We told him his original spray did nothing and he needs a professional. He reluctantly agreed and wanted us to be out of the house again. We asked for compensation for one night so we could get a hotel room because we have a 7 month old crawling throughout the house. He would not allow any compensation for us to be out of the house for the second time. We weren´t staying there for a night or two, we were staying for a month! Tony had zero empathy for our situation and the well being of our child. What a nice way to treat your renters. Zero privacy what so ever. The owners of the home have a separate apartment attached to the same back patio as ours, which looks out on to the pool and jacuzzi. How can you feel comfortable outside under the stars while you can hear their tv in the backround? Also, they will come right out while you´re sunbathing or having time with your family/ guests and have a 20-30 minute conversation about themselves. The area in general is not a safe area. At the end of the street we saw 7 cop cars due to an assault and bullet casings on the end of the driveway. This property is the definition of false advertisement. You can stay in a lot of different places in and around Tucson so do your self a favor and find something other than this!

3 sisters, two spouses and a niece and nephew. Very roomy, had everything we needed. Used hot tub but too chilly to use pool. Great proximity to U of A, groceries, restaurants, etc. Not fancy but comfortable. Would stay again.

We had such a wonderful time at Tony's place! Everything was perfect. Three of the bedrooms have sliding glass door that go right out onto the covered patio. The view is spectacular and the property is very private. The kitchen was well stocked and because we cooked so much food for Thanksgiving, we didn't eat out once during our week there. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and because of the record-breaking November temperatures, several people in our party even swam in the pool. There were plenty of towels for the three bathrooms, pool and hot tub. We were able to do our laundry throughout our stay which enabled us to pack light and save on checked bag fees. Tony was available any time we had a question or a need and could not have been a friendlier host. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This property is quite unique. It feels quite remote yet it is only five minutes to shopping and restaurants. We had a football weekend (actually four days) and we had so much fun using the Pool and the Jacuzzi as well as the outdoor T.V. that we rarely left the house. We made full use of the kitchen and Barbeque. In doing so we saved a lot of money normally spent on eating out. The proximity to the University of Arizona campus and football stadium was terrific. The house is very well maintained and very clean upon our arrival. Couldn't have asked for more!

We traveled to Tucson to celebrate Family Weekend at U of A with my son who is a Senior. We traveled with my wife, mother in law, my oldest daughter and her boyfriend and my younger daughter and her fiance. The home is comfortable, has great amenities (including pool, hot tub, integrated indoor and outdoor stereo system and an outside TV), provides great privacy and views, is well located (10 minutes from U of A and 10 minutes from downtown) and is a wonderful location for a family gathering. The three larger beds were comfortable but you might want to bring some egg crate/padding for the small bed if an adult is sleeping on it. Also, the dirt driveway is a bit daunting if you arrive at night but once you traverse it once it is really easy to navigate and adds to the ambiance! Overall, a great place to stay when in Tucson with family or friends!

Loved the property and location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and made quick use of the very private pool upon our arrival. Mornings in the hot tub were made extra special by the hawks taking advantage of the pond out front (they were taking advantage of the water source when we arrived) and perching high on the nearby telephone pole out back to survey their domain. Kitchen was well equipped and the dining/living space was a very nice size with very comfortable furnishings. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the electronics, but we felt it wasn't worth bothering the owner about since we didn't come for the TV/stereo. A couple of reviewers mentioned the driveway, it was not a problem at all. It is dirt/gravel and there are ruts, but we have a Prius with fairly low clearance, and it wasn't a problem at all. For those not familiar to Tucson, Eegee's is a home grown restaurant and very close to this property (along with several other dining options). Go get an Eegee (they also have subs), I promise it's worth your while! The other place we always dine at when we go to Tucson is Mama's Hawaiian BBQ (several locations, none close to the property, but definitely worth looking for if you're interested in trying out the local establishments and don't want Mexican). We come to Tucson a few times a year to visit family so we'll definitely be coming back to enjoy this very nice home.

This is the third time we have stayed at Tony's place in Tucson. The home has great accommodations including pool & hot tub. The location has easy way access to local supermarkets, etc. which are also within five minutes walking. Tony is always available to answer questions or respond to any concerns that may arise. The large patio area is great for family functions. We hope to make another stay in the future.

Very easy to locate. Nice service. Everything one needs for longer stay.
