Close to trails and dining shopping Sedona! Home was clean and beds comfy. Easy walk to Safeway which has Starbucks inside. Lovely complex people friendly. Priced right!

My friend/coworker and I treated ourselves to a girls´ weekend prior to a meeting in Phoenix. We couldn´t have asked for a better location or a better casita! We loved the southwestern decor and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the beautiful community pool. Definitely will stay again when in Sedona!

This home is in a location easily accessible to Sedona'a many trails as well shops. Nicely decorated with a good floor plan. Many extra touches. Would stay here again.

Lovely place with an exceptional cozy courtyard giving the feeling of privacy yet close to everything! We love hiking the various trails and exploring the delicious food scene when we visit Sedona. We have stayed at several locations in the past but this one tops the list! Thank you Matt and Arleen for a true home away.

We spent four nights in Sedona. The townhouse is an a quiet neighbourhood within a few minutes to restaurants, shopping and hiking. It is very clean and well maintained with a private patio. The kitchen is well stocked with extras. The building and grounds are immaculate pool very close by. Matt was very responsive and accommodating. We will reccomend this to others.

Condo was in a great location, close to restaurants, town, and hiking but not in the middle of traffic and congestion in center of Sedona. Very clean and organized with everything we needed. Owners provided clear and thorough instructions. Highly recommended!

Very nice clean condo that has everything you need for a great stay in Sedona.. many extras the family enjoyed.. bikes, tennis, board games, cooler and backpack for hiking, red rocks pass. Highly recommend for your next visit to Sedona!

Pride of ownership throughout. Everything worked. Interior heating and cooling were easy to use and worked perfectly. I definitely would stay here again.

A group of 4 of us stayed for a long weekend to go mountain biking. The condo was nicely decorated, very well stocked (spices, foil/baggies, toiletries, and lots of stuff to make it feel like you're at home), and very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great to have too. As mentioned in other reviews, it is very close to supermarket and restaurants. If/when I make another visit, this is where I'd like to stay.

Would certainly consider staying here again. The Italian restaurant Pisa Lisa and the Coffee Pot for breakfast were close and so good. Close to the Airport Road for sunsets and nearby hiking trails too. Our first time in Sedona left a wonderful impression.

We loved staying at this property for our family vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, the heat worked great during one of the biggest snow storms in years, and the roads and driveways were plowed regularly. It was awesome to be able to have our dogs with us! There was anything we could possibly need in the way of sheets, towels, and kitchen appliances. We used the Red Rocks pass almost every day. I would absolutely stay here again! Matt was responsive and accommodating.

This West Sedona property was the perfect place for a girl's getaway. We were very comfortable. The condo was nice sized, with the option to use a pool or spa during our stay. Covered parking was a plus, and access to the garage, too. Lots to do and see, great restaurants close by, we had a great time and a great stay during our time in Sedona!

We loved this little condo - it felt like we were staying at a relatives house. Everything was very clean, it had all of the necessary things and more and was very quiet and relaxing. It´s not in the downtown part of Sedona where all of the shops are, which we found quite nice. We wanted to visit shops and restaurants but not be inundated with congestion so this was a great find. Easy access to hiking /biking trails, grocery store and restaurants.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It´s within walking/biking distance to groceries etc, but in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. So much to do so close at hand. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

We felt right at home during our weekend stay. This place has everything you could possibly think of! The only thing we couldn´t figure out was the coffee maker. We could get it to work, but it took a very long time to brew (20+ mins). This place even had the coffee maker manual (!!) but despite reading all about the system, we couldn´t figure out why it was brewing so slowly. Regardless, we would recommend this second home to anyone and look forward to our next trip back!

My husband and I loved staying in this townhome. It is very spacious and clean. The pictures really don't do it justice. Loved looking at the southwestern items that tastefully decorate the entire home. The kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed. Appreciated that there was plastic wrap and storage bags. The stackable washer/dryer worked great with detergent and dryer sheets provided. The bathroom was large enough with soap, shampoo/conditioner and plenty of TP. Shower pressure was great with lots of hot water. Towels and washcloths are thick and plush. There is lots of storage space in the bedrooms with full length mirrors. Our bed was very comfy. While we didn't use it much, the outdoor patio was very nice and private. The location is excellent for getting to Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque -only 5-7 minutes away. There is also a Safeway and a Whole Foods nearby. The owners provide detailed self-check in instructions. If we return to Sedona (and I hope we do), we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This property was clean and very well stocked. The owner responds quickly and has everything well labeled. The Red rock passes were a huge bonus as we were there for hiking. The location is perfect to access all areas and more quiet off the busy areas. My only suggestion would be that the bed is getting a bit tired and could be replaced.

We had a great time at the house. It's well-kept, clean, and welcoming. The directions we received ahead of time were clear. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was all easy. The only thing I would suggest is that they replace the mattress in the front bedroom. It doesn't have any support and my friend, who was sleeping in the room, wound up waking up with a sore back daily. I would definitely stay here again!

We recently spent five days here while in town for a wedding. It turned out to be an ideal place for the two of us to stay. This very comfortably furnished townhouse is equipped with just about anything you might need to enjoy Sedona. We cooked our own breakfast most days, and could have cooked dinners as well, but we ended up sampling some of the restaurant delights in town. The bedroom was comfortable and very quiet. Most mornings we were able to eat breakfast on our little patio, surrounded by plants and flowers in the garden. The unit itself was perfectly clean and tidy. There are signs to remove your shoes, and we were glad we did, so as not to track the ever-present red dust into the house. There is a Safeway about a two-minute drive away, which was very handy. Restaurants, shops and a variety of trailheads were within a 10 minute drive. Don't hesitate -- just book it!

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental. It was very clean, close to all the shops and restaurants in Sedona, and one of the most well stocked rentals I've ever been in. The owners are very responsive and organized. It's decorated to reflect the local culture which was a nice touch. My two-year old loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. :) We were even thrilled to find a booster seat for our little one. And, as others have mentioned, the Red Rocks passes were a nice bonus. The only downside was the back bedroom, facing east, didn't have great window treatments. We really value our sleep during vacation and it was difficult to sleep much past 7am. Also, there are lights on the back patio that you can't turn off (solar-powered). FYI if you're hoping to catch some z's while in Sedona.

Loved the townhouse. We just had a few glitches. The bushes at the entrance are lovely but somewhat overgrown and impede getting in and out. Also, some previous guest didn't clean a wooden spoon well enough, and it drew an invasion of ants. Other than that, the house was very clean and the rooms well separated so we didn't bother each other at night. It's far enough away from downtown so that it's not crazy busy, but it's close enough to be able to quickly get around the area. I would definitely go back and stay there!

I loved this place. It was very clean and perfect for my family. Just be careful because the suns shine in early morning in the back bdrm. My dog loved his walks in the 80 degree weather. Home is close to a huge childrens park.

My friend and I spent 3 nights in July at this wonderful condo. In a safe, quiet neighborhood in a quiet part of town. The condo was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. Well appointed kitchen; lots of extras like bikes and hiking gear; comfy beds. The little patio was a fave hang out spot with lots of birds and a tiny view of distant hills. We both agreed the vrbo photos don't do it justice. Easy drive to Whole Foods for groceries. Will re-book this place for sure!

We had a fabulous time in this Sedona getaway. The location is incredible (just a walk down the street from the most fabulous pizza place (Pisa Lisa) where we ended up eating twice), the home is very comfortable, and the neighborhood pool was lovely for us and our two young daughters. We went on Sedona adventures in the morning, and then swam in the pool each afternoon, with the beautiful vistas all around. The people who live in the neighborhood were also kind and considerate. This home is very well-suited for a family - the beds are comfy, bathroom is roomy with good water pressure, kitchen is well-stocked, and there are plenty of towels, chairs, coolers, etc. to enjoy the outdoors. The little back patio is also divine, and we ate breakfasts and enjoyed wine there in the evenings. We can't wait to come back again and stay here. It made for a perfect family getaway.

Great location!! Easily accessible to all of our planned activities & excursions. Pool & hot tub were a great addition plus it was so under-used by the other residents we felt as though it was our private space!

This place was perfect for my small family. We fit nicely. The location was excellent and right where we wanted to be. I loved that there was a washer and dryer. And having a covered parking spot was a plus too. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in this rental. Would defiantly stay here again. Location was great and the pool was exceptional in the Arizona heat. My favorite part of the condo was the sand pendulum in the living room. It's the little touches like that which makes this rental feel like home.

We had a great time in Sedona. The condo is very close to restaurants and grocery store. It is only a few minutes from downtown area. We felt the location was great! Having a pool and hot tub was a bonus. The condo is well stocked. We were traveling with a toddler and it was so nice to have space to move around vs staying in a hotel. They have a pack-n-play that we used and saved us from having to bring one. We also loved the patio and having a grill to use. The condo has a full kitchen which was nice so we didn´t have to eat out all the time. The only reason for 4 stars is the shower drained very slow and you would stand in water during a shower. And the carpet could use a shampoo. There is a sign asking people to not wear shoes in the house but I do not think people are following that request. That being said this was our second stay at the condo and we would stay there again. The owners are very responsive and try to be very accommodating. We hope to be able to go back again!

I would recommend this home! Secure and safe with everything you need. Red rocks passes were used every day. Great hosts with Excellent instructions on what you need to know to stay there. We used the books on hiking each day.

The place is very nice, clean, quiet and private, but at the same time, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Fully equipped kitchen (with lots of spices, sugar, etc. in the cabinets), large living room, nice bedrooms. WiFi works very well. Communication with Matt has always been easy and prompt. In conclusion, I would definitely stay here again, on my next trip to Sedona.

This compact town-home was decorated in true Sedona fashion. Very new, well maintained, quiet, clean and located near several restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the little patio for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. It's the perfect size for couples but even families will enjoy its close proximity to children's park.

Words can't describe how great this patio home really is. We were so impressed with how nice this place was set up..it has everything . A home away from home. The pictures don't do it justice and it's the cleanest place we have ever stayed. I would recommend it to anybody going to Sedona for a vacation. Fully equipped with guides to all the parks and hiking trails, hiking poles , bikes, tennis gear, Red Rock passes to every hiking trail and park, and is fully stocked with all the condiments, etc...simply out ...WE LOVED IT.....

We found the townhouse to have the most important features: comfort, cleanliness, and location AND it had one of the best stocked kitchens we have stayed in. The owner, Matt, was easy to work with and made sure everything was ready for us upon arrival. Other pluses were comfortable beds with good quality cotton linens, great water pressure, and plenty of closet space. Minuses were just a few windows so not much daylight and kitchen needed some deep cleaning, but not bad enough to knock rating down to a four.

We were in Sedona for 3 nights on our way to hike the Grand Canyon, and had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Matt and Arleen's home. It truly is a home away from home, and had everything we could possibly imagine needing and more. Fantastic location, very clean and beautifully decorated. We thought they did a great job creating a place that felt like home the minute we walked in, without it feeling like we were guests in someone else's home. Matt was extremely easy to work with making reservations. We will definitely recommend this to anyone we know who is traveling to Sedona and will stay here again on our next trip.

Matt and Arleen's place in Sedona is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood right in the heart of Sedona. Spent 6 days here and everything I could imagine was already provided including maps, coupons and travel brochures. Although located near restaurants, gas stations, coffee shops and grocery stores, it was so nice and quiet. I had a rabbit visit the back gate one day, which was cool. Matt was always available via email or phone with any questions. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, quiet, clean place to stay in Sedona, I highly recommend this townhouse.

My boyfriend and I spent a week at this condo and it was perfect! Tennis and swimming are in walking distance to the condo, coffee shops and grocery stores are close by. The condo location was ideal for exploring Sedona and taking day trips to surrounding towns (Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Cottonwood, Jerome, etc). The condo was clean and spacious - we sat on the outdoor patio every night for dinner. In addition, the owner was very nice and easy to work with. Thank you for a fabulous vacation - we will be back!

My husband and I spent five nights in this condo and could not have been more pleased. The location is near everything. The furnishings are unique and interesting. It was so well stocked....even down to first aid and sewing kits. The kitchen was well furnished with the basics making simple meal preparation a snap. We used the grill and enjoyed the patio. Matt was a pleasure to work and communicates quickly and clearly. Thanks for this wonderful home away from home!
