This is a very clean, comfortable home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the couches were great for lounging. The house is situated in a neighborhood that is close to major roads and made getting around easy. The neighborhood felt safe and we went for walks every day. For us as big sports fans, we were a bit disappointed to find that the TV didn't have as many cable channels as we would have liked, but we had our laptop so we streamed the games we wanted to see and went to a bar close by to watch a game. We love tasting new foods and found some locally-owned restaurants in the area that were terrific and there was a large grocery store not too far away. We are golfers and found many golf courses within 20 minutes or less. The owners were quite responsive and very easy to correspond with.

Walking distance to stadium - house was very very clean, well stocked and whole stay went very smooth! Definitely recommend and was a very good home away from home. Thank you Jon and Kersten.

Stayed here to attend the Arizona game and it exceeded our expectations. Short walk to the stadium and so much around to do in the area! Home was a great price, communication during the entire process was excellent and it was so relaxing to be able to enjoy time out there and then come back to a spacious, comfortable home to relax. Great overall experience that we hope to use again on our next trip!

If we are ever in there Glendale area again we would stay again. PIctures are current. Everybody slept well and house well supplied towels and everyday supplies. Less then $8 for uber to Westgate area which is s lot of fun. Host responds quickly and answers all questions. Could not ask for anything more from the experience

Very comfortable home! Beds were great with nice linens. Plenty if extra pillows, blankets etc. very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Super close to the tailgating area at the State Farm Stadium. 10 to 15 minutes to the entrance of the Stadium. Close to Westgate Entertaining area.

The property was exactly as advertised. Home was very clean, furniture and beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, plenty of extra linens and paper goods were available, and it was a great location for what we needed. Having use of the garage was an extra bonus. The owners were easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly when we asked to add a day to our stay. Overall this was the best VRBO rental we have had over the 7+ years we have been using VRBO properties. We would highly recommend this home to others.

We have really enjoyed this house. The location worked great with so many options for things to do. We enjoyed coffee on the patio, the walking path, played a little golf, and went to a movie. We came with our adult children and they enjoyed the night life at Westgate and felt safe to walk back to the house. Everything in the house worked great. Great time had by all.

We were 2 couples who thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay!! Central location. Restaurants, movies, Outlets and 101 are very near by. Not far from Padres' Stadium and Arrowhead to the North and Dodger Stadium, Walmart and Costco to the Southwest. Everything can be reached by surface streets. The house was clean and very well equipped! You need a band-aid...........there's a band-aid. You need a calculator.............there's a calculator. There were plenty of towels and sheets along with extra blankets. In addition to the dining room table, there is also a round table in the kitchen area............great for playing games. Good Wi-Fi. We can, also, attest that the heater works. It was cool/cold while we were there and we had the heat on just about every day. Kersten and Jon were very accommodating! We had a problem getting a picture on the Living Room TV and had to call them. Just a thought......written instructions would have been helpful and we wouldn't have had to bother them. We highly recommend "La Buena Vida" and definitely would book this property, again!!

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it. It would be a great house for Sox or Dodger spring training, their facilities are a few miles away.

Our family spent the weekend here to attend an event at the stadium. The house was within walking distance of Westgate and Stadium. What a great way to avoid traffic. The house was clean, adorably furnished and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Was hard to leave! Highly recommend!!!!

This rental is everything you could ask for in gathering family and friends for a visit to Phoenix! Plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, appliances are top of the line for cooking while staying in. Yet the location is great, within walking distance to outlet shopping, restaurants and events at the football stadium and hockey. Nice neighborhood and felt secure. The owner was very friendly and responsive to questions we had. You can't go wrong if you book this home!

We had a great stay. The house was clean and modern. The beds were super comfortable. If you need a place to stay and you want convenient, walking distance from Univ. of Phoenix Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District...you can't beat this place. 15 minute walk to stadium and 20 minutes to Westgate. We would definitely stay again!

I have rented many VRBO places over the years. Some have been in nicer/more famous locations (Paris, for instance) or simply have been technically nicer/more expensive homes. But NONE of them have impressed me the way this one did. Why? Attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked. Some of those near-mansions were otherwise poorly stocked/maintained. Not the case with this home. We were 8 guys in for a sports weekend and this house was perfect. It had four bedrooms, each with its own TV. There was ample bedding/pillows for every bed. There were more than enough towels, washrags, etc... The furniture was nice, not just cheap stuff thrown together. Things were all clean and in working order. A big fridge, stovetop, coffee maker. A grill outside which we made use of. But it was the little things that really stood out. Soaps, lotions, first-aid kits...sewing kits! Games, dvds, the well-stocked laundry room. The key and code system for getting in and out of the house. Everything was thought of. Well done! Now about the proximity to the Stadium. Very easy walking distance to the Cardinals stadium, and the adjacent entertainment complex. Also, this house is about a minute from loop 101, making getting to other things easy. Jon and Kersten were great to work with. There was a near-disaster with this booking. **It was a VRBO email glitch, and nothing to do with Jon and Kersten, but Jon and Kersten were very understanding and easy to deal with. They were the icing on the cake. Me and some of the guys went on morning runs and there were nice trails/paths around and near the stadium. In short, the location was perfect for what we came to do. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the Glendale area for whatever reason. Post-script: One and only one tiny complaint: The cable package had almost no sports channels. No ESPN? I imagine a lot of people will be coming in for games (sports fan), and our group was disappointed that during our down time we weren't able to watch the sports on TV. That's all, though. Very minor.

The review is for a weekend stay for a friends and family group of 10. The home was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and clean as well. The beds were nice and comfortable. Oh, and that brown leather couch next to the dinning area...a napper's dream. The home was definitely walking location to University of Phoenix Stadium, as well as the Tanger's Outlet and Westgate Entertainment area with even more stores and dining options. We look forward to future stays in your property if you will have us back. Thank you!

Location was perfect, close to high way access and shopping. House was clean and comfortable. We had a large group 4 adults and 5 kids (13-2yrs). Had all the comforts of home and plenty of room.

This house has everything you need for your vacation and has the great comfortable feeling of being at home. The house is at a great location with great attractions close by (camelback stadium, outlet store, casino and a 20 min drive to Pheonix) Jon and kersten were great hostess, they replied back to all my messages and were very helpful.

This home was wonderful! The beds were so comfortable, it was furnished with all the necessary amenities, and the home owners are very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book this property again in the future!
