  • Truly stunning home

    5 of 5

This is a beautiful home yet extremely comfortable! The layout was great, we had family join us for a week and space for everyone! The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room. The backyard is great with putting green and pool, very quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the lemon and orange tree in the yard! Augusta Ranch is also very close to 202 and 60. We also enjoyed the trails at Ursery Moutain Park. We stayed the month of March and truly enjoyed this home, I highly recommend. Our Property manager (Brenda) was very helpful and responsive.

  • "Lovely home"

    5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at this property during the month of March. This home is artfully decorated with very comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the backyard with its pool and putting green. Augusta Ranch is a very nice area to visit. It is very quiet and close to all kinds of shopping including the Mesa Swap. Also, the property managers, Brenda and Eric, are great to work with !!

  • Exceeded expectations

    5 of 5

We rented this house for the month of March and were very impressed. The property is well above average and appears to have been professionally decorated. The rear garden is very private and has a beautiful pebble dash pool, a lawn and citrus trees. The pool guy and landscapers come once a week and everything is always neat and trim. The surrounding subdivision is quiet and the streets are landscaped with flowering trees and shrubs. Perfect for a morning walk. Only suggestion would be to provide a mop and pail, as anyone staying more than a few days would probably want to keep the floors as clean as the rest of the house.

  • Great Property!

    4 of 5

We rented this property for the month of February and it definately exceeded our expectations. Booking was a breeze the property managers are excellent to work with, the accommodations are exactly as pictured/described and the location is wonderful. The neighborhood is great for walking, there are grocery stores and restaurants very nearby. The house was well equipped from everything you need in the kitchen to towels/linens.

  • Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

    5 of 5

With kids and grandkids living in Mesa and others from out of town, we needed a place to stay that had space for a Thanksgiving dinner and to act as a home base for everyone. This house filled the bill very nicely. The pictures accurately show the house, but it seemed even better than the pictures portray. Nice-sized kitchen and multiple areas for adults and kids alike to visit and play: breakfast nook, counter bar and family room, large round table with built-in Lazy Susan, couch and chairs around the fireplace, and out by the pool. The hardwood floor in the area between the bar and the formal dining area was a favorite for little boys to zoom their cars. The floor plan is nice and open so multiple areas can be monitored at a glance. Everything was clean and in good repair. Even neighbors passing by stopped to chat when we were loading and unloading cars. The neighborhood was remarkably quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of minor quibbles, though. The water heater had been turned to 'vacation' mode, so there was no hot water until we diagnosed the problem. Also, the kitchen pantry was locked, and we ended up buying a hand mixer because there was none in the house. But as we were getting ready to leave on our last morning, my son in law said, "This was really nice. Can we do it again next year?"

Beautiful spacious home in Mesa AZ. Evertyhing first class with a great master bedroom with plenty of room. Furniture and fixtures were very well coordinated to give that special atmoshere. Very quiet neighborhood to take that morning walk. Conveniently located near the airport and spring training stadiums. Again, everything was absolutely first class.
