A lovely, well stocked home away from home. We loved cycling the River loop and sightseeing. This property is central and convenient to shopping, restaurants and enjoying the wonderful pool and hot tub. Hopefully we can come for another visit in the years to come.

Well located to get to parks and downtown. Restaurants nearby. Quiet and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Everything actually works in the kitchen (and if you've leased a few dozen of these you know what I mean). Could use a few more pots and pan, and most of the cans and boxes of food in the pantry were way past use-by date, but that's just FYI. This is not an elegant unit. Just a very solid, very functional, quiet and comfortable base of operations. The owners are very nice and all went easily with the booking, arrival, departure, and refund of the deposit. We would use it again, most certainly.

 2.0   -   Nice property...questionable security

Overall a nice place to spend a few days until it ended badly. The property was comfortable and matched the description. Two important items however-- We had to call the owner to get the building and apartment numbers. They were not provided before we arrived even though we asked if the address info was sufficient to find the apartment. Even more troubling was a midnight attempted break-in. We had to call 911...very scary...so we left a day early. The owner said she was sorry and surprised.

This was our first time using VRBO, I was very hesitant to try this but this property was wonderful. Great location, walking distance to Trader Joe´s for grocery´s, the walking/biking trail was a few steps away from our condo. The Saturday and Sunday market was just down the street (easy walking distance) and we attended each day. The owners have the condo supplied with all your basic necessities. The kitchen is modern. The master bedroom, bath and desk room was wonderful. Highly recommend this property. We would for sure use this same property if we come this way again. Thank you.

Good location for exploring the area. Clean, roomy comfortable. Lots of parking, Was a bit confusing to find, sits back away from main road about 100 yards past the apartments in the complex. Quiet location. Would give a 4.8 due to noisy air unit in evening if trying to watch TV and lack of beer bottle opener and pizza cutter, lol. Overall good place for two couples.

Comfortable condo, great location, great weather. A bonus for us, as we had rented bicycles, is that the condo is right beside the bike path. It is also close to hiking and Trader Joe´s is a five minute walk. There are pubs and restaurants in the area. Last, but not least, there is a Pilates studio a two minute walk away.

5.0   -   Best Condo Unit possible!
Reviewed on Jan 07, 2018
This corner unit is absolutely perfectly situated. Actually, let me take that back... if it was within walking distance to a Catholic Church, it would have been perfectly situated. But it is right in the middle of a 7 - 12 minute drive to several Catholic Churches that we were able to go to for Holy Mass everyday of our stay. Not to mention, this place was only about a 35 min. drive to the beautiful, historic Mission San Xavier del Bac. This National Historic Landmark, was founded as a Catholic mission by Father Eusebio Kino in 1692. Construction of the current church began in 1783 and was completed in 1797. The oldest intact European structure in Arizona, the church's interior is filled with marvelous original statuary and mural paintings. It is a place where visitors can truly step back in time and enter an authentic 18th Century space. There is no admission charge. Check and see if you can go with a guide to the museum - that made it so much more memorable for us, as things were explained that might have been missed if we toured on-our-own. The gift shop featured hand made baskets made by the Tohono Nation for only $15. Mass schedule is listed on the website, just Google, Mission San Xavier del Bac and you will be able to read all about this Mission, its location, History, Special Events and more. It is a must see even if you are not Catholic. This is a piece of history that is of interest to many. Ok, about the condo itself..... the furnishings are very high end. Every kitchen tool, pot or pan, you need is at your fingertips, and when we were there we were happy to find a bottle of olive oil that we used to make salad dressing. Other spices too really came in handy. There were plenty of quality towels and the Washer and Dryer made it possible to pack less. Great WIFI safe, comfortable. We used the BBQ on condo grounds, bought briquettes at Trader Joe's. The condo is a located just steps away from a locked gate that leads you to "the loop", a paved walking and bicycling trail. It also makes it possible to walk quickly to Trader Joe's and a pretty good fast food Mexican Restaraunt called Costa Vida. Right next door is St. Phillips Plaza that has a great farmer's market every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 12 noon. Lots of ready-to-eat and crafty vendors. Restaurants open if you want a sit down meal. The owner of the condo was very attentive, although we didn't need a thing once we found the place.

We stayed one week in the 2nd floor condo owned by Suzan. This complex has a great location and it is easy to get to great hiking at Saguaro Nat'l Park and Sabino Canyon. I chose this condo because of the access to the bike path which we walked every day! There are also lots of restaurants only a short drive away. The condo was clean, had very nice linens and a well stocked kitchen. We were not bothered by any traffic noise. We used the hot tub every night, but the pool was unheated in January. We loved each having our own bathroom, washer and dryer, and the huge walk-in closet! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Tucson!! Thank you Suzan!!

We spent two weeks during the Christmas/New Years holidays at this condo and were delighted with its location and amenities. Because it's located near major streets and the Interstate, it was easy to visit Tucson attractions and nearby towns and parks. We also every much enjoyed the walking/biking trail with easy access just a short walk across our parking lot. You can walk to Trader Joe's for groceries and enjoy nice weather and views. The condo itself has very nice amenities and it was always pleasant to come "home" after a day of activities. The property is not only clean, but well-appointed with quality linens and kitchen tools/appliances. We had a nice visit with Suzan on our last day in Tucson and it was a pleasure to meet and talk with her. She's a delight. It's clear from the way she maintains the property that she takes pride in providing a place that guests will want to come back to. Great customer service always ranks high with us and Suzan provided that. I highly recommend this property.

 5.0   -   Grandkids called it a hotel
Reviewed on Sep 27, 2015
This condo was ideal for our stay in Tucson. My mom had a bedroom and bathroom to herself and my husband and I had the other bedroom and bathroom. The closet in the master bedroom was huge-our grandkids loved it and called it there own bedroom. They even made a tent in the closet and slept there all night. Loved being able to walk out the gate and be on the river walk, we walked most mornings and it was wonderful. We come to Tucson at least twice a year to see our daughter and grandkids and will definitely stay here again. Our grandkids liked it so much they would ask can we go to the hotel. Thank you so much for letting us stay here.

It was always a pleasure to come back "home" after a long day at the Show ... Suzan's condo is on River Road and is within a 15 minute drive to the Interstate and most of the show venues ... Suzan was there to greet us upon arrival and she was always easily accessible by phone or text if we had any questions or needs ... For any future trips to the Tucson Show, Suzan will be our first choice! John & Angella Spherefactor San Antonio, Texas

 5.0   -   Really nice condo
Reviewed on Jan 28, 2015
I travel quite a bit and have come to appreciate really nice, comfortable, clean lodging. This condo met all of my expectations while visiting Tucson. Suzan is great owner, she will work with you as much as possible to accommodate your travel times. The condo is beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfy. Every room is immaculate. The Rollito walking/biking path is right behind the condo and provided me with a place to exercise while in Tucson. The condo is tucked behind an apartment complex on very busy River Rd. Even though it is a high traffic area, the condo is set back off the road so there is little or no traffic noise. I had a wonderful time and would stay in this condo again.

I would highly recommend this condo! Suzan has been the perfect Hostess. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and will definitely rent in 2014 as well. The condo is beautifully decorated. I love to travel and I would consider this condo a 5 star accommodation. The dݩcor is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Each year we were greeted with a nice basket full of goodies. I have stayed here when I visit my Daughter at the University of Arizona so I don't visit much of the city. We have been to Mt Lemmon which is close and very beautiful. I also enjoyed the running trail that is available steps away from the condo. Thanks Suzan for making our trip feel like home!
