  • Perfect Location

    5 of 5

Had a great stay at this Prescott property in the Pines. Very comfortable, and great for dogs with the fenced area. We enjoyed walking to the hiking trails from the front door. Highly recommend!

  • Lovely experience!

    5 of 5

My husband, son, and I stayed over the long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. Though only two bedrooms, each room is very spacious and each has a couch with plenty of room for relaxing away from the main living area. Plus the main kitchen/living area are open, light, and look out to the beautiful outdoors. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and took out for the morning on the hiking trails just 5 minutes from the front door. A delightful place to stay that feels secluded and yet is less than 10 minutes to town.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Nice quaint setting, nicely furnished, so comfortable, with perfect sized enclosed yard for our dogs which made it so easy. Nice community to walk in the mornings, and close to everything. The bedrooms were huge and we couldnt have asked for a nicer owner. Very accommodating and friendly. We will stay again when we visit next year!!

  • Peace in the Pines

    5 of 5

We recently stayed here for a week as part of our transition to moving to Prescott. Since we were not on vacation, we ate out less and "at home" more. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and stocked, making cooking a pleasure. The combined kitchen/dining/living area was very comfortable, and the bedrooms very nice and spacious. Michael, the owner, was great, and even upgraded the satellite TV package for us - wow! Overall, it was an excellent stay.

  • Excellent value

    5 of 5

My wife and I and our small dog stayed for four nights this week. The main living area is small but well organized and open, with the kitchen, dining room and living room all one room. The two bedrooms are quite large. The king sized bed in the master is a pillow top, and that, combined with the fresh Prescott air and a good hike each day made for a wonderful night of sleep. The outdoor porch is lovely. Best of all, for us, was that it was totally enclosed so that our little 25# dog could run free without us worrying. And, the porch had stairs that accessed a nice sized yard that was also completely fenced. So our dog had free run of the porch and yard; we could let her go free without worry.

  • Relaxing Retreat!

    5 of 5

This was our first time in Prescott & the next time we visit we're staying in this chalet again! We absolutely loved every minute we spent here. Whether we were hanging out on the wrap-around deck, playing frisbee in the front yard or watching TV inside we felt right at home. I think our favorite part was simply how quiet it was. The 2 very large bedrooms & bathrooms worked out great for our family. We had 4 adults & 2 kids and had plenty of space. Since we ate out nearly every meal (there are some great restaurants in Prescott!) & spent most of our time outside, we didn't even get to use much of the kitchen and/or living room space! We took our dog & it was great for her to have a fenced-in yard to play in. She may have loved it more than us! The location is awesome....just a few miles from downtown. It's also close to fishing, shopping & the casinos. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone just wanting to "get away!"

  • Charming Chalet

    5 of 5

The chalet was a wonderful destination for two people who escaped from Minnesota to warmer weather. The chalet is located in a BEAUTIFUL area with may pristine Ponderosa Pines as well as other mature trees. Our dog had her own fenced in yard which she enjoyed. The dog & I walked almost daily in the neighborhood. It was a very quiet, but friendly, neighborhood. The master suite has a very comfortable king bed and with a large master bath. We had friends stay for a time and they enjoyed their very large bedroom suite with their private bath. The living room area is very cozy with the gas fireplace. This area was centrally located & we were able to do a lot of sightseeing. We spent a day at the Grand Canyon, another day to Jerome; which you must see; Sedona & so much more. Great restaurants! We thoroughly enjoyed The Iron Springs Cafe & the Hassayampa Inn just to mention a couple. There are so many good restaurant, you wouldn't even have to cook! The owner was very helpful when we had a question. I would highly recommed the chalet.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Prescott Chalet. We were amazed at how quiet and peaceful it was - just what we needed for a long weekend get-away. Each room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and exceeded my wife's expectations. We'll definitely be back next year!

  • Great getaway

    5 of 5

My wife, our dog and I recently spent 8 nights at the Prescott Chalet. It was everything we were looking for in our annual vacation to celebrate our anniversary. We found all the amenities to be as described and felt right at home. We especially enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us who had a great time also! The deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee, listening to the birds and appreciating the peace and quiet. We would highly recommend the Chalet to anyone looking for a vacation retreat. We hope to be fortunate enough to return in the future.

  • Great cabin

    5 of 5

We stayed four days in July 2011 and had such a great time. We didn't want to leave. The area is beautiful. The cabin was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable. The dogs had a great time too hanging out on the deck and the dog run. We will definitely be back
