The condo is in emmaculate condition, great appliances and lots the little things like toilet paper, foil and wraps,Landry detergents,spices etc. It´s location is close to the 101 so easy to get to anywhere in the area.

We could not have been happier with this condo! It was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need from shower soap that smelled fantastic to shampoo, fully stocked kitchen with spices and such. The bedding and pillows were very comfy and with 3 patios there was plenty of space to relax. The condo is very easy to get to and we even found a bar with very good food just a short walk away! Jill was very kind and friendly and offered some great suggestions for getting around. You feel like you have known her forever! I would stay here again in the future and would suggest it to anyone looking to stay in a condo versus a hotel.

We were very happy with this condo. The location was perfect. It was near restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful patio. Jill was friendly and quickly responded to questions. I definitely recommend renting this condo. I hope to stay here again. ThanksJill

This is a great condo in a great location. As advertised. The heated pool and hot tub enjoyable and not busy in January. The host Jill is friendly and accommodating. Beds were high quality. Thanks Jill, would love to return. Canadian travellers

We were very pleased with this property. It had updated furnishings, was clean, well stocked with all necessities and very secure. For us, it was a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood but still close to major streets. The garage was nice. It was a tight fit but kept the car out of the weather. We enjoyed our stay there.

Found the condo clean and modern. The location was great. Short drive to grocery store, restaurants and highways. We rode mountain bikes in five different areas around Phoenix plus went to Sedona so accessibility to highways was very important. Jill responded quick when we had questions. Garage was the right size for our gear and parking was easy to find near the condos in the complex. would rent with Jill again.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The pics on HomeAway are exactly how it looks. So we´ll equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was great and easy to find. Jill was timely getting info to us. I highly recommend this condo and hope to rent again next time in Scottsdale. Thanks for sharing Jill!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. With everything in it what you needed and wanted. And if i say EVERYTHING then i mean it. An extra room and bathroom for our son. A little kitchen, but there you found all the utensils you need. The extra garage for the car was perfect. In there was a little room with the washer and dryer. The whole complex was very clean and we loved the meditarranean look. One disadvantage: such a big complex and just two (kind of little) pools. We are looking forward to visit that condo again. A big recommendation!!!!! Thank you Jill

What a great place! The condo is picture perfect and more comfortable than we ever expected. The kitchen has high end appliances, great dishware/utensils/glassware and is stocked with many spices. Both beds are extremely comfy, down to the soft pillows and quality linens. We enjoyed the extra wide couch with big pillows while watching TV. The owner, Jill, could not have been more accommodating or made our stay more pleasurable. For instance, she thoughtfully provides coffee, laundry supplies, shampoo & conditioner, throw blankets and has stocked a wide range of DVD´s. Jill was quick to respond to my questions, has an amiable personality (bonus!) and certainly aims to please! We look forward to our next stay... "Home away from home”. Thanks Jill!

The condo itself is great and the owner was wonderful to work with. It is less than a two minute walk from the pool and is in an easy in/out location in the complex. It's location in Scottsdale puts you minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing. It is also only 20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix and the airport.

Our condo was clean and fresh. Beds were really comfortable. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and trolly pick-up was at end of the street. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. Enjoyed the two weeks we stayed there.

Easy to find location in a safe neighbourhood with quick access to interstates. Very clean modern unit which has been tastefully decorated. Garage is a nice bonus. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Comfortable beds, one firmer and one softer, can take your pick. Very nice bed linens and bath towels. Everything that you could want or need is provided. Owners very easy to work with and really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Will definitely be staying here again and again.

Recently stayed 2 weeks in this property. Location was great, easy access to both the 101 and 202. The condo was clean, quite and well appointed. Garage is always a plus but too small for our full sized truck, we had to park on the street. Jill was great to work with, she responded to all my pre-visit questions and responded to a questions we had on arrival very promptly. Kitchen nicely appointed and linens in bed and bath were nice quality. Two reasons for not giving this condo a 5 star rating, 1) Parking, if your vehicle doesn't fit in the garage then parking is very limited. 2.) Both my husband and I found the living room furniture to be uncomfortable for sitting and while we don't sit much when we are in AZ, I do like to drink my morning coffee while watching the morning news.

Good location and easily accessed. Close enough to Old Town for lots of activities and easy Hwy Access for others. Enjoyed the Casino, just up the road too. Jill was wonderful and took care of any issues as well as provided a well maintained and stocked home for our needs. It was very comfortable and clean throughout.

The place was so well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Jill went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met. Definitely on our list to return!!!!!!!
