  • Great property

    5 of 5

The property was very well furnished, much better than average, good location for us, clean middle class neighborhood, no problems with neighbors, very quite after 7pm or so, nice host, no traffic problems. Had a very serviceable gas grill which we used every evening. Comfortable lawn furniture and furnishings.

  • Home away from home!

    5 of 5

We stayed at Dodge Flower for 4 nights while in Tucson on business. Unfortunately, I was ill during our stay and missed some of our business meetings. The Dodge Flower house was the perfect place to be with all the comforts of home. So nicely decorated, wonderful kitchen and bathroom, everything up to date -- it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Tucson!

  • Nicely appointed, great central location

Couldn't be better. The owners/manages left us everything we could possibly need to get started and to enjoy our stay. Very clean, comfortable quiet. Everything worked exactly as it should. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Beautifully renovated, comfortable and clean. Absolutely loved this house

    5 of 5

Lynn was on the ball with any requested we had. Including bringing us coolers! The house is beautiful. Marble floors and counter tops. REALLY nice pans for cooking. There were cupboards full of every spice you could need and much more. The back yard is huge with seating and a BBQ (which I'm sad we did not have the time to use) . Tons of parking space. We were here exhibit at the gem show so coming back to a rental that felt like home was delightful after a long day at work.

  • A Good Visit, Again!

    4 of 5

Since I had such a positive stay the last time I stayed at this property (April 2015), I decided to book it again for the trip that I had planned with my 2 children. Because we were coming from overseas, and unsure of our arrival date, I let Lynn know, and she was willing to work with me regarding our arrival. Unfortunately, they suffered some flooding due to heavy rain a few days before our arrival, but the property was cleaned up, and everything dried, so you couldn't tell that they had had some trouble. Lynn communicated well, and since our arrival date was up in the air, we weren't able to stay the first night that we were in Tucson, as they were still cleaning up from the flood. She did make a point to move the trundle bed to the other side of the room for us, so that there wasn't any arguing from my kids, or one kid rolling off the bed onto the other!! Thanks, Lynn! As the last time that we stayed at the Flower House, the door was open when we arrived, and the kitchen was stocked with some breakfast/dinner essentials, enough to get us through the first day, which was great, given our severe jet lag! The property was immaculate, and we settled in. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice and cold, though the cooler in the main areas of the house was not cooling at all. Now, I thought that the cooler wasn't working due to humidity in the air during the Tucson monsoons, so I didn't report it to Lynn. That was my fault. The property is centrally located, and is a great launching point to different areas of town. We were able to make it to the East side, where family lives, in a 10-15 minute drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the touches, such as the groceries, the washer/dryer, the backyard, and the grill! Thank you, Lynn, for another great stay at the Flower House, and we look forward to seeing you again!

  • I loved it!

    5 of 5

This property is So nice. I especially liked the little patio in a fenced in back yard. There is also a patio on the right side with a table & grill. Also, It proved to be a great location for me. There is a Trader Joes a few blocks away as well as other stores and restaurants. The property owner was one of the nicest persons I've ever met. If I ever go back to Tucson I will make sure to stay in the Fliwer House again.

  • Comfortable, updated kitchen

    5 of 5

The location was convenient to activities in Tucson. We appreciated the extra food (orange juice, milk, bananas, chips and salsa). There were good supplies available for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Good amount of space for my husband and I and grandson. My grandson liked having his own bed in a separate room rather than having to sleep on a hide-abed. The owner graciously gave the okay to check out early afternoon since we had a later flight out and we were able to enjoy the sights of Sabino Canyon in the morning, return for lunch, and pack up the car. The neighborhood was quiet. We also spent time at the Saguaro National Forest and the Desert Museum - all fun experiences.

  • Felt like home.

    5 of 5

This place felt like I was home. Had everything you needed. Bed was very comfortable. The place had recently been remodeled which was done very well. If we get back to Tucson will try and stay here again. Even had an enclosed backyard with a grill.

  • Amazing Stay!

    5 of 5

We stayed for a week in the end of February. Our group included my husband and I and our 2 girls. From the moment we arrived at Flower House it felt like home. The home immaculately clean and appointed with all of the comforts of home. Our host thoughtfully provided pantry staples and then some. I was so grateful to arrive on Saturday evening and have the option of not leaving again right away to find a store. We snacked on the chips and salsa that were there and ordered a pizza. In the morning there was cereal and milk and even juice to get us started for our day out. We took advantage of the full kitchen and outdoor patio area grill and made our meals at 'home'. Everything was comfy, the beds, the sofa, the chairs, as well as the outdoor furniture. Everything supplied was top-quality and much appreciated. The home is wonderfully located, and close to almost all of our planned activities. I was nervous that the home being so centrally-located would be loud for us country folks, but the neighborhood is clean, and extremely quiet! I could sit out on the patio in the sun with my book and listen to bird-song and nothing else- seriously, it's an oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling cityscape. Amazing. You can see the beautiful Arizona mountains from the side and backyards, what an unexpected pleasure! We really had a better stay than we ever expected possible. Thank you Lynn for your hospitality, we will definitely be back again.

  • Comfortable & quiet, with easy access to all parts of the city.

    5 of 5

My parents and I had a wonderful two and a half week stay at Flower House. The rooms were very nice and having all the comforts of home (excellent cook-space) was a bonus. Lynn was a super hostess! I would definitely recommend this guesthouse and look forward to the next time I have a trip to Tucson.
