  • Quiet, quaint, clean and great location!

    5 of 5

This studio is located in such a charming historic area of Phoenix. It is just perfect. The owner saw to every detail in order to make our stay wonderful. There is a kitchen area that had a microwave and toaster oven as well as a small fridge. I especially loved the fact that we had a garage and we were able to enter right into the unit. The pictures depict this property perfectly. It is clean, comfortable and very quiet and private. We actually had our own fenced in yard to enjoy! The location is ideal. It is easily accessible to the freeway and there are lots of restaurants and shops located close by. The owner was quick to answer questions. The instructions to check in and check out are very clear and easy to follow. I hope you book and enjoy this property as much as we did. Thank you for your hospitality!

  • Clean, quiet and comfortable

    5 of 5

This is a clean, comfortable and quiet studio in a convenient central location. It was well supplied and exactly as advertised. The owners were very accommodating—particularly when I stupidly left behind a valuable item. These are good, helpful people. Bottom line—this was perfect for my trip and I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a clean, quiet getaway in a central location in the Phoenix area.

  • Perfect stay!

    5 of 5

Everything was wonderful! Having the garage was so convenient and an excellent amenity. The living space was decorated well, had everything you need for a short or long stay, and a comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

  • Very nice spacious studio

    3 of 5

This was a great vrbo studio with nice queen bed and all the amenities we needed for our night stay in Phoenix. The reason for the three stars is some safety concerns. The access for the studio was through a back alley that was a little seedy - in only one night there we saw three homeless people in that back alley. I recognize that is under limited control of the owner but ny wife did remark that if she were traveling as a young single woman She wouldn’t be comfortable with that arrangement. It would maybe be better if the owner allowed access to the studio from the Main Street. Other than that we found the property quite nice. They even left us with a coffee maker with a few keirig cups which was a nice touch.

  • Exactly as described!

    5 of 5

This was perfect for my trip. I was traveling alone and had a conference to attend at the Phoenix Convention Center. It had everything needed for my stay, was very clean, and had cute little touches. The price is unbeatable for what you get here. Thank you for sharing your space!

  • Property as described- nothing more and nothing less

    4 of 5

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The only two issues we had were: 1. There was no other mirror than the one in the bathroom- another mirror (preferably a full body one) would have been an extra plus. 2. The temperature was not very constant- at night it would get warm then cold, then back to warm. Having extra fans helped. I would stay here again.

  • Spacious well thought out space!

    5 of 5

There so many good things to point out I will just list our favorites. The bed is incredible; my wife and I never agree on the right firmness of bed but we both loved this one. The set up of the room, the decorations, and the access to things that make it feel like home are the best parts of this cute little house. She really thought of everything. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Phoenix.

  • Historic Neighborhood Studio Apartment

    5 of 5

We were very pleased with our stay at this studio apartment. It is spotless, and Diane has been creative in making the most/best use of space. Great shower. The location was centrally located for our visits with friends and Cub Spring training games. Be sure to take a walk in this historic neighborhood. It is beautiful. TV selections are Hulu and Netflix, great for movies and TV shows, but not NCAA tournaments. Also, we had rented a Chrysler, full sized car, it barely fit in the garage. It fit and we felt the garage was a big bonus.

  • Convenient and comfortable place to stay near central Phoenix

    5 of 5

We visited Phoenix to play some winter golf and take in “Hamilton” at ASU. The place is located near freeways and a major street so getting to restaurants, grocery stores, the airport and our activities was a snap. With the windows open some minor traffic and airplane noise can be heard, but that’s no biggie. The accommodations are clean, cozy and the bed is especially comfortable. We're retired and on the go...Roku and WiFi - what else does anyone need? The kitchen and dining area are just right for two travelers. Our mid-size rental car fit in the garage but as others have noted, a larger vehicle might have trouble. We’d consider staying here again...thanks, Diana!

  • Adequate accommodations

This property was very basic, not too many frills. It did fit our needs and the owner was very responsive to all our questions.

  • Cute and convenient

    5 of 5

We found this place to be just as pictured in the photos. It's cute and funky. The accommodations are fairly basic, but there's still much more to it than a hotel room and everything was very clean and well cared-for. Diana was very responsive to all our communications, and our damage deposit was refunded without a problem. You could tell that she has taken some care to anticipate the needs of her guests, and has equipped the unit accordingly (extra towels, hairdryer, iron, etc.) Since we had a rental car with us, it was great to have a garage to leave the car in - although a really large vehicle wouldn't be able to fit in the smallish garage. The house is easy to get to from the highway and we found it simple to get to places in the greater Phoenix area that we visited. There's a convenience store within about a 1 minute walk, which is handy. The kitchen area is small, as pictured in the photos. Since I had no intention of cooking a gourmet meal, this was no problem at all. Everything needed for simple food preparation for 1 or 2 people was there. I found the bed really comfortable - it has a memory-foam mattress. However, anyone like my husband who likes to sleep on a hard surface, will likely find the mattress too soft. But certainly there's no problem with "valleys" in the mattress, and you can't feel the movement of the person you're sleeping with, which is a bonus. We would definitely consider booking this place again!

  • Clean, cute, nicely-appointed, and owners quite responsive to questions & requests!

    5 of 5

Convenient to public transportation (bus and light rail) which we used almost every day. We rode these to a great coffee house, Lola, before heading into town or the museums. Another bonus was being able to sit in the secluded yard, unwind and get some Vitamin D. Toiletries, amenities and a well laid-out kitchen made us feel welcome and almost like we were at home. Thanks!

  • Beautiful, updated and clean!

    5 of 5

My husband and I stayed in Phoenix for the Open and this rental was perfect. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well decorated. Location was convenient, only about 15mins from the airport. Diana was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this rental!

  • Great small space

    4 of 5

Was in town by myself for a workshop and needed something simple to fit my needs. This place was it. Small, mostly quiet (close to major road though, so a bit of traffic noise but not much), and convenient. Had all the basics and a couple thoughtful extras (including a Rice Krispy treat, which just so happens to be my personal fave). No spices in the kitchen, so don't expect to be able to cook gourmet, but creativity is king and I did just fine with a trip to a nearby grocery store! The bed is super comfy, Roku box is hooked up to the TV, and Diana is quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Overall, it was exactly what it purported to be, and for that I was grateful. Would stay again.
