We all had a grand time, with all the amenities of home! This is the first time any of us have stayed at someones house, but im certain we will do it again. Thanks for everything Phil, wish we could have met you. Hope we didnt make too much of a mess, but had to catch early flight.

I have to admit the place is awesome to stay at and very comfortable. 3 king sized beds to choose and a quick 3 min drive to the fountain park. Place was stocked with all kinds of stuff to make life easier and comfortable. Even had some cashews stocked (of which there was none when I left). It's great the only thing you worry about is where are your driving to for fun then get to go back home and chill. For sure planning the next visit around this place being available.

Spent a wonderful 10 days at Philip and Jackie's property in Fountain Hills. Located less than a mile North of the Fountain Park, it was convenient to shopping, and restaurants. Only took less than an hour to get there from Sky Harbor airport. The condo was extremely clean on arrival, and well-stocked with quality linens, towels, and kitchen needs. They even provided Keurig K-cups for the Keurig 2.0 and bottled water in the fridge. The chairs and couches were comfortable and cozy, with lots of throw pillows . The king beds were very comfortable with ample pillows and blankets. Philip even had a set of golf clubs for a guest to use. Loved not having to pay club rental when i went golfing.. Our hosts were very attentive without being intrusive. When we messaged them for something we needed, they responded quickly. Can't say enough about how accommodating they were, making sure our stay was the best possible. We liked the layout of the condo, with the two main bedrooms at opposite ends, giving privacy. Each bedroom had its own flat screen TV, in addition to to the super-large TV in the living area. The outside patio looked out on a walled yard space, nicely private. Spent many mornings enjoying coffee on the patio chairs and evenings with a cold drink at sunset. All in all, the condo was very comfortable and livable, providing a nice place to come back and unwind after gold, exercise, and sight-seeing. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great location and easy safe walk to Fountain Park. We did walk at night, just know it is very dark with no street lights. We arrived after dark and the house was difficult to find on such a busy road. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and laundry area were well stocked and coffee pods were available. Lots of fluffy towels, and great water pressure, just older style plastic shower surrounds with old tub mats. The outdoor furniture needs updating, no real place to dine outside, and the seating was all old and worn. Internet worked well as did the TVs. Thank you for sharing your home with us in beautiful AZ. The hiking was amazing as was the local area for running and walking!!

Our Adventure bridge girlfriends were back to Fountain Hills and this time most happy to stay at this condo for our fun and relaxation. We used the two regular bedrooms: the beds were so comfortable and loved the walk in shower. We appreciated the plentiful bottled water and coffee pods provided. Sat out on the patio a couple of warm afternoons. This property is so handy to the fountain, restaurants, library , etc. Very much "like home" after a day. . . hated to leave:) Owner was great to work with. . . a successful vacation stay!

Fountain Hills was a delightful experience. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Phoenix area to seriously consider Fountain Hills. The home was located just a short distance from all the essential elements needed for a fine vacation. It was larger than I visualized from its description. Inside it was immaculate when we arrived with plenty of the essentials stocked away. The only criticism we had was that a couple of light bulbs needed changing. The bedrooms and baths were at opposite sides of the house and made great privacy for both families. I would recommend this property to anyone. One cannot review Fountain Hills without mentioning the fountain and the park surrounding it. We really enjoyed the park.

This house was clean and comfortable with nice space for 3 couples. We really felt at home. Very convenient to anything in Fountain Hills. Parking for 3 large vehicles was tight, but we managed; no street parking. Neighbors were also nice. Would definitely recommend.

This unit is well stocked for cooking and it's very comfortable. The location is good and the neighbors were friendly too. The owner is quick to respond when you have questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Our stay was terrific, no issues what so ever. This is a great place to stay and very convenient to all you need in Fountain Hills. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is modern and well stocked.

I stayed here with my family/crew because I was running the Javelina Jundred race. It's in an excellent location for that (less than 10 minute drive). It's also very close to the fountain and anything else you want to do in Fountain Hills. The home itself is nice and clean with very comfortable beds and couch. It has everything you need for a nice stay and a very helpful and attentive owner. My one tiny suggestion is to possibly add more drinking glasses. I'll definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We loved this place in Fountain Hills! It was the perfect location for what we wanted! The house was clean and the bed was really comfy! Wifi worked and good TVs! Was close to restaurants with good food! We had a great weekend! Will be back!

Everything was provided for and the home was quite comfortable. Thank you for the breakfast pastries and coffee! We were participating in a local event and the home was the perfect location. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area in the future. Thank you for the hospitality.

This home is a wonderful place to stay. All the amenities and a wonderful location in the heart of fountain hills. The owners also went the extra mile to make aure we were comfortable and informed about the details of the house and area.
