We very much enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend it. The condo was extremely clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The view from the porch and the pool were stunning. The place was very quiet, which we also very much enjoyed. Checking in and out went very uncomplicated and whenever we needed something Penny at the rental office was always able to help us immediately. Thank you Tim for letting us rent this wonderful condo. My recent stay at this property was fantastic. The property was super clean, well decorated, and covered all needs. I took advantage of the community pool which has a stunning mountain view and is also heated. The pool area also features a work out room and a spa which were both great! Check in and check out were both a breeze thanks to Tim the owner and Penny in the rental office. In addition to all of this, the property is located only minutes from the fountain park and all major shopping and dining. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Fountain Hills.

We have stayed several times in this beautiful condo. Thank you, Tim. The unit is so inviting and private. My sister stayed with us again. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the living area, so my hubby and I had our privacy, and so did she. The view from the patio is breathtaking! The desert is right beyond the patio, with all of its wildlife. The mountains in the distance are awesome. We sat on the patio for hours, just soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. A nice 2 bedroom at the edge of a large condo project. There are 20 steps required as it is on the lower floor. Modern furnishings, warm hottub and pool, easy parking, well located, convenient to Scottsdale. Overall a good value and nicely appointed.

This condo was very comfortable, well stocked with essentials, clean, and well decorated. The pool area, although not huge, was spotless and had amazing views. The owner and management were very good to deal with. Arizona has an endless list of activities and restaurants to make everyone happy! We highly recommend this property.

The condo was clean, quiet and we especially enjoyed the private outside porch. The pool was large enough to swim in, and the other owner's and guests at the pool were very friendly and offered up recommendations for good restaurants. Since we had good friends staying a short distance away, we chose to have dinner with them most nights. We did go to Bander's in Scottsdale, and it was excellent. The walking path around the fountain was nice, there were some beautiful sculptures and the flowering cactus was a bonus. My husband is a birder and we went to a wildlife refuge in Gilbert ( 35 minute drive) which was very enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to friends.
