The casitas served us well for our 2 week stay - well equipped, very clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located for the activities we were interested in. Certainly a site we would return to.

This studio is well layed out and comfortable. All the conveniences of home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I was there for ten days and would return in a heartbeat. Best part was the people who own it are gracious, helpful and treat you like family. Any need is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ten stars in my book!

We really enjoyed our few days in this casita. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in the area, especially going to the Cubs spring training game. The home is clean and has all of the necessary amenities for what we needed. Thank you!

Very clean with more amenities then expected. Nice neighborhood, good parking, private and quiet. Only thing we didn't like was the next door neighbor's dog that would bark on and off all throughout the night (still give the place 5 stars because it's not like the owner can control this, just something worth mentioning)

The interior of the Guest Cottage was very new and plenty of space. They made certain they were available in case we needed anything. Fun place to stay in a very nice, quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Great location, clean, quiet, with all the things we needed to enjoy our time away from home! So much better then staying in a hotel!!!!

I would rate this a 4 and a half star experience. I enjoyed several important aspects of my stay; the location, which was only fifteen mins to Aloha Fest in Tempe, and the feeling of safety in a friendly residential neighborhood. I was also happy about the quick responses from the owner regarding the location of the property so that I could make plans regarding how to get to and fro. I was also very pleased that she allowed me to check in earlier than 4:00 PM because the casita had already been cleaned the day before. I felt that this was very generous. The place was very clean and the temperature control was excellent. Two details that I communicated with the owner which I feel can be corrected were the bathroom curtain rod which fell down a couple of times and the plug-in scented oil diffuser. I have allergies, so I had to air out the place to lessen the powerful scent. Other than that, I would highly recommend this casita to visitors of Phoenix.

My elderly father and I stayed 2 weeks in this stand-alone studio casita and found it to be quite comfortable. Tatiana was an excellent host--from the quick response at booking, to any requests during the stay, and in promptly refunding the damage deposit. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, as well as close to any amenities guests may need. If we're in Mesa again, we know just where we'll stay!

We stayed 5 nights & 4 days in Mesa at the Gary St. Casita while in town for spring training! Tatiana & Richard have done a great job with this little place! All the amenities of home in a nice little neighborhood. We loved the proximity to the ball parks & Modern Grove restaurant was a delight!!!
