  • Best Condo in Anazasi

    5 of 5

I stayed here for 6 weeks and highly recommend the condo. I have stayed at several condos in Anazasi and this one is by far the best. It is very nicely furnished and has everything that you might need. The bed is very comfortable, and everything works perfectly (wifi, a/c, cable, etc.). Ken, the landlord is a great guy and is alwayas available if you need help with anything (I didn’t). I can highly recommend staying here.

  • I Couldn’t Ask For Anything More

    5 of 5

I went into renting a condo in Phoenix, quite blindly. The last condo I rented was for 2 weeks, in Florida, six years ago. I’ve never been to Phoenix before this. Well I liked what I saw in the ad and have absolutely no regrets. The condo is a family operation and I think that shows by how well they treat their guests. Ken Blair is the on site contact person for the rental, he’s also a wealth of information, he lives in the complex, if you have any questions or issues you contact him and he immediately renders assistance. The vacuum broke while I was there and the next day Ken delivered a brand new vacuum to my door. Besides that I had no issues. The condo is very nicely decorated, everything is there and works. I do not own a keurig coffee maker, but I may have to invest in one now, as I spoiled myself daily with the one in the condo. I found everything to as Ken described to me, prior to booking, no surprises. Included is a covered parking spot that is the closest spot to the elevator and condo is located right beside the elevator, on the fourth floor. I found all of this to be very convenient and I was never disturbed by any sounds from the elevator. The complex itself is very large. There seems to be a small army employed, mon-fri, to take care of the immaculate grounds. There are numerous pools in the complex, one is more of a social hub, but if you’re not into that, there are many other choices. The complex is located right along Stonecreek golf course, I found it to be in very good condition, with a decent pace of play, but it’s Phoenix! There are many other golf courses within a 30 min drive. Also the complex is located near pretty much anything you could want to buy or desire to eat, almost too many options. It was my first visit and I think I lucked out finding this one. I’ll be a returning guest for quite awhile.

  • Best Place In Anasazi

    5 of 5

This 1 br condo is one of the best places on this property to stay. It is very well furnished with absolutely everything a person needs. The décor is wonderful and up to date. Very modern and new furnishings. Great King size bed. Great shower. Great kitchen appliances and all the kitchen furnishings you need for every meal. The neighbors are very quiet and you really feel like you have a lot of privacy in this condo. The owners of this condo are great people. We did have a few minor 'appliance' type issues and Ken had whatever needed fixed completed in less than 24 hours after he was informed. Ken is a wonderful guy. Extremely nice and caring. You couldn't ask for a better person to deal with. we've looked at several places in Anasazi and without a doubt Ken's place ranks as one of the highest. You will not be disappointed with this rental and I would chose it over all of the rest that I've seen in this area. Thanks Ken for a great experience and letting us use this place. We were extremely satisfied.

  • Beautiful property that is close to everything you might need.

The condo was great. The top floor even had privacy on the balcony with tall trees in front. Ken was very thorough and helpful with information about the property and local area.

  • Relaxing Anasazi

    4 of 5

This was a lovely condo in a very nice and well maintained complex (Anasazi). We liked the roominess in this 1-bedroom 850sq ft. unit and enjoyed the kingsize bed as it was quite comfortable. The condo was super clean when we arrived and nicely furnished. My wife and I have different tastes when it comes to watching TV so we enjoyed the fact that there were 2 very large HD TV's with one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy a meal and a glass of wine as it looked out at some trees and quiet greenspace with a pool at each end. The Anasazi complex is beautifully maintained and has 5 pool and whirlpool areas as well as a well equipped fitness area. I had a blissful hottub every morning overlooking the Stonecreek golf course. Ken was an amazing host. During our initial inquiries he always responded in very quick fashion. When we arrived at the condo he was there to greet us with the keys and explained everything to us so that we could get comfortable right from the start. We called him a couple of times with questions and if we couldn't reach him he would call us back within a few minutes. The only reason I rate this as a 4-star vs a 5-star is that because Anasazi is an older complex (that looks new) the walls are a little thin and occasionally voices could be heard from the attached condos. It was a very minor thing. We spent most of a month here and had a wonderful time.

  • July - September: All Needs Met & Most Excellent Service!

    5 of 5

I found this condo as I was desperately looking for a furnished temporary home in Phoenix to ease our transition from a mid-west move. Ken was the person who took us on this journey from start to end. He is genuine human being who explained the terms and amenities in great detail, and in return, he trusted us implicitly with the rental. It is a clean, furnished, home with every appliance one could want in the kitchen. TVs are set up in both the kitchen and bedroom for those lazy evenings when we didn't feel like going out. A large private balcony allowed us to relax and chat with tea or drink at the little table and chairs (washer and dryer tucked in a room off balcony was a great bonus). Everything is within walking distance or a short drive - food, entertainment, shopping, services, and mail/shipping needs. If you are new to the area - this spot is location near the 51, which makes inter-city travel a breeze, including if you need to get to and from the airport. I frequently visited the pool and gym, which were always clean, and the equipment in good working order. It's the type of home that took all my stress away, and allowed my husband to transition to a new job without worry. If we are ever so lucky, we would stay again! If any future guest has any concerns about vacationing in this condo, Ken is the person who will listen, act promptly, and always put your needs first.

  • Great Stay and Amazing Host!

    5 of 5

It was a great experience living in this condo. Our host, Ken, was extremely helpful and welcoming since the beginning. Even before we arrived we asked for a blender and it was there. The place is quiet, well decorated, family-friendly, and well equipped. The kitchen has all you need. Ken actually took us for grocery shopping and car rental when we arrived and offered to help in any possible way as he was very approachable. The king bed is super comfortable and the closet space is very adequate. The balcony has a nice view and there are 5 pools around the condo. The parking is very convenient outside the building. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this condo.

Great place....clean, quiet and well kept....great workout room, the cactus garden on-site is a great place for quiet-time. The owners are friendly, responsive and great hosts. Would recommend it to others, and hope we will get the opportunity to stay there again in the coming years

  • Great visit!

    5 of 5

Ken, our host, was both helpful and friendly. He had put together a notebook of useful information about the condo, as well as the neighborhood. It answered our questions. The unit was well equipped for a long-term stay and handsomely decorated. The best part was the amazing view – from the living room you were looking at evergreens and from the eating area were views of the mountains. The fourth floor puts you at the top if it all. A great visit!

  • Excellent Accommadations

    5 of 5

Our stay here at Anasazi Village was only short. We were told that the condo complex was 30 years old. I don't believe I have seen a better looked after complex, the lawn and garden area was superb . The pool and hot tub were great as well. The condo itself was well decorated and furnishings were new or near new. This is a large one bedroom (king bed). The kitchen was well stocked and outside deck allowed shade from the sun. If our schedule is that we can due this again we would without a doubt. We will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Ken for your hospitality.
