  • Good location for us, well appointed property

    5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town to visit family and friends and this location suited perfectly. The condominium was well furnished. The only thing I would change would be some window treatments that allow better control of bringing in light during the day and shutting out light at night, and maybe a screen door for the patio. We felt right at home during our stay! Definitely recommend.

  • Mesa area "Coyote Landing" gem

    5 of 5

Our daughter and grandchildren moved last year from Seattle to the Mesa area. When we came to visit them we had been staying in hotels but decided to try to find something more comfortable. This luxury unit was a perfect fit for us. The location is 5 minutes off the freeway, close to shopping and restaurants, and it is in a 24 hour gated community with easy parking. Even though we aren't swimmers the view of the pool and grounds from the deck was pleasant. The unit itself is clean and modern with all the creature comforts and utensils in the kitchen. It is color coordinated and well appointed with furnishings. It is obvious that the unit was professionally decorated and furnished. We hate to let the secret out about this "gem", but we use customer reviews extensively when traveling so fair is only fair. We definitely plan to return here when we come back to visit next time.

  • Wonderful family condo!

    5 of 5

This was a wonderful condo for our family of 4! The pictures don't really do it justice. The master bedroom is fabulous, with the most comfortable bed imaginable. The balcony looks out over the pool area. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room furniture was great for lounging. We have two college-aged boys, so having bedrooms and beds for each of them was essential. The condo is very quiet - even with people above and below us, we never heard them. We loved the location (far east valley - almost to Apache Junction) because we wanted to spend some time exploring the Superstition Mountains. For people wanting to be close to Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale, it may be a bit more of a trip than you'd want. Again, we loved being out of the chaos of the metro area, but still close to the shopping we needed. Shannon, the contact at Coyote Landing, was great to work with and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

  • Great Arizona Escape

    5 of 5

This was a lovely newer condo that was clean and comfortable. It had just about everything you might need for a stay, even a slow cooker! The beds were adequate. Nothing great, but they were clean. The location of the complex offers very easy access to the freeway, and the property is well maintained. There are staff from the complex available if you have any questions and will get you checked into the unit. Be sure to reach out to the complex staff a few days before you arrive to coordinate your arrival. The unit has very little natural light, so if you are looking to soak up the Arizona sun, you will have to do it outside. The unit is right by the pool which is nice. The water of the pool was nice and heated, so that was a plus on the cooler mornings. The pool hours are supposed to end at 10:00, but those seem to be a suggestion, as there were several nights pool activity went later into night most likely because it was a holiday week. Also, be aware that the floors are mostly tile and the unit is on the second floor of the building; the neighbor below mentioned that he could hear us walking around and doing the dishes. There are not a lot of extra pool towels so plan on washing the few they have if you need fresh towels. Our family of five shared the three pool towels. Not a big deal, just a heads up to pack pool towels.

  • Gorgeous Home Away From Home

    5 of 5

Julie & Jeff were absolutely fabulous to book with and super responsive. I stayed in their property for one month and it was an absolute dream! So clean, gorgeous decor, the pool is steps away from the front door and easy access to the freeway and dining. If you are looking for a beautiful home away from home during your desert vacation definitely book with Julie & Jeff. Absolutely perfect experience all around!
