We have just returned from 10 amazing days in Chandler. Previous reviews and comments are right on. Everything and more than we needed was available and it seemed every day we found something else that made us feel at home. The Kids Zone is stocked with all kinds of toys and supplies to keep the kids happy and the rest of the house is stocked with everything the adults needed. The fence around the pool meant the kids could be in and out without worry. Michael and Michele went above and beyond making sure all of our wants were addressed and even shopped for breakfast for us when they found out we had a late arrival. This was our first trip to the Phoenix area but after this experience we will be back and hopefully this house will be available when we do.

Our family of three, me, my husband, & our 16 month old daughter, were looking to escape the bitter Wisconsin winter. We had initially booked a stay at a local resort but decided to look on VRBO to see if we could find somewhere that was a better fit for our one year old. We chose this rental because of the great combination of adult & child amenities. The home was very organized & stocked well with toiletries, linens, condiments, baby supplies, & everything in between. The pack n play, high chair, changing table, & baby monitor especially came in handy for us. The home is in a great location–close to mall, restaurants, grocery stores, & even a super nice toddler-friendly park about a half mile away which we walked to a couple times. We were blown away by the kids room that an endless supply of toys & things to do. It was also nice to not have to worry about our toddler´s safety while she was running around the home since the layout of the home was all on one level. The backyard space was quiet, private, & comfortable. The owners were very attentive–they checked in with us multiple times to see if we had any questions & to make sure we had everything we need. This place will definitely be our top choice to stay when we return in the future!

Michael and Michele, Thank you so much for a fabulous stay! Your property is so well maintained, clean, and functional. And, hands down the most well stocked of any vacation property we've ever stayed at. It was exactly what we needed for our family. Our two kids (5 and 1 years old) absolutely loved the Kid Zone. It was such a blessing to be able to come to Arizona and not have to bring any kid gear. We literally just bought diapers when we got there and found everything else we needed already at the house. The pool was beautiful and the backyard was such a relaxing place to hang out. We hope to visit again very soon!

Our stay was wonderful. We were there for 3 weeks and had a week with each of our kids and grandkids. The play room was a blessing. It had everything for the "littles" especially but the "bigs" enjoyed it very much also. We couldn't believe how well equipped the entire place was including kitchen and the utensils in it to the abundance of pool towels. The entire premises were immaculate and very well maintained. We had a couple of questions while we were there and the owners returned our texts and helped us very quickly. I would definitely rent this property again and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Each family had their "to do and see" lists while there. We loved the Out of Africa venue as well as spring training games. The biggest love by all the kids was the pool in the back yard!! Each family loved In-n-Out Burgers and a great pizza place also. We did a lot of our own cooking in the great kitchen also!! Never been in an VRBO that well equipped and stocked!! LOVED IT and plan to go again.

This was our 4th year staying at Michele & Micheal's beautiful home. Love the upgrades done to the house. Always a pleasure staying in this area. Michele and Micheal always makes sure everything is to your liking, the rooms are tastefully decorated. Little touches that make this home feel like home. Nice to relax outside either by the pool or under the shaded area with comfy chairs or couch. After touring around the area, going for a game of golf, shopping or just a day in the sunshine it 's nice to relax in the hot tub to end the day. The neighbour hood is really friendly, we would go for a walk in the mornings and everyone would say Hi to you as you go by. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house to anyone who is thinking about staying in this area. We stay for a month each year and it really is a home away from home.Thank you again Michele and Micheal

Absolute gem! This is the perfect house if you are traveling with children. If you are not it still an incredible house and would highly recommend. The owners have truly thought of everything in this house for your needs. My only recommendation would be Disney/Nick Jr for the TV, but besides that I can't honestly think of anything to complain about. The owners are very accommodating and if anything is not to your satisfaction rest assured they will take care of it! Hope to be back next year 😍

Absolute gem! This is the perfect house if you are traveling with children. If you are not it still an incredible house and would highly recommend. Michael and Michele go above and beyond as your hosts. They were readily available to help with any questions but what is most amazing is the details they tend to before you arrive. The house is indeed spotless, and the long list of amenities is too many to write out! You will be thrilled with all of the available clean linens, large fully equipped kitchen, two separate living areas, gorgeous backyard, and the backdrop of a warmly decorated home. There is a lot of space to hang out without feeling like your family is on top of each other. They even had Christmas lights and decorations up for us! I can't say enough about these hosts and their amazing property. Look no further- you have found your home away from home in Chandler!

The property was very well kept and the inside of the house was spotless. The owners provided every amenity we needed and then some. A welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived, which was very appreciated as we arrived after midnight. Our issue with the wi fi was resolved with one call and Michael was very nice. Overall, this property and the owners exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends.

This is the third year staying at the Chandler home. Our adult children, and our grandchildren. From the first year (the kids room is what attracted us) through now, the kids room is the hit, and it keeps getting better. Michael/Michelle, the 'costumes' were worn between the boys every day! The books, coloring/paints, blocks, you name it. But the home is just that, Home! We were made welcome with a gift basket (Easter egg colorings, window stickers) that set the mood for the Easter Holiday. The home is spotless. The location of this home is great- close to stores, restaurants, and expressways. Easy access to get everywhere; Baseball stadiums, zoo, aquariums, mountains, desert. And on a quiet cul-de-sac makes sitting out at night on the swing or under the awning a great end of the day. The amenities can't be beat, everything you need. Michael and Michelle are readily accessible if needed. Can't wait 'til next time. Thank you.

This house was fantastic. We would recommend it to everyone and honestly have already recommend it to lots of our family members. If you have kids the kids room is wonderful but if you don't just close the door and you would never know it was there. The home owners have really thought of everything to make your holiday stay a positive one and they honestly go above and beyond to make your stay so enjoyable. If you need to contact them about anything they respond very quickly. The house was very, very clean and you get such a warm and relaxing feeling when you walk into the place. The area of the home is great as well! A very short drive to everything from shopping, grocery shopping, restaurants etc etc. Our family can't wait to go back next year.

We stay at different homes multiple times per year and have to say this was one of the best homes we have visited. It was exceptionally cleaned and well stock. We had a couple issues during our stay which were promptly and efficiently handled with zero disruption. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

We stayed at the house over Christmas and the owners offered to decorate it for us, they put up lights and inflatables outside and little things around the inside, it made us feel even more at home. The house is perfect for kids, the kids room has so many toys that our son loved, as well as the yard. Having the pool gated off meant we never needed to worry about him falling in. There are so many things around the house that we never would have thought of to be included, it really was a home away from home. We would highly recommend this house to others and look forward to going back on the future.

This house was above and beyond our expectations. It felt like home away from home. I honestly cannot speak any higher of the whole experience begining with the warm welcome to the easy exit from the home. The kids room was the best part by far! It allowed the adults to enjoy the house and gave the kids a spot to entertain and enjoy themselves. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses along with the comfortable beds. When we return to Arizona we will be staying here again and I would recommend this house to anyone!

The owners have thought of every detail to make this feel like a home. The property is beautiful inside and out and very well kept. We had 2 nineteen month old babies with are group and only needed to get diapers, everything else was there. They loved the play room, and so did the parents! The house has plenty of space we had a total of 8, and never felt like we were in each others way. All of us really enjoyed the backyard, the pool was refreashing durning the day and the jacuzzi was perfect on a couple of cool nights. We liked the location, it's easy access to get around and also a very quite neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this property, the owners were very accommodating, always got back to us within 24 hours. I'm sure we'll be back.

This was our second visit to the Chandler home, and it gets better and better. The improvements to the home by Michele and Michael (pool security fence, new slider, additions to kids room) were wonderful. If you have kids, this house is a must with a dedicated room with most every imaginable activity for them. This home is close to everything; baseball stadiums (spring breakers), zoo, childrens museum, parks, restaurants and various types of sightseeing, and of course the pool and hot tub. Michele, your welcome gifts were much appreciated, and went quickly. This home is warm, and Michele and Michael make you feel welcome. We highly recommend this home and can't wait to return.

This was our second stay at this beautiful house. Michele and Michael have paid attention to every detail. I am certain you will never find a home better equipped. Two years ago our only item that we could find missing was a clock out by the pool, well I was pretty certain there would be one there this year and sure enough a beautiful clock out by the pool. You know it is a great place if a clock is the only thing item missing. Well this year we couldn't find anything missing. It was great vacation. Added this year was a unbelievable kids room. If you have kids or Grand children you may never leave the house. When you walk in you will be so impressed with all the attention to detail and spotlessly clean. We highly recommend this home.

We were very pleasantly surprised at what this house had to offer. It really is a home not just a house. The attention to detail was remarkable. The extra touches that the owners put into house put our stay over the top. The children ages 6, 4, & 8 months had everything they needed to be cared for and entertained. Some of the things provided that we especially appreciated were a booster car seat, bumbo seat, high chair ,baby shampoo, children utensils, and sippy cups. Even though it was very cool that week in AZ (high temp was 65) our family found the pool and hot tub to be enjoyable. It was like having our own hotel resort. Our son-in-law who is a professional chef was pleased at how well stocked the kitchen was in pots, pans, & utensils. He was able to prepare us a wonderful meal. The discount card to the local grocery store was definitely a plus. We found the house to be nicely located and not very far from our activities. The neighborhood is quiet and even though the major streets are nearby you do not get a sense that you are in a big city. We did especially appreciate the security system of the home because of our younger children. Since our stay here was positive and we have family in the Phoenix area, we hope to stay at this house again.

My immediate family and also some close friends came to celebrate Christmas with me -- a total of 11 adults + a teen + a baby. Since I live in a one-bedroom apartment, I searched for a nearby home for them to rent. This turned out to be the perfect place! The owners were exceptionally gracious and attentive. They even decorated the house for us, left Christmas gifts for the baby and teenager, and stocked the kid room (which is magical) with all kinds of baby-care items! Everything was clean and orderly, comfortable, and organized. I was impressed with the labels on cabinets of supplies. Everyone enjoyed the spacious family room with huge wraparound couch for movies with our whole group. The jacuzzi was a hit. Only drawbacks there that pool temp couldn't quite get warm enough, but the owner gave us a discount on additional nights because of that issue. Also, the wi-fi seemed spotty. Overall, though, everyone was really happy with the stay!

Our family (two adults, three young children) felt very welcome when we arrived at this home. This is the 3rd time we've rented a house in the area, and it's by far the best experience we've had. A few key reasons: Kids toy room: We didn't need to bring anything for our kids to be entertained. Various stations including TV, dress-up, dolls, cars, artwork, etc meant the 5 kids that were there at any given time had lots of options. This made packing a lot easier, knowing we didn't need to bring things to keep the kids busy. Convenient: The home was fully stocked with anything we needed. This included baby changing table, crib, crib sheets, pack-and-play, kitchen essentials. Extra sheets, pillows. Outdoor pool and fire pit items, all at our reach with ease. Organized: Kitchen was organized well, home layout was very good. There are various labels, descriptions, and notes around the house to help find things, control the pool, organize garbage/recycling, etc. Even when changing out the bathroom garbage and wondering where I'd find new bags: sure enough, there's a stash in the bottom of the bin. May seem obvious, but some houses don't take the care to make it convenient and organized. Outdoor fire pit supplies labeled and available. Pool: Great for all ages; deep, clean, warm. Hot tub was relaxing as well. Various pool supplies available for fun and safety. Outdoor: some places we stayed seemed a bit bland outside, but this place had a lot of fun and decoration to make us want to enjoy the outdoors: fire pit, pool, hot tub, outdoor dining table, and decorations. Secure: We felt like we were in a safe neighborhood, on a quiet dead-end road, with secure locks on front door and to back alley. Comfortable: Beds, chairs, couches, all comfortable. Nice carpeting through most of house (in bedrooms, play room, etc)- I've stayed in other places with lots of stone/tile floor; this carpeted house is better for the small kids. Fun: As described above, various options to enjoy outdoors and different rooms for people to choose to relax or watch TV indoors. Thoughtful: As described above, the clear communication inside the home, the presence of essential needs, and the extra touches in each room made it feel like our home, not just a temporary rental. Thanks again for the great experience, we'll check this home's availability first next time we come to AZ!

We were welcomed to the house with an apple pie, bottle of wine, and 2017 calendar from Hawaii waiting on the island in the kitchen( very nice gesture, we enjoyed it) VERY CLEAN HOUSE- has everything you need- instructions available for everything- rental is very thought out to be very user friendly- Great backyard with great patio, seating, fire pit, big bench swing, hot tub and heated pool (yes you pay a small fee for this but well worth it this time of year if you plan on swimming) with beach towels and pool toys available to use. Inside very clean, comfy beds- lots of seating in the two living areas- small bar set up- Neighborhood especially quiet- this place is one of the best we have stayed at- will for sure be coming back- thanks Michael and Michele

This was a great decision to stay at Michael and Michele's rental home. We were in town for our sons graduation and this was perfect for the whole family to stay and hangout, celebrate, and saved us money by being able to grill and cook at home The house was stocked with all the dishes and pans and bowls we needed along with spices foil and all the extra little things to be able to cook. Floaters for the pool and pool towels were provided, the hot tub was great too. Michael and Michele were great from the first contact and throughout our stay they were available when needed. We Will be back!!
