  • Our Stay was Awesome

    5 of 5

Our stay here was awesome, wonderful hosts! Wonderful view of the superstition mountains, especially first thing in the morning during the sunrise. Would highly recommend this place if looking to stay out away from town, we will definitely stay here again!

  • This was a great get away location

    5 of 5

We especially enjoyed this rental for the approximate location to all the things we wanted to visit in the Mesa area. We also enjoyed the quiet mornings, walks in the Usery Park, and the general friendliness of the surrounding area. The room was clean, comfortable and adequate to our needs in every way. I have no hesitation in recommending this room. There was so much more available than we had time or opportunity to take advantage of.

  • This location exceeded our expectations!

    4 of 5

We were delighted with our two week stay at Superstition Mountain VRBO! The studio apt. Is spacious with lovely high ceilings. The shower is nicely appointed and was supplied with high quality products. The towels were luxious. The closet space is well designed and plentiful. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Our hosts responded quickly to any inquiries and even provided a few groceries to help us on day one! We had use of a peaceful patio area with barbeque and could also sit on the roof balcony to enjoy the mountain view. The view will stay with us for a long time-beautiful cactus and other plants in the backyard and mountains in both directions, marvellous! Hiking trails are only 10 minutes away on foot. We enjoyed several day trips that were only 30 minutes drive. Our only suugestion would be an indoor easy chair. The weather was quite cool some of the time, so sitting outdoors wasn't always an option. Many thanks to our hosts for an excellent holiday rental!

  • Perfect Getaway from the cold!

    5 of 5

Casita had everything we needed! Close to Usery Park where we ride our bikes, and far enough away from the hustle-bustle of the city. Quiet, clean and perfect for the 2 of us. Beautiful sunrises and lovely hosts. Second time staying here!

  • Relaxing in the Desert

    5 of 5

We enjoy nature and hiking. This was the perfect stay. Usery Mountain Park was one and a half blocks away. Our favorite time was relaxing on the patio from 3 - 5 p.m. where we listened to the birds, watched a dove nesting in a saguaro cactus, and enjoyed the "critters" scampering around the area. The view of the Superstition Mountains added to the experience. The casita fit our needs for sleeping, cooking and watching TV. We managed to use our laptop, but a welcome addition would have been a small table or large TV tray for that purpose. The patio was well equipped and the resident family helpful and considerate. Shopping was convenient and the 202 freeway facilitated reaching other locations. If we return to Arizona, we will stay here if it is available. James and Darlene Vowels

  • Perfect stay in Mesa!

    5 of 5

I had a great stay in this beautiful casita in Feb and Mar 2014. The room was perfect for me and my cocker spaniel. The views are great and Laurie and Mike were wonderful hosts. The casita had everything we needed! Nice location - close to everything! Laurie made sure there was some basic supplies for me when I arrived which was very nice. I would recommend this casita to my friends.

  • Great Room and Great View

    5 of 5

What a great place to stay in the East Valley! Very quiet and a lovely room with a kitchenette very nice bathroom and walk in closet. The bed is to die for. Direct TV, i-pod station, WiFi makes it a more enjoyable stay. Laurie has made sure you have everything you need if you want to have meals at the Casita. There is even a grill on the patio if you want to grill. Close to trails but also close to flea markets, Walmart, Renaissance Festival Grounds, Mining Camp Restaurant and not to far from Superstition Springs Mall. The view of Superstition Mountain from the room's window is fabulous and if you like to see the stars at night the roof top deck is a great place to see the sunset and beautiful night sky. We loved our stay! Thanks Laurie!

  • Quiet beautiful Casita with a view!

    5 of 5

A wonderful little casita with beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains. Very close to hiking trails and access points to the mountain range park! Located in a quiet neighborhood, this darling rental offers a quiet oasis after a long day of being a tourist. The room itself was decorated in a charming southwestern fashion, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was A-mazing! Laurie was available if needed, giving great food suggestions, but gave us total privacy. She even stocked the fridge with some tasty essentials! We would absolutely stay again.

  • Perfect Fit. Perfect Location

    5 of 5

This casita was a perfect fit and location for my husband and I. We live in the country and really dislike city living so this location offered everything we needed. A dessert hike that was so close was a great start to the day! The sound of coyotes in the ravine right behind the house, the amazing cactus that was right outside the window. The room was cozy and had almost everything a person needed. The owners were very thoughtful and accommodating, even though we contacted them on short notice and arrived later than expected. As mentioned in previous reviews, they too supplied us with some breakfast and snack items - Thank You! We also appreciated the large parking lot that could accommodate our toy hauler. This location was a perfect place to launch our motorcyles for a day a exploring the amazing Arizona countryside. I would highly recommend this clean and comfortable casita.

  • Two week renters

    5 of 5

My husband and I really enjoyed the casita and Laurie was a wonderful host. We really enjoyed the roof-top patio and the sunsets. This was a wonderful way to have more room while visiting my mom in the area. Discription of the unit was accurate and the huge closet was super to store all of our things. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a get away in the Mesa area.
