  • Smaller than Thought

    3 of 5

Stay was alright, but not what we were actually looking for. The loveseat was not comfortable at all. Bed was fine. Would have liked to see more than 3 bath towels for a 4 night stay. We found 2 bath towels and one that was a size between a bath and hand towel. Should be a sign stating to step down into the closet located in the bedroom, almost fell into it.....was a surprise. Hated the gate situation. I would think this would be better suited for a younger couple not us older folks ( lol ). I will say Thank You though for letting us stay.

  • Charming Private Cottage

    4 of 5

Enjoyed a long weekend at the cottage while visiting our daughter, a U Arizona student. Perfect location (walking distance!) to campus and her residence location. Cottage is cozy but great for a couple. Fully equipped kitchen and bath are updated but the place has a rustic feel that we enjoyed. Private gated yard and parking were a bonus. Would stay here again!

  • Quiet, yet close to everything!

My friend and I really enjoyed our time here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, yet near shopping, restaurants, the university, and 10 minutes to downtown Tucson. The yard is very private, and parking is behind a gate and off the street. I think it would be tight for 4 adults, but was fine for the two of us. The pullout couch is a typical pull out, with bar in the middle. I didn't have any problem, but I'm light weight and a side sleeper anyway. Enjoyed my morning tea on the patio!
