  • Cozy Comfort

    5 of 5

My husband & I stayed here for 1 week and it was just perfect for us. As Canadians experiencing the desert environment for the very first time (and without a car) we wanted a suitable place close to Old Town. This property certainly fit the bill as we were able to walk to a lot of places or take the free trolley which stopped right in front of the building. Also, loved the pool....so clean & well maintained! The property itself was fully equipped and so comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

  • Cozy condo ...good location in Scottsdale

    4 of 5

A bit over-furnished. Many antiques to be careful of. Medicine cabinets full upon arrival leaving no space for our toiletries. Kitchen had an abundance of supplies and dishes but was not organized. Comfortable beds and a wonderful washer and dryer. Nice view of Camelback Mountain from small patio. Strange combination of tv channels received on each of the 3 TV's...none the same. Not the standard basic cable channel line up...no ESPN. Walking distance or trolley ride to Scottsdale Stadium, Old Town, Art District and Fashion Square Mall. We went for spring training baseball and, overall, this condo worked out fine.

  • Wonderful month

    5 of 5

Exactly what I need for a home away from home. Easy to get around to Old Town and all the sites I wanted to see. Other people in the condos were friendly but not intrusive. I loved the heated pool and hot tub and the nearby library which has memberships for travelers. I was there a month. During that time, my sister and a friend came for short visits and my husband came for over a week and each one said they had a wonderful time. I am looking forward to next years longer stay!

  • All we wanted in a vacation rental.

    5 of 5

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Our stay was for 3 weeks. Our daughter, who lived 3 miles from us was having her 5th child and we were there to come along side her for the birth. This meant fixing a few meals. We found our place was so equipped we could fix the meals there and take the food over vs. fixing them at her place. Or, you can go to one of the many restaurants in the area. We needed a break from time to time. And we found we were close to the walk way (can't remember the name). This ran for miles. Great for long walks, 5+ miles and a great place for a bike, which are provided. Be sure and bring your helmets. If you want to hike on one of the many trails, you will find information at your finger tips or you can always use the Internet throug the provided wifi. If you are inclined to eat in, grocery stores are at your finger tips and once again, the kitchen has everything you may need. If your stay means doing the laundry, no fear, great machines are in the condo. Oh!, don't worry about detergent, it is in the hall closet. I could go on and on, but I hope you get the picture, this is the place for you.

  • Comfort and Convenience

    5 of 5

This is a condo with colorful character. It is extremely comfortable, with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. Close to Desert Botanical Garden (Chihuly was fantastic), zoo, hiking in Papago Park, exercise in a pleasant green belt area, not to mention baseball stadium. Convenient for shopping (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Macy's, Sur la Table, boutiques). Nicely furnished with antiques, well outfitted kitchen (nice cookware), linens, washer/dryer. We much preferred this over a more sterile hotel room. Would be great for two couples but we enjoyed having it all to ourselves. Would go again without question.
